This.paper attempts.to explore the decoupling relations.ip and its.drivers.between indus.rial economic increas. and energy-related CO_(2) emis.ions.ICE). Firs.ly, the decoupling relations.ip was.evaluated by Tapio index. Then, bas.d on the DEA meta-frontier theory framework which taking into account the regional and indus.rial heterogeneity and index decompos.tion method, the driving factors.of decoupling proces. were explored mainly from the view of technology and efficiency. The res.lts.s.ow that during2000-2019, weak decoupling was.the primary s.ate. Inves.ment s.ale expans.on was.the larges. reas.n hindering decoupling proces. of indus.rial increas. from ICE. Both energy s.ving and production technology achieved s.gnificant progres., which facilitated the decoupling proces.. s.multaneous.y, the energy technology gap and production technology gap among regions.have been narrowed, and played a role in promoting decoupling proces.. On the contrary, both s.ale economy efficiency and pure technical efficiency have inhibiting effects.on decoupling proces.. The former indicates.that the s.ale economy of China's.indus.ry was.not conducive to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, while the latter indicates.that res.urce mis.llocation problem may exis. in both energy market and product market.

This.s.udy as.es.ed the effect of patch s.arification and mounding on the phys.cal properties.of the root layer and the s.cces. of tree planting in various.types.of *** s.udy was.conducted on 12 fores. s.tes.in taiga fores.s.of the European part of Rus.ia.A total of 54 plots.were s.t up to as.es. s.edling s.rvival;root collar diameter,height,and heigh increment were meas.red for 240 s.edlings.to as.es. *** the rooting layer,240 s.il s.mples.were taken to determine phys.cal *** s.udy s.owed that s.il treatment methods.had no effect on bulk dens.ty and total poros.ty in Cladina ***,reduced s.il mois.ure was.noted,particularly in mounds.res.lting in increas.d *** Myrtillus.s.tes.there were increas.d bulk dens.ty,reduced s.il mois.ure,and total poros.ty in the *** treatment in Polytrichum s.tes.res.lted in reduced s.il mois.ure and increas.d aeration *** the Myrtillus.and Polytrichum s.tes.patch s.arification had no effects.on phys.cal *** Polytrichum s.tes.s.rvival rates.heights.and heigh increments.of bareroot Norway s.ruce s.edlings.in mounds.were higher than in patches.however,the s.me did not apply to *** Cladina and Myrtillus.s.tes.there was.no difference in growth for bareroot and containeris.d s.edlings.with different s.il *** conditions.and s.il types.s.ould be cons.dered when applying different s.il treatment methods.to ens.re high s.rvival rates.and s.cces.ful s.edling growth.

Us.ng the data on magnetic field maps.and continuum intens.ty for s.lar Cycles.23 and 24,we explored 100 active regions.ARs.that produced M5.0 or s.ronger *** focus.on the pres.nce/abs.nce of the emergence of magnetic flux in thes. ARs.2-3 days.before the s.rong flare *** found that 29 ARs.in the s.mple emerged monotonically amids. quiet-s.n.A major emergence of a new magnetic flux within a pre-exis.ing AR yielding the formation of a complex flare-productive configuration was.obs.rved in another 24 *** 30 ARs.an ins.gnificant(in terms.of the total magnetic flux of pre-exis.ing AR)emergence of a new magnetic flux within the pre-exis.ing magnetic configuration was.obs.rved;for s.me of them the emergence res.lted in a formation of a configuration with a s.all δ-s.ns.ot;11 out of 100 ARs.exhibited no s.gnatures.of magnetic flux emergence during the entire interval of *** s.x cas.s.the emergence was.in progres. when the AR appeared on the Eas.ern limb,s. that the clas.ification and timing of emergence were not *** conclude that the recent flux emergence is.not a neces.ary and/or s.fficient condition for s.rong flaring of an *** flux emergence rate of flare-productive ARs.analyzed here was.compared with that of flare-quiet ARs.analyzed in our previous.*** revealed that the flare-productive ARs.tend to dis.lay fas.er emergence than the flare-quiet ones.do.

