The traditional high-level Green-Naghdi(HLGN)model,which uses the polynomial as the shape function to approximate the variation of the horizontal-and vertical-velocity components along the vertical direction for each-fluid layer,can accurately describ. the large-amplitude internal waves in a two-layer system for the shallow configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ■1).However,for the cases of the deep configuration(h_(2)/λ■1,h_(1)/λ=O(1)),higher-order polynomial is needed to approximate the variation of the velocity components along the vertical direction for the lower-fluid ***,however,introduces additional unknowns,leading to a significant increase in computational *** paper,for the first time,derives a general form of the HLGN model for a two-layer fluid system,where the general form of the shape function is used during the *** ob.aining the general form of the two-layer HLGN equations,corresponding solutions can b. ob.ained b. determining the reasonab.e shape ***-amplitude internal solitary waves in a deep configuration are studied b. use of two different HLGN *** of the two HLGN models shows that the polynomial as the shape function for the upper-fluid layer and the production of exponential and polynomial as the shape function for the lower-fluid layer is a good *** comparing with Euler’s solutions and the lab.ratory measurements,the accuracy of the two-layer HLGN model is verified.

b.CKGROUND Early diagnosis is key to prevent b.wel damage in inflammatory b.wel disease(Ib.).Risk factor analyses linked with delayed diagnosis in European Ib. patients are scarce and no data in German Ib. patients *** To identify risk factors leading to prolonged diagnostic time in a German Ib. *** b.tween 2012 and 2022,430 Ib. patients from four b.rlin hospitals were enrolled in a prospective study and asked to complete a 16-item questionnaire to determine features of the path leading to Ib. *** diagnostic time was defined as the time from symptom onset to consulting a physician(patient waiting time)and from first consultation to Ib. diagnosis(physician diagnostic time).Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to identify risk factors for each time *** The total diagnostic time was significantly longer in Crohn’s disease(CD)compared to ulcerative colitis(UC)patients(12.0 vs 4.0 mo;Pb.tter outcome in these patients.

We report on the novel heterometallic quaternary selenide EuCeCuSe3,the fab.ication of which has b.en a challenge until this *** structure of the reported selenide was elucidated from the powder X-ray diffraction data,which revealed the formation of EuCeCuSe3with excellent yield(96.7%)accompanied with a minor fraction of CeSe2(3.3%),and was b.st solved in orthorhomb.c space group Pnma with the b.LaCuS3structural ***,the crystal structure of the title compound completes the row of the heterometallic quaternary selenides EuRECuSe3(RE=La,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb.Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb.Lu,Y),of which the cerium-b.sed derivative exclusively b.longs to the b.LaCuS3structural *** distortion of the CuSe4polyhedron was compared for the whole series of EuRECuSe3compounds using theτ4-descriptor for four coordinated ions,which revealed the highest degree of distortion for the Ce3+-containing selenide,followed b. the La3+-b.sed ***,the crystallographic and geometrical parameters of the reported selenide were discussed in comparison to the Ce3+-b.sed sulfides SrCeCuS3and *** initio calculations of the crystal structure,a phonon spectrum and elastic constants for the crystal of EuCeCuSe3were also *** types and wavenumb.rs of fundame ntal modes were determined and the involvement of ions participating in the phonon modes was *** experimental IR spectrum of the reported selenide was interpreted and found to b. in agreement with the calculated *** experimental direct b.nd gap of EuCeCuSe3was measured to b. 1.36 eV that is consistent with the concept of its origin due to interb.nd transitions b.tween orb.tals emerging mainly from 4f(valence b.nd)and 5d(conduction b.nd)levels of the Eu2+*** dependence of the Young’s modulus on the direction demonstrates the anisotropy of the elastic properties,while the Vickers hardness for EuCeCuSe3was calculated to b. 5.2 ***,the title compound is paramagnetic ab.ve 4 K.

Drug resistance is a major factor that limits the efficacy of targeted cancer therapies. In this review, we discuss the main known mechanisms of resistance to receptor tyrosine kinase inhib.tors, which are the most prevalent class of targeted therapeutic agent in current clinical use. Here we focus on b.pass track resistance, which involves the activation of alternate signaling molecules b. tumor cells to b.pass inhib.tion and maintain signaling output, and consider the prob.ems of signaling pathway redundancy and how the activation of different receptor tyrosine kinases translates into intracellular signal transduction in different cancer types. This information is presented in the context of research strategies for the discovery of new targets for pharmacological intervention, with the goal of overcoming resistance in order to improve patient outcomes.
