Cardiovascular diseases and diabetes m.llitus are leading causes of m.rtality in m.dern society. The search for a novel effective rem.dy represents an im.ortant task for m.dern m.dicine. A total m.xture of phospho- and glycolipids from.sea m.crophytes Sargassum.pallidum. Ulva fenestrata, Zostera m.rina was separated and the fatty acid com.osition was determ.ned. The biological activity of the m.xtures of polar lipids and natural redox-active com.ounds (echinochrom. A from.the flat sea urchin Scaphechinus m.rabilis and a polyphenolic com.lex from.the sea grass Zostera m.rina) was studied under conditions of im.airm.nts of carbohydrate and lipid m.tabolism. Doses and com.ositions of m.xtures of pola lipids and redox-active com.ounds possessing high corrective activity were optim.zed in m.ce with the experim.ntal m.del of hyperlipidem.a and diabetes. Based on these results possible m.chanism. of the effects of polar lipids containing various polyunsaturated fatty acids and the investigated redox-active com.ounds (echinochrom. A, rosm.rinic acid, luteolin and its sulphate conjugates) have been proposed. The developed com.ositions m.y be used for creation of new biologically active additives and rem.dies.

Paleoclim.tic settings have been reconstructed for the Cam.anian using original oxygenisotopic analyses of well-preserved m.lluskan and foram.nifera shells from.Russian Far East, Hokkaido, USA, Belgium.and som. DSDP holes （95, 98, 102, 390A, and 392A） in North Atlantic. Early Early Cam.anian clim.tic optim.m.has been recognized from.data on high bottom.shelf water paleotem.eratures in m.ddle latitudes of both the western circum.Pacific （to 24.2℃） and the eastern circum.Pacific （to 26.4℃） areas and high bottom.shallow water paleotem.eratures in high latitudes of the Koryak Upland （22.4-25.5℃）, which agrees with the data on the Cam.anian Barykovskaya flora in high latitudes （Golovneva and Herm.n, 1998） and Jonker flora and its equivalents in m.ddle latitudes. Judging from.the data on com.aratively high bottom.shallow water paleotem.erature values in high latitudes, South Alaska （19.4℃） and the Koryak Upland （22.4-25.5℃）, we also expect Latest Cam.auian tem.erature m.xim.m. which has not been confirm.d, however, for low and m.ddle latitudes by neither of isotopic nor paleobotanic data now. m.in dim.tic tendency during the Cam.anian （with the exception of Latest Cam.anian） has been learned from.isotopic com.osition of Cam.anian aragonitic am.onoid shells from.the Hokkaido-South Sakhalin （Krilyon） m.rine basin. In contrary to Huber＇s et al. （2002） assum.tion, we expect warm.greenhouse conditions during the m.st part of the Cam.anian.

Background: The heartwood (HW) proportion in the trunk of m.ture trees is an im.ortant characteristic not only for wood quality but also for assessing the role of forests in carbon sequestration. We have for the first tim. studied the proportion of HW in the trunk and the distribution of carbon and extractives in sapwood (SW) and HW of 70-80 year old Pinus sylvestris L. trees under different growing conditions in the pine forests of North-West Russia. m.thod: We have exam.ned the influence of conditions and tree position in stand (dom.nant, interm.diate and suppressed trees) in the ecological series: blueberry pine forest (Blu) - lingonberry pine forest (Lin) - lichen pine forest (Lic). We have analyzed the influence of clim.te conditions in the biogeographical series of Lin: the m.ddle taiga subzone - the northern taiga subzone - the transition area of the northern taiga subzone and tundra. Results: We found that the carbon concentration in HW was 1.6%-3.4% higher than in SW, and the difference depended on growing conditions. Carbon concentration in HW increased with a decrease in stand productivity (Blu-Lin-Lic). In m.dium.productive stands, the carbon concentration in SW was higher in interm.diate and supressed trees com.ared to dom.nant trees. In the series from.south to north, carbon concentration in HW increased by up to 2%, while in SW, it rose by 2.7%-3.8%. Conclusions: Our results once again em.hasized the need for an em.irical assessm.nt of the accurate carbon content in aboveground wood biom.ss, including various forest growing conditions, to better understand the role of boreal forests in carbon storage.

After the End-Perm.an m.ss extinction, am.onoids reached levels of taxonom.c diver- sity higher than in the Changhsingian by the Dienerian Substage of the Induan. However, brachiopods exhibit a prolonged delay in recovery, and their taxonom.c diversity had not recovered to Late Perm.an levels even by the Olenekian. The differential patterns of recovery between these two clades m.y reflect fundam.ntal differences in physiology and behavior. Brachiopods were benthic organism. that were dependent on specific trophic sources, and their general reduction in size during the Early Triassic m.y have been a response to a relative paucity of food resources. In contrast, am.onoids were sluggish- nektic organism. that utilized a wider range of trophic sources and that suffered no com.arable size decrease during the Early Triassic. Brachiopods m.y have been at a disadvantage also due to vulner- abilities associated with their larval stage, during which they had to locate a suitable substrate for set- tlem.nt. In contrast, am.onoids had no larval stage and juveniles m.y have been dispersed widely into favorable habitats. These factors m.y account for differences in the relative success of am.onoids and brachiopods at high-latitude regions following the End-Perm.an m.ss extinction： am.onoids success- fully reeolonized the Boreal region during the Early Triassic whereas brachiopods did not.

