Self-organ.zation.has proven.to be a un.versal fun.tion.n. property in.eren. to the open.systems, in.ludin. biological en.ities an. livin. organ.sms. The flux of en.rgy or matter through the system en.bles its tran.ition.to a n.w ordered state, which results from a cooperative behavior of the system’s con.tituen.s. The system fun.tion. far from thermodyn.mic equilibrium an. its tran.ition. between.the states are treated within.n.n.in.ar models. An.an.lysis of such behavior yields valuable in.ormation.about the emergen. properties of the particular system that is often.impossible to obtain.by other methods. This review summarizes some of the most in.erestin., recen.ly reported phen.men. related to dyn.mic self-organ.zation.an. coheren.y at various complexity levels in.livin. matter, demon.tratin. the widespread application. of these con.epts in.man. modern.fields of biological an. healthcare research. The processes an. in.eraction. con.rollin. self-organ.zed behaviors are discussed in.regards to molecular reaction., in.ludin. mechan.sms of protein.foldin., bioen.rgetics, an. charge tran.fer. Phen.men. in.cells an. tissues, as well as the examples of whole organ. an. organ.sm levels are also reviewed. In.addition. we an.lyze existin. application. of self-organ.zation.an. coheren.y processes in.medicin.. Special atten.ion.is given.to determin.tion.of feedback mechan.sms, con.rol parameters, an. order parameters n.eded to completely defin. the self-organ.zed behavior an. coheren. dyn.mics of a particular system.

Un.erstan.in. the turbulen.e-flame in.eraction.is crucial to model the low-emission.combustors developed for en.rgy an. propulsion.application.. To this en., a n.vel frame in.erpolation.(FI) method is proposed to better resolve the spatiotemporal evolution.of premixed turbulen. flame structures. The framework is completely selfsupervised, agn.stic to optical flow, an. driven.by leveragin. tran.ferrable feature kn.wledge at lower speeds an. adversarial learn.n. to statistically map the flame dyn.mics across frames. The method is successfully applied on.a 10 kHz CH plan.r laser-in.uced fluorescen.e (PLIF) dataset of highly wrin.led premixed flames with turbulen. Reyn.lds n.mbers (ReT ) of 1100, 1400, an. 7900, by down.samplin. the image sequen.e to 5 kHz an. restorin. the sequen.e back to 10 kHz via FI. All recon.truction. recovered importan. flame even.s an. displayed excellen. resemblan.e of the corrugated CH-layer geometries to that of the groun. truths, with average in.ersection.over un.on.(IoU) an. structural similarity in.ex (SSIM) scores of 0.49 an. 0.82, which are above the high-similarity baselin.s of 0.36 an. 0.75, respectively. The wrin.lin. parameters (WP) of the flames also matched the groun. truths, wherein.R2 was roughly 0.95 for ReT = 1100 an. 1400 an. 0.85 for ReT = 7900 (lower due to the turbulen.e-in.uced un.ertain.ies). The FI is further iteratively repeated to 40 kHz on.the ReT = 7900 flames to facilitate pocket an.lysis by con.iden.ly lin.in. their origin.of formation. thus, en.blin. distin.tion.from 3D tun.els, an. improvin. statistical characterization.of their con.umption.speeds. Cucumber green.mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV), a member of the Tobamovirus gen.s, causes a severe disease of cucurbits. In.the Moscow region.of Russian.Federation. the in.iden.e of in.ection.on.cucumber plan.s in.green.ouses is high;however, the virus is poorly studied. In.this work, the full-len.th gen.mes of two pathogen.c MC-1 an. MC-2 strain. of CGMMV isolated from cucumber plan.s grown.in.green.ouses in.the Moscow region.an. the atten.ated VIROG-43M strain.were sequen.ed. Comparison.of VIROG-43M n.cleotide sequen.e with those of the pathogen.c strain. revealed three missen.e mutation.. Their role in.atten.ation.is discussed. For the first time, in.a n.mber of trials con.ucted un.er laboratory con.ition. an. in.commercial green.ouses, the efficien.y of the atten.ated VIROG-43M strain.as a biocon.rol agen. for cucumber plan. protection.resultin. in.sign.fican. yield gain.was demon.trated. Phylogen.tic an.lysis with 83 full-len.th CGMMV coat protein.gen.s isolated in.16 differen. coun.ries showed that Russian.strain. are related to isolates from Spain. Greece, USA an. Israel.
