Pha.e tra.sitions a.d ma.netic properties of sha.e-memory ma.eria.s ca. be ta.lored by tuning the size of the constituent ma.eria.s, such a. na.opa.ticles. However, owing to the la.k of suita.le synthetic methods for size-controlled Heusler na.opa.ticles, there is no report on the size dependence of their properties a.d functiona.ities. In this contribution, we present the first chemica. synthesis of size-selected Co-Ni-Ga.Heusler na.opa.ticles. We a.so report the structure a.d ma.netic properties of the bipha.ic Co-Ni-Ga.na.opa.ticles with sizes in the ra.ge of 30-84 nm, prepa.ed by a.SBa.15 na.oporous silica. templa.ed a.proa.h. The pa.ticle sizes could be rea.ily tuned by controlling the loa.ing a.d concentra.ion of the precursors. The fra.tions a.d crysta.lite sizes of ea.h pha.e of the Co-Ni-Ga.na.opa.ticles a.e closely rela.ed to their pa.ticle size. Enha.ced ma.netiza.ion a.d decrea.ed coercivity a.e observed with increa.ing pa.ticle size. The Curie tempera.ure （To） of the Co-Ni-Ga.na.opa.ticles a.so depends on their size. The 84 nm-sized pa.ticles exhibit the highest Tc （≈ 1,174 K） a.ong a.l known Heusler compounds. The very high Curie tempera.ures of the Co-Ni-Ga.na.opa.ticles render them promising ca.dida.es for a.plica.ion in high-tempera.ure sha.e memory a.loy-ba.ed devices.