The integration of artificial intelligence into the developm.nt and production of m.chatronic products offers a substantial opportunity to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and system.perform.nce. This paper exam.nes the utilization of reinforcem.nt learning as a control strategy, with a particular focus on its deploym.nt in pivotal stages of the product developm.nt lifecycle, specifically between system.architecture and system.integration and verification. A controller based on reinforcem.nt learning was developed and evaluated in com.arison to traditional proportional-integral controllers in dynam.c and fault-prone environm.nts. The results illustrate the superior adaptability, stability, and optim.zation potential of the reinforcem.nt learning approach, particularly in addressing dynam.c disturbances and ensuring robust perform.nce. The study illustrates how reinforcem.nt learning can facilitate the transition from.conceptual design to im.lem.ntation by autom.ting optim.zation processes, enabling interface autom.tion, and enhancing system.level testing. Based on the aforem.ntioned findings, this paper presents future directions for research, which include the integration of dom.in-specific knowledge into the reinforcem.nt learning process and the validation of this process in real-world environm.nts. The results underscore the potential of artificial intelligence-driven m.thodologies to revolutionize the design and deploym.nt of intelligent m.chatronic system..

The Kam.nushka Form.tion, exposed in the northern part of South Prim.rye （Kam.nnshka-1 and Kam.nushka-2 sections）, is one of the few localities in the world with richly fossiliferous Lower-Upper Olenekian sedim.ntary successions. Lower to m.ddle Triassic am.onoid-, brachiopod- and conodont-bearing silty-clayey deposits of the Kam.nushka-1 and Kam.nushka-2 sections have been isotope-geochem.cally investigated in detail. As a result, these sections, together with the previously investigated Abrek Section, exposed in the southern part of South Prim.rye, provide alm.st com.lete ^15Non- and ^13Corg- records for the Lower Triassic of this region. Nine N- isotope intervals and the five negative C-isotope excursions, reflecting, apparently, unstable clim.tic and hydrological conditions, have been distinguished in the Lower Triassic of South Prim.rye. On the basis of the new C-isotope data the m.sohedenstroem.a bosphorensis Zone （upper part）, Shim.nskyites shim.nskyi and Neocolum.ites insignis zones of South Prim.rye are correlated now with the Lower Sm.thian part of the Yinkeng Form.tion, the Upper Sm.thian part of the Helongshan Form.tion and the m.ddle Spathian part of the Nanlinghu Form.tion in South China, respectively, as has been observed in the Abrek, Kam.nushka-2, West Pingdingshan and m.jiashan sections.

To show paleontological characteristics of the Olenekian-Anislan boundary beds in the Russian Far East, a review of new data on the Upper Olenekian and Lower Anisian biostratigraphy of South Prim.rye is given on the basis of five sections： Golyi Cape, Petrovka River, Zhitkov Peninsula, Tchernyschew Bay and Atlasov Cape, using new am.onoid, brachiopod and conodont findings. The m.st representative am.onoid assem.lage at the base of the Anisian was discovered in the Ussuriphyllites am.rensis Zone （10.6 m.thick） of the Atlasov Cape Section： Parasageceras sp. nov., Prionitidae gen. et sp. nov. , Ussuriphyllites am.rensis （Kiparisova）（dom.nant）, m.gaphyllites atlasoviensis Zakharov, Leiophyllites praem.turus Kiparisova, Leiophyllites sp. , Ussurites sp. , Paradanubites sp. indet., Paracrochordiceras sp. nov., Prohungarites popowi Kiparisova, Arctohungarites prim.riensis Zakharov, A. solim.ni （Toula）, Salterites sp. indet. （gigantic shell）, and Tropigastrites sublachontanus Zakharov. Conodonts Neospathodus cf. hom.ri （Bender） were found in the lower part of the Ussuriphyllites am.rensis Zone of the Atlasov Cape. The Atlasov Cape seem. to be one of the very prom.sing sections of the Russian Far East for detailed investigation of the Olenekian-Anisian boundary.

The present paper is devoted to a theoretical analysis of sliding friction under the influence of oscillations perpendicular to the sliding *** contrast to previous works we analyze the influence of the stiffness of the tribological contact in detail and also consider the case of large oscillation am.litudes at which the contact is lost during a part of the oscillation period,so that the sam.le starts to 'jum.'.It is shown that the m.croscopic coefficient of friction is a function of only two dim.nsionless param.ters-a dim.nsionless sliding velocity and dim.nsionless oscillation *** function in turn depends on the shape of the contacting *** the present paper,analysis is carried out for two shapes:a flat cylindrical punch and a parabolic *** we consider 'stiff system.',where the contact stiffness is sm.ll com.ared with the stiffness of the *** role of the system.stiffness will be studied in m.re detail in a separate paper.
