目的了解和掌握2005—2008年新疆维吾尔自治区阿图什市内脏利什曼病（VL）的流行和防治。方法通过对流行乡村居民和在校中、小学生体检（触诊肝、脾）的方法进行普查，宣传VL防治知识，并动员乡村医务人员和群众提供疑似患者和（或）死亡者的线索，对已治愈的患者进行随访。以上一年发现患者的家庭为中心，对半径50m内的住宅和畜圈内、外墙面喷洒高效氯氟氰菊酯灭蛉。结果2005--2008年VL患者共41例，其中普查14888人，查出现患病例33例，自行上门就诊者8例。2005-2008年病例数依次为15、10、6和10例。年龄在20岁以下的占80．49％（33／41），21岁以上的占19．51％（8／41）。随访41例已治疗患者，治愈康复35例，复发4例，死亡2例。通过各种宣传活动发放防治VL宣传单10000余张，张贴宣传画1000余张，中、小学发放折页画3500余张。培训患者家属及其邻里、乡村干部和中、小学教师共585人。2005--2008年348户喷洒杀虫剂，面积约9万m^2。喷洒前白蛉密度为41～70只／人工小时，喷洒后为2～21只／人工小时。结论阿图什市的VL仍然流行。白蛉季节前开展喷洒杀虫剂灭蛉和普查普治患者可减少传染源和传播媒介，降低发病率，达到控制的效果。

DORMANCY-ASSOCIATED MADS-BOX(DAM)genes have recently emerged as key potential regulators of the dormancy cycle and climate adaptation in perennial ***,PpeDAM6 has been proposed to act as a major repressor of bud dormancy release and bud break in peach(Prunus persica).PpeDAM6 expression is downregulated concomitantly with the perception of a given genotype-dependent accumulation of winter chilling time,and the coincident enrichment in H3K27me3 chromatin modification at a specific genomic *** have identified three peach BASIC PENTACYSTEINE PROTEINs(PpeBPCs)interacting with two GA-repeat motifs present in this H3K27me3-enriched ***,PpeBPC1 represses PpeDAM6 promoter activity by transient expression *** the other hand,the heterologous overexpression of PpeDAM6 in European plum(Prunus domestica)alters plant vegetative growth,resulting in dwarf plants tending toward shoot meristem *** alterations in vegetative growth of transgenic lines associate with impaired hormone homeostasis due to the modulation of genes involved in jasmonic acid,cytokinin,abscisic acid,and gibberellin pathways,and the downregulation of shoot meristem factors,specifically in transgenic leaf and apical *** expression of many of these genes is also modified in flower buds of peach concomitantly with PpeDAM6 downregulation,which suggests a role of hormone homeostasis mechanisms in PpeDAM6-dependent maintenance of floral bud dormancy and growth repression.

Although dobutamine-atropine stress echocardiography (DASE) is an established method for evaluating patients who have coronary artery disease(CAD), it can in crease test duration and a patient’s exposure to large doses of dobutamine. New protocols, including the early injection of atropine during dobutamine stress e chocardiography (EA-DSE), have been proposed to decrease test duration. This st udy compared the safety, efficacy, and accuracy of EA-DSE with those of DASE. W e retrospectively evaluated 3,163 patients who underwent DASE and 1,664 patients who underwent EA-DSE over a period of 12 years. In EA-DSE, atropine at a dose ≤2mg was started with 20 μg/kg/min of dobutamine if heart rate was ostic accuracy for detecting CAD(>50%stenosis) was assessed in pati ents who underwent quantitative angiography ≤3 months of stress testing. The do butamine dose used in EA-DSE was smaller than that used in DASE(31±6vs 36±6 μg/kg/min, pose was larger(0.8±.0.5 vs 0.5± .0.25 mg, postic studies(88%vs 81%, positive predictive values, negative predictive values, and accuracies for detecting CAD were 84%, 90%, 93%, 76%, and 86%fo r EA-DSE and 86%, 78%, 84%, 79%, and 82%for DASE, respectively(p=NS). Ther efore, EA-DSE is a safe and effective alternative to DASE and had a similar acc uracy for the detection of CAD.

Introduction: Post-hospital syndrome (PHS) is defined as a period of vulnerability during the first 30 days after a patient is discharged from hospital, in which multiple factors come into play. Hyponatremia is the most frequent hydroelectrolytic disorder in hospitalized patients and may be related to the appearance of PHS. Objective: The objective is to estimate the prevalence of PHS that is assessed as the rate of readmissions in the first 30 days after discharge, in patients with hyponatremia. Material and Methods: It is a descriptive observational study of patients with hyponatremia who were discharged from 1 September 2010 to 2 February 2020 at the Internal Medicine Service of the Hospital University of San Juan (Alicante, Spain). Results: Of the 25 included patients, 5 (20%) were readmitted within a month of discharge, after a mean of 11.4 days (standard deviation [SD] 5.1). The overall mortality of the study was 20% (n = 5), with one case of death in the first 30 days post-hospitalization (4%). In 12 patients (48%) the origin of the hyponatremia was undetermined. The most frequently recorded etiology for the condition was pharmacological (n = 7, 28%), and there was pronounced variability in its clinical and laboratory study. The most widely used corrective measure was drug withdrawal, in 16 patients (64%). Water intake restriction was the most common treatment after discharge (5 patients, 20%), followed by urea (2 patients, 8%), while tolvaptan was not used. Conclusion: Hyponatremia may be the cause of PHS, which could increase the rate of early readmission. Hyponatremia is an underdiagnosed and undertreated entity, so it is necessary to apply an appropriate system to optimize its management and, in future studies, to assess its impact on PHS.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus(SARS-CoV)-2 infection induces an exacerbated inflammation driven by innate immunity *** cells(DCs)play a key role in the defense against viral infections,for instance plasmacytoid DCs(pDCs),have the capacity to produce vast amounts of interferon-alpha(IFN-α).In COVID-19 there is a deficit in DC numbers and IFN-αproduction,which has been associated with disease *** this work,we described that in addition to the DC deficiency,several DC activation and homing markers were altered in acute COVID-19 patients,which were associated with multiple inflammatory ***,previously hospitalized and nonhospitalized patients remained with decreased numbers of CD1c+myeloid DCs and pDCs seven months after SARS-CoV-2 ***,the expression of DC markers such as CD86 and CD4 were only restored in previously nonhospitalized patients,while no restoration of integrinβ7 and indoleamine 2,3-dyoxigenase(IDO)levels were *** findings contribute to a better understanding of the immunological sequelae of COVID-19.
