Objective:To compare the genotype frequencies of HLA class-ⅡDRB1 alleles in Giardia(G.)lamblia-infected ***:A total of 490 Egyptian children aged 2-16 years were subjected to microscopic stool examination to detect *** infection,and to exclude other intestinal *** the basis of their microscopic findings,a group of 80 children were chosen as giardiasis cases,another 80 children were confirmed as Giardia free control group by immunochromatographic test,and the remaining children were *** giardiasis and control groups were then subjected to blood examination to identify their genetic type of HLA-DRB1 ***:HLA class-ⅡDRB1*03:01 and DRB1*13:01 alleles were significantly associated with *** infection(Pn the other hand,HLA class-ⅡDRB1*04:02,DRB1*10:01,DRB1*14:01 and DRB1*15:01 alleles were significantly demonstrated in Giardia free ***,other HLA-DRB1 alleles did not show any significant association with ***:HLA class-ⅡDRB1*03,DRB1*13,DRB1*04,DRB1*10,DRB1*14 and DRB1*15 alleles may be involved in the establishment of host immune response to *** infection.

Mucinous adenocarcinoma represents a rare subtype of adenocarcinoma of the lung, which is frequently invasive and has a poorer prognosis. Of its wide range of imaging appearances, air-space consolidation is the most frequent pattern while cavitary form has only rarely been reported. Despite imaging advancements, the differentiation of benign and malignant cavitary lung lesions sometimes remains imperfect. We propose "Tambourine" sign on computed tomography to raise the suspicion of mucinous adenocarcinoma in a lung cavity, under appropriate clinical settings. The sign indicates an irregular cavity with undistorted prominent thick walled bronchioles within the wall and draping along thereby resembling the musical instrument "tambourine". Adjacent ground glass and internal septations may also be seen.

本文中作者将新型双磙子FPS系统的动力学方程推广到由滚动FPS和MR阻尼器组成的混合隔震基础系统,得到了更便于应用的水平分量形式的运动微分方程,并将与FPS有关的力和MR阻尼力处理成力源项,构造了可以方便地考虑不同上部结构形式的MATLAB/SIMULInK仿真模型。采用RD-1005型MR阻尼器和模糊逻辑控制器,在两个典型的地震输入情况下对混合系统进行了振动控制仿真。仿真结果表明,本文建立的混合隔震基础系统的动力学模型是正确和精确的,直接利用动力学模型进行前向计算可避免附加的模型误差且计算效率高,而仿真模型中将不同的力源由分开的块组成,使得仿真设计非常方便快捷。

Aim: To observe the acute effect of the organophosphorous insecticide malathion on testicular function in mice. Methods: The effects of a single dose of malathion [240 mg/kg (1/12 LD50)] on plasma acetylcholinesterase (ACE) activity, spermatozoa (epididymal cauda counts and teratozoospermia), testis and plasma testosterone concentration) were evaluated at day 1,8, 16, 35 and 40 after treatment. Results: The sperm count was decreased significantly 24 h after treatment and teratozoospermia was increased at day 35 and 40. The height of the seminiferous epithelium and the diameter of tubular lumen were decreased at day 8. The percentage of tubular blockade was increased between day 8 and 35. A decrease in testosterone plasma level was observed at day 16 after treatment. Conclusion: Malathion damages male reproduction. The depletion of seminiferous tubules and the increase in teratozoospermia may be a genotoxic damage to the renewing spermatogonia, but the possibility of spermatogenic/ spermiogenic disfunction due to a decrease in the plasma testosterone level can not be ruled out.

CdSe films are of great interest for use in thin film photoelectric devices. A simple chemical precipitation method is adopted for the first time to synthesise CdSe powder. Films on glass obtained at different substrate temperatures TS such as 300, 373, 423 and 473 K have been characterised by X-ray diffraction, optical absorption and Hall measurements.

Piezostack-based active mounts have shown great efficiency for vibration control in a wide frequency *** this paper,we investigate the performances of the global semi-active control strategy presented by Ichchou et al.[1]for a control system consisting of an active mount and a supported *** control strategy allows extracting vibrations energy of the supported mass,storing it in accumulators to be reused for powering in part the actuators(two piezostacks).Consequently,energy needs are reduced versus good control performances comparable to those of the active control based on the negative velocity *** performances of the controller are evaluated in both frequency(transmitted force)and time(acceleration)domains which show that vibrations of the supported mass due to base excitations are efficiently attenuated with the proposed *** energetic analysis confirms the reduced energy requirement compared to the active scheme.

The electronic structures of ni-Ti shape-memory alloy samples were investigated by X-ray absorption fine structure （XAFS） spectroscopy both experimentally and theoretically. In the experimental section, the samples were measured at low temperature to determine the persistent traces of both preheating process and atomic concentration effects on the crystal and electronic structure by X-ray absorption near-edge structure （XAnES） spectroscopy. As a second step, the extended-X-ray absorption fine structure （EXAFS） calculations, which are based on different choices of one electron potentials according to Ti coordinations by using the real space multiple scattering method FEFF 8.2 code, were performed. The crystallographic and electronic structures of the porous ni-Ti alloys were tested at various temperatures ranging from 5 to 1323 K.

Allergy due to toxic pollutants present in the environment has become a major public health threat affecting the lives of more than one billion people *** prevalence and impact are on the rise due to urbanization and growing chemical industries,on the other hand emerging toxic allergens heavily impact the budgets of public health *** the current work,the dynamical model of allergy due to pollution is constructed and ***,the basic reproduction number is formulated to calculate the threshold value of allergic *** model is stabilized locally and globally,besides the conditions that emerged from stability theory are used to study the effects of various parameters.Z-type control mechanism has been used to optimize the stability of the *** simulations validate,that chaotic oscillated compartments are stabilized under the effect of Z-control which shows that allergic diseases due to the polluted environment can be controlled.
