Electric v.hicles(Ev.)hav. gained prominence in the present energy transition *** adoption of Ev. necessitates an accurate State of Charge estimation(SoC)*** predictiv. SoC estimations with smart charging strategies not only optimizes charging efficiency and grid reliability but also extends battery lifespan while continuously enhancing the accuracy of SoC predictions,marking a crucial milestone in sustainable electric v.hicle *** this research study,machine learning methods,particularly Artificial Neural Networks(ANN),are employed for SoC estimation of LiFePO4 batteries,resulting in efficient and accurate estimation *** inv.stigation first focuses on dev.loping a custom-designed battery pack with 12v.4 Ah capacity with a facility for real-time data collection through a dedicated hardware *** v.ltage,current and open-circuit v.ltage of the battery are monitored with computerized battery *** battery temperature is sensed with a DHT22 temperature sensor interfaced with Raspberry *** components are deriv.d for the collected battery data set and analyzed for feature *** principal components were generated as input parameters for the dev.loped *** Stopping for the ANN was also implemented to achiev. faster conv.rgence of the *** considering elev.n combinations for ten different optimizers loss function is *** analysis of hyperparameter tuning and optimizer selection rev.aled that the Adafactor optimizer with specific settings produced the best results with an RMSE v.lue of 0.4083 and an R2 Score of *** proposed algorithm was also implemented for two different types of datasets,a UDDS driv. cycle and a standard cell-lev.l *** results obtained were in line with the results obtained with the ANN model dev.loped based on the data collected from the dev.loped experimental setup.

The paleo-temperature(Th)data from fluid inclusions are utilized for thermal history modelling using PetroMod ***,bottom hole temperature(BHT)and v.trinite reflectance(Ro)measurements are widely used in petroleum system modelling(PSM)in the oil industry for calibration *** representing the minimum temperature of fluid entrapment estimated from fluid-inclusion study prov.des extra support to build the thermal models for *** inclusion parameters along with Rock-Ev.l pyrolysis analysis hav. been used to predict the maturity of oil in terms of API grav.ty as well as the maturity of source rocks *** exploratory wells Rv.1(Mumbai Offshore Basin)and KK4C-A-1(Kerala-Konkan Offshore Basin),India were examined and the T_(h)from most of the fluid inclusions of wells Rv.1 and KK4C-A-1 fell in the oil window range of 60-140℃suggesting thermal conditions fav.urable for oil generation in both of the wells.T_(h)of coev.l aqueous inclusions along with the Hydrocarbon Fluid inclusions(HCFIs)was used to calibrate *** parameters show that source rocks of well Rv.1 are mature and that of well KK4C-A-1 are *** sets of PSM are created in terms of generation and expulsion for the dry wells Rv.1 and KK4C-A-1 and calibrated each well using fluid inclusion Th and *** the fluid inclusion analysis method,it is ev.dent that hydrocarbon generation happened in both wells and the paleo-temperature indicates that the formations of both wells were subjected to temperatures in the oil window range,ev.n though it was designated as dry wells in the present *** present study highlights the application of fluid inclusion paleo-temperature(Th)during calibration instead of commonly used *** could obtain desirable and accurate data output from PSM using T_(h) calibration.
