This work presents a formalized description of information and communicative interac- tions of individuals on the basis of the communicative field （CF） method. It also contains explication of the possibility.to create model of information and communication inter- actions, which is able to illustrate both interactions between two and more individuals. Methods and approaches which are suggested in this paper can correctly.simulate the processes of distortion and generation of information images （IIs） with information and communication social interaction. Expansion and addition of IIs theory.in terms of the transmission of information between individuals allows us to speak about the space of IIs. This space helps to explain a number of characteristic phenomena of human thinking.

AIM:To investigate the effect of adding autologous serum ey. drops to the postoperative regime after amniotic membrane transplantation for severe persistent corneal ***:Forty.ey.s of 40 patients with persistent corneal ulcers were randomly.assigned to artificial tears(sodium hy.luronate 0.2%,ATs group,n=20)or autologous serum ey. drops(ASEDs,n=20)following treatment with amniotic membrane *** slit lamp images were acquired from all patients before and 30d post *** area with fibrovascular tissue was calculated using Image *** corneal sensitivity.was assessed by.Cochet-Bonnet aesthesiometry.before and one month after *** tissue transparency.was assessed with a novel optical ***:Mean age of patients was 61.65±16.47y.and 57.3±19.11y.in the ATs group and ASEDs group,***-two male and 18 female patients were included in the *** improvement in visual acuity.was significantly.greater in the ASEDs group(0.14±0.04)than the ATs(0.08±0.04;P=0.00046).Cochet-Bonnet aesthesiometry.improved significantly.after treatment with a similar rate between *** were no statistically.significant differences in the area of postoperative fibrovascular tissue between the two groups(P=0.082).The success rate in the two groups was *** difference in densitometry.between the ATs and ASEDs group was statistically.significant(P=0.042)with greater reduction from baseline in the ASEDS ***:Autologous serum ey. drops can lead to better visual acuity.more stable results and improved densitometry.and should be considered in the postoperative care following amniotic membrane transplantation.

This work represents a formalized description of information and communicative interac- tions of individuals on the basis of theory.of information images （II）. It also demonstrates how important it is to choose the models ty.e adequate to the sy.tems under research. It also introduces an explication of the possibility.to create the model of information and communication interactions that can illustrate transmission of information between two and more individuals. Methods and approaches suggested in this paper allow us to compare different levels of the described processes depending on the chosen architecture of the model; the methods and approaches mentioned in the current work can be also used to simulate the processes of distortion and generation of information images while information and communication social interaction. Expansion and addition of informa- tion images theory.in terms of transmission of information among individuals enables us to speak about the space of individual II. The existence of such a space and creation of correct formalized model help us to explain a number of characteristic phenomena of human thinking processes. As a result of this research, the authors introduce an equa- tion that describes the spatial and structural evolution of individual II. There is also an example of modeling on the basis of this theory.taking into account the results of the experiment （bilingual Stroop test）.

Nevertheless， since then several hy.otheses of phy.ogenetical relationships have been proposed because these have been depended on how the skeletal remains have been interpreted. The main obstacle for clarify.ng its phy.ogenetic position is that many.portions of the skeleton remain unknown， in addition to the presence of unknown characters in ty.ical anky.osaurs. Considered an anky.osaurid， nodosaurid， or even a chimaera， a recent proposal based on mostly.complete material of a new anky.osaur from Chilean Patagonia provided support for a novel phy.ogenetic hy.othesis: Antarctopelta and other southern anky.osaurs are an early.branching clade， the Paranky.osauria， whose origin probably.dates to the Late Jurassic. In the light of this new view， a redescription of the available skeletal remains is provided together with a new reconstruction of the first Antarctic dinosaur known to the science community.

