the mediatization of the CoVID-19 pandemic has created a lot of stress leading sometimes to mental health *** present a case of a thirty-year-old woman with no history of psychotic disease but some vulnerabilities and no criminal record,who attempted to kill her seven-year-old son during a brief delusional episode in the context of fear of the *** was successfully treated by pharmacotherapy and *** was examined by forensic psychiatrists leading to the conclusion that her responsibility was highly diminished,and her reoffending risk was *** add to the literature that the CoVID-19 pandemic has been such a stressor for mentally vulnerable people that it could lead to severe psychiatric decompensation and even criminal acts.

There are many computational tasks, in which it is necessary to sample a given probability density function (or pdf for short), i.e., to use a computer to construct a sequence of independent random vectors x i (i = 1, 2, ··· ), whose histogram converges to the given pdf. This can be difficult because the sample space can be huge, and more importantly, because the portion of the space, where the density is significant, can be very small, so that one may miss it by an ill-designed sampling scheme. Indeed, Markovchain Monte Carlo, the most widely used sampling scheme, can be thought of as a search algorithm, where one starts at an arbitrary point and one advances step-by-step towards the high probability region of the space. This can be expensive, in particular because one is typically interested in independent samples, while the chain has a memory. The authors present an alternative, in which samples are found by solving an algebraic equation with a random right-hand side rather than by following a chain; each sample is independent of the previous samples. The construction in the context of numerical integration is explained, and then it is applied to data assimilation.

In Discrete Event System Specification(DEVS),the dynamics of a network is constituted only by the dynamics of its basic *** state of each component is fully *** in the network is fully decentralized to each *** dynamic structure level,DEVS should permit the same level of ***,it is hard to ensure structure consistency while letting all components achieve structure ***,this solution can be complex to *** avoid these difficulties,usual dynamic structure approaches ensure structure consistency allowing structure changes to be done only by the network having newly added dynamics change *** is a safe and simple way to achieve dynamic ***,it should be possible to simply allow components of a network to modify the structure of their network,other components and/or their own structure—without having to modify the usual definition a DEVS *** this manuscript,it is shown that a simple fully decentralized approach is possible while ensuring full modularity and structure consistency.

The experimental performance evaluation of geothermal egg incubator was conducted with the aim of improving the capacity and efficiency. The study determines the accuracy of the measuring instruments in an incubator, test control parameters (temperature and relative humidity) and evaluates the overall performance of the incubator by examining the number of hatched and unhatched eggs. The data analysis was done and the results show that the measuring instruments, tilting mechanism and ventilation fan performed well. The relative humidity showed to be in proper range while the temperature found to have fluctuations of more than 2?C from set value and took longer time to restore which led defecting eggs. The improvement will enhance more productions and increase income to individual farmers and Government at large.

Tuberculosis (TB) results from infection by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and can involve any organ or tissue. Early diagnosis of TB is essential for timely initiation of therapy in order to decrease transmission rate and avoid severe morbidity associated with delayed treatment. Although conventional radiography remains the most common initial imaging modality in diagnosis of pulmonary TB, computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are modalities of choice with regards to diagnosis of extra-pulmonary TB. The purpose of this paper is to provide a concise review of various imaging manifestations of TB in various organ systems, in order to promote radiologists’ and clinicians’ familiarity with common radiological findings of this important disease.

In this study, the results of measurements on pressureless sintering behavior of Ag-SnO_2(88%wt Ag,12%wt SnO_2) pellets were reported. Dilatometric measurements, relative densities, hardness values, rupture transverse strength and electrical conductivities function of sintering temperatures were presented. A constant thermal expansion coefficient was determined, and a threshold temperature of densification(T_d) was exhibited. Sintering kinetics were reported for different temperatures. Hardness values were measured, and no increase in hardness is found under Td. Three-points bending tests were used to determine the transverse rupture strength whose evolution appears importantly well under Td. In the same manner, the increase in initial electrical conductivities begins well under Td. Under the threshold temperature, the relative increase in electrical conductivity is found to be independent of initial density of green compact pellets. This work highlights different evolutions in function of sintering temperature for the electrical conductivity and transverse rupture strength on the one hand, and for the densification and hardness on the other hand.

A new type of beam-to-column connection for steel moment flames, designated as a ＂self-centering connection,＂ is studied. In this connection, bolted top-and-seat angles, and post-tensioned （PT） high-strength steel strands running along the beam are used. The PT strands tie the beam flanges on the column flange to resist moment and provide self-centering force. After an earthquake, the connections have zero deformation, and can be restored to their original status by simply replacing the angles. Four full-scale connections were tested under cyclic loading. The strength, energy-dissipation capacity, hysteresis curve, as well as angles and PT strands behavior of the connections are investigated. A general FEM analysis program called ABAQUS 6.9 is adopted to model the four test specimens. The numerical and test results match very well. Both the test and analysis results suggest that：（1） the columns and beams remain elastic while the angles sustain plastic deformations for energy dissipation when the rotation of the beam related to the column equals 0.05 tad, （2） the energy dissipation capacity is enhanced when the thickness of the angle is increased, and （3） the number of PT strands has a significant influence on the behavior of the connections, whereas the distance between the strands is not as important to the performance of the connection.

The first case of Prinzmetal angina was described in 1959 by Prinzmetal, et al. Since this description, several triggering factors have been associated with vasospastic angina (VA) and included: illicit drugs such as cocaine, amphetamine or marijuana, but also bitter-orange, alcohol, butane, chemotherapy drugs, over-the-counter medication and different antibiotics. Smoking is also a major risk factor for developing VA. Thus, except for smoking, many of conventional atherosclerosis risk factors do not appear to be applicable to VA. However, vasospastic angina can also occur without any triggering factor.
