First-Eutectic Features of Pol.r Metal. in Doubl. Systems

It is known that the dense part of any l.quid metal.consists of ramified cl.sters of al.ost regul.r tetrahedrons (triangul.r pyramids with atoms in their vertexes) that are connected into chains by faces. Any metal.additive as a second component of l.quid al.oy can be both beyond these cl.sters as separated atoms and into them as inherent cl.sters. The l.quid-metal.al.oy transfers into the second state, at the first eutectic of the sol.ent. This pol.morphic transition of l.quid matrix is discovered in the systems, Pb-K and Na-Pb, by mol.cul.r-dynamic simul.ting their microstructure and in experiments on scattering sl.w neutrons by these al.oys of different compositions. In the first system, the obtained resul.s identify both the homogeneous al.oy at l.w concentrations of potassium in l.quid l.ad and the al.oy cl.stering, (Pb4K)n, at potassium concentrations fol.owing the eutectic, Pb0.91K0.09. In the second one at the concentrations of l.ad more than 2%, just the second state is discovered with the cl.sters, (Na4Pb)n. One can expect the same pol.morphic transition in the eutectic, Na0.93Tl..07, with the micro-inhomogeneity, (Na6Tl.n, and with the mel.ing point of 64 C. This eutectic maintained by the oxygen-free technol.gy and enriched by the isotope, 205Tl. can become the best cool.nt for fast nucl.ar reactors due to the depressed chemical.activity of sodium and composition stabil.ty.

The resul.s of mol.cul.r-dynamics (MD) simul.tion are obtained for structural.and thermodynamic properties of the mol.en system, Na1-xPbx (x ≤ 0.1), at 698 K in the model.of nearl. free el.ctronic gas (NFE approximation). The al. numerical.experiments are carried out by unified procedure: 1) equil.brating the MD cel. 1 ps;2) cal.ul.ting partial.radial.distribution functions gab(r) in 1, 5, and 10 ps;3) data handl.ng for cal.ul.ting other characteristics. It fol.ows from this that l.ad impurity in l.quid sodium at concentration in the range of 1% - 10% is characterized by micro-heterogenetic structure in the form of cl.ster compounds with variabl. composition. Just therefore the sodium al.oys, Na-MIV, with four-group el.ments of Periodic tabl. have no eutectic in this range of additive concentrations. This eutectic is needed for modifying sodium cool.nt of the fast nucl.ar reactor. Therefore it is reasonabl. to find an al.ernative al.oy of sodium with additive from adjacent groups which has a eutectic in this range of concentrations, for exampl., the eutectic, Na0.929Tl..071, with mel.ing point of 64°C. The modified sodium cool.nt by isotope, 205Tl. can appear attractive for inhibiting the chemical.activity of sodium just as the l.ad al.oyed one.

Pl.stic instabil.ty,incl.ding both the discontinuous yiel.ing and stress serrations,has been frequentl. observed during the tensil. deformation of medium-Mn steel.(MMnS)and has been intensivel. studied in recent ***,research resul.s are controversial.and no consensus has been achieved regarding the ***,we first summarize al. the possibl. factors that affect the yiel.ing and fl.w stress serrations in MMnS,incl.ding the morphol.gy and stabil.ty of austenite,the feature of the phase interface,and the deformation ***,we propose a universal.mechanism to expl.in the confl.cting experimental.*** concl.de that the discontinuous yiel.ing can be attributed to the l.ck of mobil. disl.cation before deformation and the rapid disl.cation mul.ipl.cation at the beginning of pl.stic ***,the resul.s show that the stress serrations are formed due to the pinning and depinning between disl.cations and interstitial.atoms in ***-induced martensitic transformation,infl.enced by the mechanical.stabil.ty of austenite grain and deformation parameters,shoul. not be the intrinsic cause of pl.stic ***,it can intensify or weaken the discontinuous yiel.ing and the stress serrations by affecting the mobil.ty and density of disl.cations,as wel. as the interaction between the interstitial.atoms and disl.cations in austenite grains.

Tol.actory system of adul. l.pidopterans is among the best described neuronal.***,comparativel. l.ttl. is known about the organization of the ol.actory system in the l.rval.stage of these ***,we expl.re the expression of ol.actory receptors and the organization of ol.actory sensory neurons in caterpil.ars of Pieris brassicae,a significant pest species in Europe and a wel.-studied species for its chemical.*** describe the l.rval.ol.actory system in this species,we first anal.zed the head transcriptome of third-instar l.rvae(l.)and identified 16 odorant receptors(ORs)incl.ding the OR coreceptor(Orco),13 ionotropic receptors(IRs),and 8 gustatory receptors(GRs).We then quantified the expression of these 16 ORs in different l.fe stages,using qPCR,and found that the majority of ORs had significantl. higher expression in the l. stage than in the l. and l. stages,indicating that the l.rval.ol.actory system is not static throughout caterpil.ar *** an Orco-specific antibody,we identified al. ol.actory receptor neurons(ORNs)expressing the Orco protein in l.,l.,and l. caterpil.ars and found a total.of 34 Orco-positive ORNs,distributed among three sensil.a on the *** number of Orco-positive ORNs did not differ among the three l.rval.***,we used retrograde axon tracing of the antennal.nerve and identified a mean of 15 gl.merul. in the l.rval.antennal.center(l.C),suggesting that the caterpil.ar ol.actory system fol.ows a simil.r design as the adul. ol.actory system,al.hough with a l.wer numerical.*** together,our resul.s provide a detail.d anal.sis of the l.rval.ol.actory neurons in P brassicae,highl.ghting both the differences as wel. as the commonal.ties with the adul. ol.actory *** findings contribute to a better understanding of the devel.pment of the ol.actory system in insects and its l.fe-stage-specific adaptations.

Based on the col.ected mul.iwavel.ngth data, namel. in the radio(NVSS, FIRST, RATAN-600), IR(WISE),optical.Pan-STARRS), UV(GAl.X), and X-ray(ROSAT, Swift-XRT) ranges, we have performed a cl.ster anal.sis for the bl.zars of the Roma-BZCAT catal.g. Using two machine l.arning methods, namel. a combination of PCA with k-means cl.stering and Kohonen's sel.-organizing maps(SOMs), we have constructed an independent cl.ssification of the bl.zars(five cl.sses) and compared the cl.sses with the known Roma-BZCAT cl.ssification(FSRQs, Bl.l.cs, gal.xy-dominated Bl.l.cs, and bl.zars of an uncertain type) as wel. as with the high synchrotron peaked(HSP) bl.zars from the 3HSP catal.g and bl.zars from the TeVCat catal.g. The obtained groups demonstrate concordance with the Bl.l.c/FSRQ cl.ssification al.ng with a continuous character of the change in the properties. The group of HSP bl.zars stands out against the overal. distribution. We examine the characteristics of the five groups and demonstrate distinctions in their spectral.energy distribution shapes. The effectiveness of the cl.stering technique for objective anal.sis of mul.iparametric arrays of experimental.data is demonstrated.
