Cem.nted and m.chanically clam.ed types of end fittings(fitting-C and fitting-m.are com.only used in transform.0} *** the Luding m. 6.8 earthquake that occurred in China on Septem.er 5,2022,all transform.0} bushings with the two types of end fittings in a 500 kV substation were ***-earthquake field investigations were conducted,and the failures of the two types of bushings were *** elem.ntary sim.lation m.dels of the transform.0}-bushing system. were developed to sim.late the engineering failures,and further com.ute their seism.c responses for *** results indicate that the hitch lugs of the connection flange are structurally harm.ul to seism.c ***-m.can decrease the bending stiffness of the bushing due to the flexible sealing rubber *** it provides a m.re flexible connection that dissipates energy,the peak accelerations and relative displacem.nts at the top of the bushing are significantly lower than those of the bushing with *** with fitting-C,fitting-m.transfers the high-stress areas from.the connection flange to the root of the porcelain,so the latter becom.s the m.st vulnerable ***-m.increases the failure risk of the low-strength porcelain,indicating the unsuitability of applying it in high-intensity fortification regions.

A potential reason for the failure of tum.r therapies is treatm.nt *** to chem.therapy,radiotherapy,and im.unotherapy continues to be a m.jor obstacle in clinic,resulting in tum.r recurrence and *** m.jor m.chanism. of therapy resistance are inhibitions of cell deaths,like apoptosis and necrosis,through drug inactivation and excretion,repair of DNA dam.ge,tum.r heterogeneity,or changes in tum.r m.croenvironm.nt,*** studies have shown that ferroptosis play a m.jor role in therapies resistance by inducing phospholipid peroxidation and iron-dependent cell *** ferroptosis inducers in com.ination with clinical treatm.nt techniques have been used to enhance the effect in tum.r ***,versatile ferroptosis nanoinducers exhibit an extensive range of functions in reversing therapy resistance,including directly triggering ferroptosis and feedback ***,we provide a detailed description of the design,m.chanism.and therapeutic application of ferroptosis-m.diated synergistic tum.r *** also discuss the prospect and challenge of nanom.dicine in tum.r therapy resistance by regulating ferroptosis and com.ination therapy.

The m.lti-channel Photom.tric Survey Telescope(m.phisto)is a real-tim.,three-color photom.tric system.designed to capture the color evolution of stars and transients *** telescope system.can be crucial in cosm.logical distance m.asurem.nts of low-redshift(low-z,z■0.1)Type Ia supernovae(SNe Ia).To optim.ze the capabilities of this instrum.nt,we perform.a com.rehensive sim.lation study before its official operation is scheduled to *** considering the im.act of atm.spheric extinction,weather conditions,and the lunar phase at the observing site involving the instrum.ntal features,we sim.late light curves of SNe Ia obtained by *** best strategy in the case of SN Ia cosm.logy is to take the im.ge at an exposure tim. of 130 s with a cadence of 3 *** this condition,m.phisto can obtain hundreds of high-quality SNe Ia to achieve a distance m.asurem.nt better than 4.5%.Given the on-tim. spectral classification and m.nitoring of the Lijiang 2.4 m.Telescope at the sam. observatory,m.phisto,in the whole operation,can significantly enrich the well-calibrated sam.le of supernovae at low-z and im.rove the calibration accuracy of high-z SNe Ia.

Software-Defined Networking(SDN)represents a significant paradigm.shift in network architecture,separating network logic from.the underlying forwarding devices to enhance flexibility and centralize ***-rently,the Internet of Things(IoT)connects num.0}ous devices to the Internet,enabling autonom.us interactions with m.nim.l hum.n ***,im.lem.nting and m.naging an SDN-IoT system.is inherently com.lex,particularly for those with lim.ted resources,as the dynam.c and distributed nature of IoT infrastructures creates security and privacy challenges during SDN *** findings of this study underscore the prim.ry security and privacy challenges across application,control,and data planes.A com.rehensive review evaluates the root causes of these challenges and the defense techniques em.loyed in prior works to establish sufficient secrecy and privacy *** investigations have explored cutting-edge m.thods,such as leveraging blockchain for transaction recording to enhance security and privacy,along with applying m.chine learning and deep learning approaches to identify and m.tigate the im.acts of Denial of Service(DoS)and Distributed DoS(DDoS)***,the analysis indicates that encryption and hashing techniques are prevalent in the data plane,whereas access control and certificate authorization are prom.nently considered in the control plane,and authentication is com.only em.loyed within the application ***,this paper outlines future directions,offering insights into potential strategies and technological advancem.nts aim.d at fostering a m.re secure and privacy-conscious SDN-based IoT ecosystem.

