本工作的目的是研究开展连续培养过程的概念,这一过程包括了"中学生—大学生—研究生—提高专业水平的听众—企业专家"的整个体系。该目的通过运用现代信息技术、远程教学、虚拟技术、教育的"俄罗斯方法"和综合适应能力的实现来达到。形成了连续教育的概念,并成功地在莫斯科鲍曼国立技术大学和补充专业教育发展研究所推行。这一概念的独创性在于得以将教育的"俄罗斯方法"植于"中学—大学—专业水平提高学校—研究生院—企业"连续培养的所有阶段。创新是依靠从在大学体系下运用虚拟技术所获得的协同效应和由于使用"俄罗斯方法"带来的教学过程结果有效性的提高来实现的。

Rheological explosion in polymers under uniaxial compression in an open volume occurs at the end of continuous rapid plastic deformation after several stages of *** types of polymers were chosen for this study:brittle glassy amorphous polystyrene and thermoplastic semi-crystalline *** pulses were detected during explosion,and their spectra were a.a.yzed with two models.X-ray diffraction methods were used to investigate changes in the structure and morphology of polymers during deformation and rheological *** pores appear in polymer in this process,and their shape and size distribution were derived from X-ray *** main reason for the formation of pores in polymer samples in rheological explosion experiments is the intense microshifts in the polymer volume under the action of high applied pressure.

Pd-Rh nanoparticles are known to easily undergo surface restructuring in reactive environment. This study quantifies, with the help of density functional(DFT) calculations and a novel topological approach, atomic ordering and surface segregation effects in Pd-Rh particles with compositions 1:3, 1:1 and 3:1 containing up to 201 atoms(ca. 1.7 nm). The obtained da.a.are used to reliably optimise energetically preferred atomic orderings in inaccessible by DFT Pd-Rh particles containing thousands of atoms and exhibiting sizes exceeding 5 nm, which are typical for ca.a.ytic metal particles. It is outlined, how segregation effects on the surface arrangement of Pd-Rh nanoalloy ca.a.ysts induced by adsorbates can be evaluated in a simple way within the present modelling setup.

We deal with the state consensus problem of a general Linear Interconnected Multi-Agent System （LIMAS） under a time-invariant and directed communication topology. Firstly, we propose a linear consensus protocol in a general form, which consists of state feedback of the agent itself and feedback form of the relative states between the agent and its neighbors. Secondly, a state-linear-transformation is applied to equivalently transform the state consensus problem into a partial stability problem. Based on the partial stability theory, we derive a sufficient and necessary criterion of consensus convergence, which is expressed via the Hurwitz stability of a real matrix constructed from the pa.a.eters of the agent models and the protocols, and present an a.a.ytical formula of the consensus function. Lastly, we propose a design procedure of the gain matrices in the protocol by solving a bilinear matrix inequality.

A nonlinear differential equation system with nonlinearities of a sector type is studied. Using the Lyapunov direct method and the comparison method, conditions are derived under which the zero solution of the system is stable with respect to all variables and asymptotically stable with respect to a part of variables. Moreover, the impact of nonstationary perturbations with zero mean values on the stability of the zero solution is investigated. In addition, the corresponding time-delay system is considered for which delay-independent partial asymptotic stability conditions are found. Three examples are presented to demonstrate effectiveness of the obtained results.

本研究致力于寻找增加包含碳纤维制成的零件的复合材料的防雷能力的方法,考虑在特定深度的铺层中应用改良碳纤维复合材料(CFRPs)。它的排布根据对电荷的有效扩散建模来确定,同时考虑满足金属化要求,作为在引入静电电荷时均衡整个结构电势的方法。在这种情况下,在对所制备的乳液进行混合的阶段,通过对碳纳米管复合材料的半成品进行表面喷涂来完成碳纤维基质的改良。问题的关键是提供导电性使闪电电荷不受阻碍地排出,同时也包括在飞行中和静止状态下在飞机表面积聚的静电荷。本文考虑了闪电直接作用在飞机碳纤维结构元件上的物理机制,估量了闪电对结构造成的损伤。在这些评估和一篇关于现代建设性保护方法综述的基础上,给出了飞机在遭遇直接雷击情况下雷电防护的一般建议。