Robots.with trans.ormable tracked mechanis.s.are widely us.d in complex terrains.becaus. of their high adaptability,and many s.udies.on novel locomotion mechanis.s.have been conducted to make them able to climb higher *** underactuated trans.ormable mechanis.s.for tracked robots.could decreas. the number of actuators.us.d while maintaining the flexibility and obs.acle-cros.ing capability of thes. robots.and increas.ng their cos. ***,the underactuated tracked robots.have appreciable res.arch *** this.paper,a novel tracked robot with a newly propos.d underactuated revolute‒revolute‒pris.atic(RRP)trans.ormable mechanis.,which is.ins.ired by the s.t-up actions.of humans.was.*** newly propos.d tracked robot has.only two actuators.ins.alled on the track pulleys.for moving and does.not need extra actuators.for ***,it could concentrate the track belt’s.tens.on toward one s.de,and the unbalanced tens.on would drive the linkage mechanis.s.to change its.*** this.method,the propos.d underactuated des.gn could change its.external s.ape to create s.pport points.with the terrain and move its.center of mas. actively at the s.me time while climbing obs.acles.or cros.ing other kinds.of terrains.thus.greatly improving the climbing capability of the *** geometry and kinematic relations.ips.of the robot and the cros.ing s.rategies.for three kinds.of typical obs.acles.are *** the bas.s.of s.ch cros.ing motions.the parameters.of links.in the robot are des.gned to make s.re the robot has.s.fficient s.ability while climbing ***-cros.ing dynamic s.mulations.were run and analyzed to prove the feas.bility of the robot.A prototype was.built and *** s.ow that the propos.d robot could climb platforms.with heights.up to 33.3%of the robot’s.length or cros. gaps.with widths.up to 43.5%of the robot’s.length.

This.paper propos.s.a neural network-bas.d intelligent feedforward gus. alleviation framework,which includes.a neural network identification model and a neural network controller.A neural network training datas.t is.formed by collecting flight data and the gus. data encountered during the aircraft flight.A neural network identification model is.firs. trained to accurately predict the aircraft’s.***,bas.d on the output of the identification model and the collected flight data,the parameters.of the time-delay neural network controller are obtained through a learning *** s.mulation res.lts.s.ow that the des.gned intelligent controller has.good gus. alleviation effects.for both continuous.turbulence excitation and dis.rete gus. *** example,when the aircraft is.40000 kg and the flight s.eed is.0.81Ma,the controller achieves.a 67.82%reduction in wingtip acceleration and a 35.90%reduction in center of mas. acceleration under continuous.turbulence *** cons.dering the meas.rement uncertainties.s.ch as.nois. exis.ing in the collected data,the trained controller can s.ill achieve an acceptable gus. alleviation ***,cons.dering a flight in which the aircraft mas. is.cons.antly changing,the intelligent controller,which continuous.y learns.from new flight data,maintains.a good gus. alleviation effect throughout the flight.

The Tibetan Plateau is.characterized by complex geological conditions.and a relatively fragile ecological *** recent years.there has.been continuous.development and increas.d human activity in the Tibetan Plateau region,leading to a ris.ng ris. of *** lands.ide in Banbar County,Xizang(Tibet),have been perturbed by ongoing dis.urbances.from human engineering activities.making it s.s.eptible to ins.ability and dis.laying dis.inct *** this.s.udy,s.all bas.line s.bs.t s.nthetic aperture radar interferometry(s.As.Ins.R)technology is.us.d to obtain the Line of s.ght(LOs.deformation velocity field in the s.udy area,and then the s.ope-orientation deformation field of the lands.ide is.obtained according to the s.atial geometric relations.ip between the s.tellite’s.LOs.direction and the ***,the lands.ide thicknes. is.inverted by applying the mas. cons.rvation *** res.lts.s.ow that the movement area of the lands.ide is.about 6.57×10^(4)m^(2),and the lands.ide volume is.about 1.45×10^(6)m^(3).The maximum es.imated thicknes. and average thicknes. of the lands.ide are 39 m and 22 m,*** thicknes. es.imation res.lts.align with the findings.from on-s.te inves.igation,indicating the applicability of this.method to large-s.ale earth *** deformation rate of the lands.ide exhibits.a notable correlation with temperature variations.with rainfall playing a s.pportive role in the deformation proces. and dis.laying a certain *** activities.exert the mos. s.bs.antial influence on the s.atial heterogeneity of lands.ide deformation,leading to the direct impact of s.veral prominent deformation areas.due to human ***,utilizing the long s.ort-term memory(Ls.M)model to predict lands.ide dis.lacement,and the forecas. res.lts.demons.rate the effectivenes. of the Ls.M model in predicting lands.ides.that are in a continuous.development and movement *** lands.ide is.s.ill active,and bas.d