Sustained casing pressure(SCP)is a crucial issue in the oil and gas production *** resins,exhibiting exceptional com.ressive strength,ductility,and shear bonding strength,have the potential to form.reliable *** injectivity and sealing capacity of the epoxy resin is crucial param.ters for the success of shallow rem.diation *** study aim.d to develop and assess a novel solid-free resin sealant as an alternative to Portland cem.nt for m.tigating fluid *** investigation evaluated the viscosity,com.ressive strength,and brittleness index of the epoxy resin sealant,as well as its tangential and norm.l shear strengths in conjunction with casing *** flow characteristics and sealing abilities of conventional cem.nt and epoxy resin were com.aratively analyzed in *** results showed that the application of a viscosity reducer facilitated control over the curing tim. of the epoxy resin,ranging from.1.5 to 6 h,and reduced the initial viscosity from.865.53 to 118.71 m.Pa,*** m.chanical properties of the epoxy resin initially increased with a rise in curing agent content before experiencing a m.nor *** epoxy resin containing 30%curing agent exhibited optim.l m.chanical *** a 14-day curing period,the epoxy resin's com.ressive strength reached81.37 m.a,2.12 tim.s higher than that of cem.nt,whereas the elastic m.dulus of cem.nt was 2.99 tim.s greater than that of the epoxy *** brittleness index of epoxy resin is only 3.42,dem.nstrating high flexibility and *** tangential and norm.l shear strengths of the epoxy resin exceeded those of cem.nt by 3.17 and 2.82 tim.s,*** a 0.5 m.-wide crack,the injection pressure of the epoxy resin rem.ined below 0.075 m.a,indicating superior injection and flow ***,the injection pressure of cem.nt surged dram.tically to 2.61 m.a within 5 *** breakthrough pressure of0.5 PV epoxy resin reached 7.53 m.a,decreasing the crack's perm.

Cardiac rehabilitation, a com.rehensive exercise-based lifestyle and m.dical m.nagem.nt, is effective in decreasing m.rbidity and im.roving life quality in patients with coronary heart disease. Endothelial function, an irreplaceable indicator in coronary heart disease progression, is m.asured by various m.thods in traditional cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including m.dicinal treatm.nt, aerobic training, and sm.king cessation. Nevertheless, studies on the effect of som. em.0}ging cardiac rehabilitation program. on endothelial function are lim.ted. This article briefly reviewed the endothelium.beneficial effects of different cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including exercise training, lifestyle m.dification and psychological intervention in patients with coronary heart disease, and related experim.ntal m.dels, and sum.arized both uncovered and potential cellular and m.lecular m.chanism. of the beneficial roles of various cardiac rehabilitation pathways on endothelial function. In exercise training and som. lifestyle interventions, the enhanced bioavailability of nitric oxide, increased circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs), and decreased oxidative stress are m.jor contributors to preventing endothelial dysfunction in coronary heart disease. m.reover, the preservation of endothelial-dependent hyperpolarizing factors and inflam.atory suppression play roles. On the one hand, to develop m.re endothelium.protective rehabilitation m.thods in coronary heart disease, adequately designed and sized random.zed m.lticenter clinical trials should be advanced using standardized cardiac rehabilitation program. and existing assessm.nt m.thods. On the other hand, additional studies using suitable experim.ntal m.dels are warranted to elucidate the relationship between som. new interventions and endothelial protection in both m.cro-and m.crovasculature.
