The article discusses various approaches for probiotic treatment of Helicobacter pylori(***)infection:Probiotics as an adjuvant treatment in the standard eradication therapy;probiotic strains as a monotherapy;and autoprobiotics as a *** refer to indigenous bifidobacteria,lactobacilli,or enterococci isolated from a specific individual,intended to restore his/her microbiota and improve his/her *** potential mechanisms of probiotic action against *** include correction of the gut microbiota,immunological effects(enhancement of humoral and cellular immunity,and reduction of oxidative stress),direct antagonistic effects against ***(such as colonization resistance and bacteriocin synthesis),and stimulation of local immunological protection(strengthening of the mucous protective barrier and reduction of gastric mucosa inflammation).The incorporation of probiotics into comprehensive eradication therapy shows promise in optimizing the treatment of *** *** can enhance the eradication rates of ***,reduce the occurrence and severity of side effects,and improve patient *** or autoprobiotic monotherapy can be considered as an alternative treatment approach in cases of allergic reactions and insufficient effectiveness of *** recommend including probiotics as adjunctive medications in *** ***,further randomized multicenter studies are necessary to investigate the effects of probiotics and autoprobiotics against ***,in order to gain a better understanding of their mechanisms of action.

The normal cell proliferation and wound healing effect of polysaccharides from Ganoderma amboinense

To study the cell proliferation and wound healing activity of polysaccharides from Ganoderma amboinense(GAMPS),the polysaccharide was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,and its monosaccharide composition and molecular weight were *** effects of different concentrations of GAMPS on the cell proliferation were determined by cell survival rate test,and the wound healing ability of GAMPS to NIH/3T3 cells was *** preliminary evaluation of the antioxidant ability of GAMPS was conducted by the oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC).The results showed that the GAMPS was composed of glucose,mannose,and galactose at a molar ratio of 67.62:14.07:7.50,and the weightaverage molecular weights were 5.439×10^(6) and 1.704×10^(5) g/mol by using high-performance gel-permeation chromatography-multiple angle laser scatter(HPGPC-MALS)***(0.2μg/μL)showed the strongest proliferation ability to THP-1 cells,with cell survival rate of 178.7%.The wound healing effect of GAMPS(0.1μg/μL)was obvious on NIH/3T3 and 3.75μg/μL of GAMPS showed the strongest total antioxidant *** the results indicate that GAMPS promotes cell proliferation,and has cell wound healing effect and strong antioxidant *** results provide theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of GAMPS.

The perspectives of the means of metabolic syndrome correction in Xinjiang-Uyghur region of China

There has been proved the link between the intestinal microbiota composition characteristics and the development of diseases,in particular colorectal cancer,kidney failure,irritable bowel syndrome,intestinal infections,obesity,type I diabetes and metabolic syndrome( MS). Metagenomic studies demonstrated the presence of significant differences in the structure of the intestinal microbiota in populations of Europeans and Asians. In this aspect,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region of China is the most affected district,where substantially the indigenous Uighur,Kazakh and also Han populations is affected. There is an objective need to ascertain the microecological and metabolic status of persons of the indigenous population in Western China,which are in the risk zone. The test for microalbuminuria is reliable method of kidney failure primary stages diagnosis,reflecting the initial stages of vessel pathology and the development of MS. It invariably correlates with an increase of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. We introduce this screening test for early detection of predisposition to the development of the MS in the example of Xinjiang population for use also in other regions of *** is a need to carry out the search,selection and analysis of the new strains of probiotics in the Xinjiang from national milk products with lactic acid or other fermented products with the purpose of studying their clinical characteristics. This will have an impact on increasing life expectancy and improving the quality of life of the population of Xinjiang.

果蔬采后呼吸作用旺盛,表面微生物代谢活跃,内部水分容易蒸发,品质极易在运输及储藏过程中下降。壳聚糖与壳寡糖具有广谱的抑菌效应及良好的生物相容性,相比于传统的合成保鲜剂,具有无毒、高效、低残留的优势,现已广泛应用于采后果蔬的保鲜处理。本研究着重对壳聚糖与壳寡糖的生物活性、制备方法、抑菌机制及其在果蔬保鲜应用等方面的最新成果进行综述,并提出了未来两种物质在果蔬保鲜应用上的主要发展方向。