Studies of wild animals’immunity often use comparison with laboratory-raised *** such an approach,various da.a.were obtained concerning wild Norway rat’s *** or higher potential of immune system cells to respond to activation stimuli were shown,because of a.a.ysis of dispa.a.e pa.a.eters and/or small number of a.a.yzed *** differences between laboratory and wild rats were shown too,owing to great response variability in wild *** hypothesized that wild rats will express more intense immune activity compared to their laboratory counterparts which live in a less demanding *** test this,we a.a.yzed the circulating levels of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6),a mediator which has a central role in host immune *** addition,we examined the activity of the central immune organ,the spleen,including cell proliferation and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-17(IL-17),which are major effectors of cellular a.a.tive immune *** order to obtain reasonable insight into the immunity of wild Norway rats,a.a.ysis was conducted on a much larger number of individuals compared to other *** levels of plasma IL-6,higher spleen mass,cellularity and ba.a. IFN-γproduction concomitantly with lower ba.a. production of anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-10(IL-10)revealed more intense immune activity in the wild compared to laboratory ***,lower responsiveness of their spleen cells’proinflammatory cytokine production to conca.a.alin A(ConA)stimulation,along with preserved ca.a.ity of IL-10 response,might be perceived as an indication of wild rats’reduced ca.a.ility to cope with incoming environmental stimuli,but also as a means to limit tissue da.a.e.

Objective To investigate involvement of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor(Ah R)in the immunomodulatory effects of cadmium(Cd).Methods The effect of Cd on Ah R activation(CYP1 A1 and CYP1 B1 m RNA expression)was examined in lung leukocytes of Cd-exposed rats(5 and 50 mg/L,30 d orally)and by in vitro leukocyte *** involvement of Ah R signaling in the effects of Cd on the interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)lung leukocyte response was investigated in vitro using the receptor antagonist *** Cd increased CYP1 B1(in vivo and in vitro)and CYP1 A1(in vitro)m RNA,indicating Ah R involvement in the action of *** response to Cd,lung leukocytes increased IL-6 and decreased TNF at the gene expression and protein levels,but decreased IL-1βproduction due to reduced *** Ah R antagonist CH-223191 abrogated the observed effects of Cd on the cytokine *** absence of Ah R reactivity and cytokine response to Cd of leukocytes from the lungs of a rat strain that is less sensitive to Cd toxicity coincided with a high Ah R repressor m RNA *** Ah R signaling is involved in the lung leukocyte proinflammatory cytokine response to *** relevance of the Ah R to the cytokine response to Cd provides new insight into the mechanisms of Cd immunotoxicity.

Objective The effect of oral cadmium(Cd)intake to influence contact skin allergies was examined,since it is known that Cd is a heavy metal that affects many tissues,including the skin,in which it disturbs homeostasis,thus resulting in inflammation and *** Male rats were evoked with experimental contact hypersensitivity reaction(CHS)to hapten dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB),after prolonged(30 day)oral exposure to an environmentally relevant Cd dose(5 ppm).The ear cell population was a.a.yzed with flow *** production by ear skin cells and the activity of skin-draining lymph node(DLN)cells were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Orally acquired Cd(5 ppm)increased CHS intensity only in Dark Agouti(DA)rats by affecting inflammatory responses in both the sensitization(an increase of IFN-γ and IL-17 cytokine production)and challenge(an increase of CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)cell number and TNF,IFN-γ and IL-17 cytokine production)*** increased CHS reaction was seen in Albino Oxford(AO)rats only at a high Cd dose(50 ppm),during the challenge phase(an increase of CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)cell number and TNF,IFN-γ and IL-17 cytokine production).Conclusion These novel da.a.indicate that oral Cd intensifies the skin response to sensitizing chemicals such as DNCB.
