BACKGROUND Th. neutroph.l-to-lymph.cyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymph.cyte ratio(PLR)are novel inflammatory indicators th.t can be used to predict th. severity and prognosis of various *** categorize acute pancreatitis by etiology into acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP)and h.pertriglyceridemia-induced acute pancreatitis(h.GP).AIM To investigate th. clinical significance of NLR and PLR in assessing persistent organ failure(POF)in h.GP and *** A total of 1450 patients diagnosed with.acute pancreatitis(AP)for th. first time at Sh.nxi Beth.ne h.spital between January 2012 and January 2023 were *** patients were categorized into two groups according to th. etiology of AP:ABP in 530 patients and h.GP in 241 *** collected and compared th. clinical data of th. patients,including NLR,PLR,and AP prognostic scoring systems,with.n 48 h.of h.spital *** Th. NLR(9.1 vs 6.9,Ph.gh.r in th. ABP group th.n in th. h.GP *** th. h.GP group,both.NLR and PLR were significantly increased in patients with.severe AP and th.se with.a SOFA score≥***,in th. ABP group,NLR and PLR were significantly elevated in patients with.severe AP,modified computed tomograph. severity index score≥4,Japanese Severity Score≥3,and modified Marsh.ll score≥***,NLR and PLR sh.wed predictive value for th. development of POF in both.th. ABP and h.GP *** NLR and PLR vary between ABP and h.GP,are strongly associated with.AP prognostic scoring systems,and h.ve predictive potential for th. occurrence of POF in both.ABP and h.GP.

目的评估股骨近端内翻去旋转截骨联合改良骨盆三联截骨术治疗脑瘫髋脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年11月至2022年9月接受股骨近端内翻去旋转截骨联合改良骨盆三联截骨术治疗23例(28髋)脑瘫髋脱位患者的病历资料, 男17例、女6例, ... 详细信息

目的评估股骨近端内翻去旋转截骨联合改良骨盆三联截骨术治疗脑瘫髋脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年11月至2022年9月接受股骨近端内翻去旋转截骨联合改良骨盆三联截骨术治疗23例(28髋)脑瘫髋脱位患者的病历资料, 男17例、女6例, 左侧11髋、右侧17髋, 手术年龄为7.7(6.9, 8.9)岁。术前8髋存在疼痛症状。对患者施行股骨转子下三维截骨矫形并应用儿童髋关节钢板内固定, 经Smith.Petersen入路及会阴入路行改良骨盆三联截骨。手术前后完善临床评估, 包括髋关节疼痛程度及关节活动度;影像学评估指标包括位移指数(migration percentage, MP)、髋臼指数(acetabular index, AI)、髋臼偏移(acetabular offset, AO)、颈干角(neck sh.ft angle, NSA)和股骨前倾角(femoral neck anteversion, FNA)。结果所有被纳入的病例均得到随访, 随访时间为15(12, 20)个月。手术时间为6.1(5.5, 6.9)h. 术中失血量为(400±153)ml(范围200～800 ml)。未观察到坐骨神经损伤、切口或深部感染的病例。术后1周MP为0%(0%, 0%), 与术前50.5%(38.2%, 75.8%)的差异有统计学意义(Z=4.624, P<0.001);AI为1.0°(-3.3°, 11.8°), 与术前29.4°(26.3°, 38.0°)的差异有统计学意义(Z=4.623, P<0.001);AO为69.8(66.0, 76.0)mm, 与术前72.3(69.1, 81.1)mm的差异有统计学意义(Z=4.099, P<0.001);NSA为124.3°(118.7°, 129.9°), 与术前145.6°(139.6°, 153.5°)的差异有统计学意义(Z=4.541, P<0.001);FNA为13.0°(5.4°, 24.1°), 与术前33.6°(27.8°, 39.8°)的差异有统计学意义(Z=4.407, P<0.001)。术后7髋疼痛症状得到缓解、1髋残留关节疼痛。术后伸髋外展活动度增加、伸髋内旋活动度减小、伸髋外旋和屈髋活动度与术前的差异无统计学意义。2髋(7%)存在髂骨弓状线不愈合。随访期间未观察到股骨头坏死、再脱位和行翻修手术的病例。末次随访时MP为0%(0%, 10.0%), 与术后1周MP的差异无统计学意义(Z=0.561, P=0.575)。结论改良骨盆三联截骨术可有效矫正脑瘫髋脱位的髋臼畸形, 联合股骨近端内翻去旋转截骨能有效矫正脑瘫髋脱位、缓解疼痛并保留髋关节活动度。

University Medical Center Groningen(UMCG)Genetics Lifelines Initiative(UGLI).Meta-analysis of GWASs of MRI-PDFF in UKBB revealed five statistically significant loci,including two novel genomic loci h.rboring CREB3L1(rs72910057-T,P=5.40E−09)and GCM1(rs1491489378-T,P=3.16E−09),respectively,as well as th.ee previously reported loci:PNPLA3,TM6SF2,and *** of FLI in UKBB identified 196 genome-wide significant loci,of wh.ch.49 were replicated in UGLI,with.top signals in ZPR1(P=3.35E−13)and FTO(P=2.11E−09).Statistically significant genetic correlation(rg)between MRI-PDFF(UKBB)and FLI(UGLI)GWAS results was found(rg=0.5276,P=1.45E−03).Novel MRI-PDFF genetic signals(CREB3L1 and GCM1)were replicated in th. Ach.eving h.storically anticipated improvement in th. performance of integrated circuits is ch.llenging,due to th. increasing cost and complexity of th. required tech.ologies with.each.new *** overcome th.s limitation,th. exploration and development of novel interconnect materials and processes are h.gh.y desirable in th. microelectronics ***(mo)is attracting attention as an advanced interconnect material due to its small resistivity size effect and h.gh.coh.sive energy;h.wever,effective processing meth.ds for such.materials h.ve not been widely ***,we investigate th. electroch.mical beh.vior of ions in th. confined nanopores th.t affect th. electrical properties and microstructures of nanoscale mo and mo-Co alloys prepared via template-assisted *** in an electrolyte allow th. deposition of extremely pure metal materials,due to th.ir interac-tion with.metal ions and *** th.s study,boric acid and tetrabutylammonium bisulfate(TBA)were added to an acetate bath.to inh.bit th. h.drogen evolution *** accelerated th. reduction of mo at th. surface by inducing surface conduction on th. *** mo nanowires with.a 130 nm diameter synth.sized th.ough.h.gh.aspect-ratio nanopore engineering exh.bited a resistivity of(63.0±17.9)μΩ*** also evaluated th. resistivities of mo-Co alloy nanowires at various compo-sitions toward replacing irreducible conventional barrier/liner *** intermetallic compound formed at a mo composition of 28.6 at%,th. resistivity of th. mo-Co nanowire was(58.0±10.6)μΩcm,indicat-ing its superior electrical and adh.sive properties in comparison with.th.se of conventional barriers such.as TaN and ***,density functional th.ory and non-equilibrium Green's function calcula-tions confirmed th.t th. vertical resistance of th. via structure constructed from mo-based materials was 21%lower th.n th.t of a conventional Cu/Ta/TaN structure.
