This paper presents a unified theoretical analysis of the energy detection of Gaussian and m-PSK signals in κ-μ,α-μ,and η-μ fading channels at the output of an energy detector subject to impulsive noise（Bernoulli-Gaussian model）. As a result, novel, simple, and accurately approximated expressions for the probability of detection are derived. more precisely, the generalized Gauss-Laguerre quadrature is applied to approximate the probability of detection as a simple finite sum. monte Carlo simulations corroborate the accuracy and precision of the derived approximations. The results are further extended to cooperative energy detection with hard decision combining information.

Ni WO4 was prepared using the polymeric precursor method and studied in terms of physical and chemical properties to verify its stability for industrial applications as *** characterization was accomplished using thermal analyses,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEm),photoluminescence(PL)and UV–Vis spectroscopies,colorimetric coordinates,and Raman *** the temperature,successive exothermic reactions were observed and they are related with thermal decomposition of the organic *** stability was reached at^700℃.The material is verified to become completely free of second phase at^800℃.The end Ni WO4 powders showed an intense charge transfer(CT)-related tail centered in the ultraviolet region,resulting in a yellow *** addition,the powders exhibited broad excitation band and broad deep blue–green emission band,which were enhanced with increasing powders’crystallinity.

试验选取内诺尔公牛575只,研究剩余采食量(RFI)、1*RFI与体增重的总和(RIG)与胴体品质、非胴体品质和肉品质之间的关系。RFI是由预测采食量与实际采食量的差值。根据RFI和RIG的平均值偏差±0.5来划分高效和低效的动物。建立一个混合模型,RFI或RIG和同期群作为固定影响因素,初始年龄作为协变量,雄性牲畜和试验周期作为随机变量,建立每个评估特征的回归斜率方程。RIG与眼肌面积呈正相关关系。高效RFI组动物的肝脏和内部脂肪比例均低于低效RFI组。与低效RFI组和低效RIG组相比,高效RFI组RIG高效组动物的肌内脂肪提取率分别减少了11.8%和11.2%。与RFI低效组相比,RFI高效组的动物的瘦肉率更高。

Understanding layer interplay is the key to utilizing layered heterostructures formed by the stacking of different two-dimensional materials for device applications. Boron nitride has been demonstrated to be an ideal substrate on which to build graphene devices with improved mobilities. Here we present studies on the morphology and optical response of annealed few-layer hexagonal boron nitride flakes deposited on a silicon substrate that reveal the formation of linear wrinkles along well-defined crystallographic directions. The wrinkles formed a network of primarily threefold and occasionally fourfold origami-type junctions throughout the sample, and all threefold junctions and wrinkles formed along the armchair crystallographic direction. Furthermore, molecular dynamics simulations yielded, through spontaneous symmetry breaking, wrinkle junction morphologies that are consistent with both the experimental results and the proposed origami-folding model. Our findings indicate that this morphology may be a general feature of several two-dimensional materials under proper stress-strain conditions, resulting in direct consequences in device strain engineering.

This study investigated the action of proteolytic enzymes in the production of goat viscera hydrolysates,and their flavoring *** study focus the production of flavor precursor molecules and the formation of volatile compounds resulting from four hydrolysis treatments:HA-Alcalase®,HF-Flavourzyme®,HN-Neutrase®,and HFN-Flavourzyme® and Neutrase®.The highest degree of hydrolysis (26.74%),number (23 volatiles) and concentration of volatile compounds (274.0 μg/L) were obtained with the action of *** main classes of volatile compounds identified in hydrolysates included acids,aldehydes,pyrazines,terpenes and Streacker *** acids,sugars and fatty acids were identified with higher concentrations in HF and HFN hydrolysates due to the low participation of these precursors in the formation of volatile ***,the use of Alcalase in the proteolysis of goat viscera stood out compared to other enzymes,providing impacting aroma compounds,such as pyrazines,for meat flavor.

The function of a corrosion inhibitor in drilling mud compositions is the corrosion protection of the equipment involved in drilling operations. many compositions involve environmentally several products such as fatty amines of high molecular weight, polyoxylated amines, amides, imidazolines, nitrogen heterocyclic products, etc. The potential advantages of the use of silicates are the effective protection of carbon steel, especially in aerated saline fluids, low costs and non-aggressive behavior to environment. Gravimetric and electrochemical tests were carried out using an aerated solution of 3.5% NaCl and the addition of sodium silicate (Na2SiO3·9H2O) as a corrosion inhibitor at concentrations of 250 to 2000 mg/L. The efficiencies of the corrosion protection of carbon steel using silicate concentrations greater than 1250 mg/L were greater than 92%.

Better management of Adverse Events Favors Sorafenib Treatment of HCC Patients and Impact on Survival

Introduction: Sorafenib is an orally active multikinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and is the only systemic treatment associated with a survival benefit in advanced stage. The aims of this study were to evaluate the tolerance and survival of sorafenib-treated patients, and to identify potential prognostic factors of survival. methods: A total of 88 HCC patients treated with sorafenib from June 2010 to January 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. Tumour stage, liver function and adverse events to sorafenib were analyzed. Univariate and multivariate analysis were carried out to identify predictors of survival in patients with advanced HCC treated with sorafenib. Results: There were 64 (73%) males included in this study, with a median age of 61.16 years. Eight (91%) patients had Child-Pugh class A cirrhosis. most patients were classified as BCLC C (82%). Hepatitis C virus was the predominant cause of HCC (68%). Sorafenib was the initial treatment modality in 43%. median time of sorafenib therapy was 8.23 months. Overall survival in 1 year was 57.3% and 36.7% in 2 years. The median survival was 16.3 months. In the univariate analysis of the OS based on Child-Pugh score did not demonstrate a significant difference in our study (p = 0.62). The presence of dermatologic adverse event predicted a better overall survival in the multivariate analysis. Better survival was also observed in patients with AFP level ml in the start of sorafenib therapy (p = 0.001). Patients that used Sorafenib for ≥6 months had shown better outcome. None of the patients discontinued sorafenib because of adverse effects. Conclusions: Advanced HCC patients treated with sorafenib who experienced dermatologic adverse event and low AFP level ml showed better overall survival. As expected, longer sorafenib therapy (≥6 months) was associated to better survival. Even in the presence of adverse events, the use of sorafenib should be continu