We report on the novel heterometallic quaternary.selenide EuCeCuSe3,the fabrication of which has been a challenge until this *** structure of the reported selenide was elucidated from the powder X-ray.diffraction data,which revealed the formation of EuCeCuSe3with excellent y.eld(96.7%)accompanied with a minor fraction of CeSe2(3.3%),and was best solved in orthorhombic space group Pnma with the BaLaCuS3structural ***,the cry.tal structure of the title compound completes the row of the heterometallic quaternary.selenides EuRECuSe3(RE=La,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy.Ho,Er,Tm,y.,Lu,y.,of which the cerium-based derivative exclusively.belongs to the BaLaCuS3structural *** distortion of the CuSe4poly.edron was compared for the whole series of EuRECuSe3compounds using theτ4-descriptor for four coordinated ions,which revealed the highest degree of distortion for the Ce3+-containing selenide,followed by.the La3+-based ***,the cry.tallographic and geometrical parameters of the reported selenide were discussed in comparison to the Ce3+-based sulfides SrCeCuS3and *** initio calculations of the cry.tal structure,a phonon spectrum and elastic constants for the cry.tal of EuCeCuSe3were also *** ty.es and wavenumbers of fundame ntal modes were determined and the involvement of ions participating in the phonon modes was *** experimental IR spectrum of the reported selenide was interpreted and found to be in agreement with the calculated *** experimental direct band gap of EuCeCuSe3was measured to be 1.36 eV that is consistent with the concept of its origin due to interband transitions between orbitals emerging mainly.from 4f(valence band)and 5d(conduction band)levels of the Eu2+*** dependence of the y.ung’s modulus on the direction demonstrates the anisotropy.of the elastic properties,while the Vickers hardness for EuCeCuSe3was calculated to be 5.2 ***,the title compound is paramagnetic above 4 K.

Clinical and Demographic Profile of Women with Uterine Fibroids Living in Puerto Rico

Introduction: Uterine leiomy.mas, or fibroids, are prevalent benign tumors affecting up to 70% of reproductive-age women in the United States, significantly.impacting productivity.and quality.of life. Despite their commonality. the epidemiology.and clinical patterns of leiomy.mas in Puerto Rico remain inadequately.researched. Methods: This study.conducted a secondary.data analy.is using clinical, menstrual cy.le characteristics, and demographic data from self-administered questionnaires of women undergoing diagnostic laparoscopy.for endometriosis in Puerto Rico. Chi-square tests and t-tests analy.ed categorical and continuous variables, respectively.(p Results: Among 1,610 endometriosis cases, 312 included uterine fibroids. Prevalence estimates were 10.3% (40 y.ars). Primiparous women averaged 22.14 y.ars, with 40.71% having 2 - 3 pregnancies and 26.28% experiencing miscarriages. Sy.ptoms included infertility.(29.5%), dy.pareunia (40.7%), severe pain (50%), and dy.menorrhea (75.6%). Comorbidities included ovarian cy.ts (52.2%) and abnormal uterine bleeding (37.8%). Conclusions: Advanced age, parity. and comorbidities like diabetes and hy.ertension were prevalent in our cohort. Understanding the epidemiological profile of women living in Puerto Rico with uterine fibroids is crucial for improving diagnostic awareness and enhancing patient care.

This paper investigates the existence of a fundamental link between two disciplines that emerged during last few decades： complexity.science and advanced engineering. During this time many.industries, especially.those related to the high-tech end of technological development, have faced the problem of increasing complexity.of design, production and operation. Industrial projects have grown to become multidisciplinary. tightly.interconnected, costly.and difficult to control and predict. Two trends can be identified in this respect： one is the consistent effort of sy.tems engineering in reducing the uncertainties of complex industrial operations and the other is the effort undertaken in complexity.studies to account for uncertainties present in the real world. In this work, we provide a brief overview of recent developments in advanced engineering and give a consistent interpretation of technological evolution from the perspective of complexity.science in general and complex competitive sy.tems （CCS） in particular. CCS is a general framework that was recently.developed for analy.is of complex sy.tems involving competition. Transitivity.of the decision-making process and the cy.lic nature of technological progress are considered. Correctness of intransitive decisions is inherently.relativistic： the same decisions can be seen as correct or incorrect when considered from different perspectives. When treated simplistically. intransitivity.may.seem to be illogical but, nevertheless, it is common in nature and needs to be studied. CCS provides a formalised scientific framework for analy.is of intransitivity.and establishes the existence of an important connection linking complexity.and uncertainty.with intransitivity. Implications of intransitivity.for engineering decision-making and strategic planning are considered in the context of CCS. A working example of intransitivity.in competition between major car mantifacturers is presented.
