1引言1978年,当计划中的第一批六台250mW混流式水轮机开始运行时,输出功率超过205兆瓦时水轮机出现了强烈的振动,当流道排水并检查时,在一些固定导叶上发现了裂纹。这种现象与固定导叶的涡激振动有关。这个水轮机的24个固定导叶分为3种不同的几何形状:第一种固定导叶为1到21(几何形状1),第二种为叶片22和23(几何形状2),最后是固定导叶24(几何形状3)。

位于巴西中部的塞拉多草原占据了近1/4的国土,是世界上生物多样性最丰富的热带稀树草原。尽管拥有丰富而美丽的植物资源,塞拉多景观的闻名程度却远不及同样位于巴西的热带雨林,在巴西的本土文化中也鲜被提及。长期以来,巴西本土的生态修复和景观设计项目往往都只考虑乔木,而忽略草本及灌木。而塞拉多草原恰好以草本及灌木见长,其种类多达7 000余种,占据了60%以上的生物多样性,并拥有多种基本生态功能。当前,这一情况正在发生转变。在本文所呈现的"恢复塞拉多"和"塞拉多公园"这两个相互关联的实践中,都展开了对不同的植物组织形式(草本、木本和藤本)在生态修复及景观设计项目中进行应用的探索。此外,本文还呈现了两个项目团队尝试进行的两组试验,以展示理解巴西热带稀树草原并同其一同发挥效益的可能性。

Fungi are highly important biotic components of terrestrial ecosystems,but we still have a very limited understanding about their diversity and *** data article releases a global soil fungal dataset of the Global Soil mycobiome consortium(GSmc)to boost further research in fungal diversity,biogeography and *** dataset comprises 722,682 fungal operational taxonomic units(OTUs)derived from PacBio sequencing of full-length ITS and 18S-V9 variable regions from 3200 plots in 108 countries on all *** plots are supplied with geographical and edaphic *** OTUs are taxonomically and functionally assigned to guilds and other functional *** entire dataset has been corrected by excluding chimeras,index-switch artefacts and potential *** dataset is more inclusive in terms of geographical breadth and phylogenetic diversity of fungi than previously published *** GSmc dataset is available over the PlutoF repository.

Studies about the parasite fauna of marine fish highlights as an important problem for public health with zoonotic parasites or affecting the fish ***,this study evaluated the parasite fauna of Lutjanus synagris commercialized in the fish market from Braganç*** laboratory,58 fish were measured,weighted and conducted to parasitological analysis to determine parasitological indexes and relative *** parasite was fixed and identified until to the lowest taxonomic *** the parasitological analysis,it found Cymothoidae,Digenea,Cucullanus *** Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus)sp.,with total prevalence 67.24%.Digenea showed the highest prevalence and mean intensity *** nematode,Cucullanus *** the greater prevalence and relative dominance,while Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus)*** the greater mean intensity and *** showed the lowest prevalence and mean intensity *** conclusion,the parasite fauna of *** has been noted with low diversity,reporting the nematode occurrence Procamallanus(Spirocamallanus).
