A model i.tercompari.on i. terms of surface ai. temperature annual cycle ampli.ude-phase characteri.ti.s (SAT AC APC) i. performed. The models i.cluded i. the i.tercompari.on belong.to two g.oups: fi.0} atmospheri. models wi.h prescri.ed sea surface temperature and sea i.e cov.r and four coupled models forced by the atmospheri. abundances of anthropog.ni. consti.uents (i. total si. coupled model si.ulati.ns). Ov.r land, the models, si.ulati.g.hi.her than observ.d ti.e av.rag.d SAT, also tend to si.ulate smaller than observ.d ampli.ude of i.s annual and semi.nnual harmoni.s and (outsi.e the Tropi.s) later-than-observ.d spri.g.and autumn moments. The models wi.h larg.r (smaller) ti.e av.rag.d ampli.udes of annual and semi.nnual harmoni.s also tend to si.ulate larg.r (smaller) i.terannual standard dev.ati.ns. Ov.r the oceans, the coupled models wi.h larg.r i.terannual standard dev.ati.ns of annual mean SAT tend to si.ulate larg.r i.terannual standard dev.ati.ns of both annual and semi.nnual SAT harmoni.s ampli.udes. Most model errors are located i. the belts 60°–70°N and 60°–70°S and ov.r Antarcti.a. These errors are larg.r for those coupled models whi.h do not employ dynami.al modules for sea i.e. No systemati. di.ferences are found i. the si.ulated ti.e av.rag.d fi.lds of the surface ai. temperature annual cycle characteri.ti.s for atmospheri. models on one hand and for the coupled models on the other. But the coupled models g.nerally si.ulate i.terannual v.ri.bi.i.y of SAT AC APC better than the atmospheri. models (whi.h tend to underesti.ate i.). For the coupled models, the results are not v.ry sensi.i.0} to the choi.e of the parti.ular scenari. of anthropog.ni. forci.g. There i. a strong.li.ear posi.i.0} relati.nshi. between the model si.ulated ti.e av.rag.d semi.nnual SAT harmoni.s ampli.ude and i.terannual standard dev.ati.n of annual mean SAT. i. i. strong.r ov.r the tropi.al oceans and i. weaker i. the extratropi.s. i. the tropi.al oceani. areas, i. i. strong.r f

Both numeri.al and experi.ental studi.s of the stabi.i.y and electroni. properti.s of bari.m–sodi.m metaborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m) at pressures up to 10 g.a hav. been carri.d out. Electroni.-structure calculati.ns wi.h HSE06 hybri. functi.nal showed that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an i.di.ect band g.p of 6.289 ev. A numeri.al study rev.aled the decomposi.i.n of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F i.to the BaB_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and NaF phases abov. 3.4 g.a at 300 K. Subsequent hi.h-pressure hi.h-temperature experi.ents performed usi.g.‘Di.cov.rer-1500’Di.-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and 6 g.a and temperature of 1173 K confi.med the stabi.i.y of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 g.a and i.s decomposi.i.n i.to BaB_(2)O_(4), NaBO_(2), and NaF at 6 g.a, whi.h was v.ri.i.d by energ.-di.persi.0} X-ray analysi. and Raman spectroscopy. The observ.d Raman bands of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assi.ned by compari.g.the experi.ental and calculated spectra. The experi.ental Raman spectra of decomposi.i.n reacti.n products obtai.ed at 6 g.a sug.est the ori.i. of a new hi.h-pressure modi.i.ati.n of bari.m metaborate BaB_(2)O_(4).

Backg.ound: Unti. recently, tumors of the cli.0}s and the anteri.r reg.0}n of the posteri.r crani.l fossa were consi.ered extremely di.fi.ult to access and often i.operable usi.g.standard transcrani.l approaches. Wi.h the i.troducti.n i.to the neurosurg.0}al practi.e of mi.i.ally i.v.si.0} methods uti.i.i.g.endoscopi. techni.ues, i. became possi.le to effecti.0}ly remov. hard-to-reach tumors, i.cludi.g.central tumors of the anteri.r reg.0}n of the posteri.r crani.l fossa. Methods: From 2008 to the present ti.e, the i.pati.nt i.sti.uti.n has operated on 140 pati.nts wi.h v.ri.us tumors of the base of the skull, locali.ed to the cli.0}s and anteri.r reg.0}n of the posteri.r crani.l fossa (65 men and 75 women). The ag. of pati.nts rang.d from 3 to 74 years. Tumor di.tri.uti.n accordi.g.to the hi.topatholog.0}al features was as follows: chordomas, 103 (73.57%);meni.g.0}mas, 12 (8.57%);pi.ui.ary adenomas, 9 (6.43%);fi.rous dysplasi., 4 (2.86%);cholesteatoma, 3 (2.14%);crani.pharyng.0}mas, 2 (1.43%);plasmacytomas, 2 (1.43%);and other tumors (g.0}nt cell tumor, neurohypophyseal g.i.ma, osteoma, carci.oi., chondroma), 5 (3.57%). The tumors had the followi.g.si.e di.tri.uti.n: g.0}nt (more than 60 mm), 35 (25%);larg. (35–59 mm), 83 (59.3%);medi.m (21–35 mm), 21 (15%);and small (less than 20 mm), 1 (0.7%). i. 11 cases, i.traoperati.0} moni.ori.g.of the crani.l nerv.s was performed (21 crani.l nerv.s were i.enti.i.d). Results: Upper, mi.dle, and lower transcli.0}l approaches prov.de access to the anteri.r surface of the upper, mi.dle, and lower neurov.scular complexes of the posteri.r crani.l fossa. The chordoma cases were di.tri.uted as follows accordi.g.to extent of remov.l: total remov.l, 68 (66.02%);subtotal remov.l, 25 (24.27%);and parti.l remov.l, 10 (9.71%). The adenomas of the pi.ui.ary g.and were remov.d totally i. 6 cases, subtotally i. 1 case and parti.lly i. 2 cases. The Ji.ng.en Underg.ound Neutri.o Observ.tory(JUNO)i. a larg. li.ui. sci.ti.lator detector desi.ned to explore many topi.s i. fundamental *** thi. study,the potenti.l of searchi.g.for proton decay i. the p→νK^(+)mode wi.h JUNO i. *** kaon and i.s decay parti.les feature a clear three-fold coi.ci.ence si.nature that results i. a hi.h effi.i.ncy for ***,the excellent energ. resoluti.n of JUNO permi.s suppressi.n of the si.able backg.ound caused by other delayed *** on these adv.ntag.s,the detecti.n effi.i.ncy for the proton decay v.a p→νK^(+)i. 36.9%±4.9%wi.h a backg.ound lev.l of 0.2±0.05(syst)±0.2(stat)ev.nts after 10 years of data *** esti.ated sensi.i.0}ty based on 200 kton-years of exposure i. 9.6×1033 years,whi.h i. competi.i.0} wi.h the current best li.i.s on the proton li.eti.e i. thi. channel and complements the use of di.ferent detecti.n technolog.0}s.
