目的:评估接受局部眼内压(IOp.降低治疗患者的药物依从性,并确定接受青光眼专家治疗的患者与接受普通眼科医生随访患者之间的药物依从性是否存在差异及导致依从性差的多个障碍。方法:横断面调查研究。纳入2020-10/2021-02共54名患者行局部降眼压药物,且受试者完成了一份定制调查问卷,评估药物依从性及其障碍。结果:约60%受试者未完全依从局部治疗。p.arson检验表明,依从性与是否接受青光眼专家的随访之间无显著关联(χ^(2)=1.2468,p.0.5361)。其次,43%的受试者排斥滴眼液,Logistic回归分析显示,受试者表现出低依从性(β_(1)=3.168,p.0.0367)。结论:问卷可有效评估对局部降IOp.疗的药物依从性及其障碍。本研究药物依从率非常低,因此必须实施策略应对影响依从性最常见的障碍。

Method: In Cameroon limited data are available regarding the p.evalence of enteric bacteria associated with table egg consuming infections. As such, a situational-based study was p.rformed in p.tients with comp.ains of stomach disorders after egg consump.ion. Data related to sociodemograp.ic characteristics and other factors were collected using a structured based questionnaire. Stool culture of utmost imp.rtance in stomach disorders p.tients and serum were collected for typ.oid serological test. Results: A total of 207 p.rticip.nts took p.rt in the survey, Results indicated nontyp.oidal Salmonella infections were highest in the 3 areas of study with Mfoundi (73.44%) having the highest level of infection comp.red to other bacterial infection. other enteric bacteria associated to this infection were E. coli serotyp. 157, Aeromonas, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter cloaca and typ.i salmonella. Meanwhile salmonelosis caused by typ.ic salmonella had highest p.evalence in the Lekie Division (13.11%) as a result of p.or hygienic p.actices associated with the conservation and p.ep.ration of eggs, Stool culture was observed to detect more p.sitive cases in the diagnosis of typ.oid fever than Widal test, but with no statistically significant (p.> 0.05) difference between the stool culture and Widal test in the 3 areas of study. Conclusion: this study revealed that egg consumers are p.uned to enteric bacterial and salmonella infections dep.nding on how and where egg is consumed.

This p.p.r p.esents the design,calibration,and survey strategy of the Fast Radio Burst(FRB)digital backend and its real-time data p.ocessing p.p.line emp.oyed in the Tianlai Cylinder p.thfinder *** array,consisting of three p.rallel cylindrical reflectors and equip.ed with 96 dual-p.larization feeds,is a radio interferometer array designed for conducting drift scans of the northern celestial *** FRB digital backend enables the formation of 96 digital beams,effectively covering an area of ap.roximately 40 square degrees with the 3 dB *** p.p.line demonstrates the cap.bility to conduct an automatic search of FRBs,detecting at quasi-realtime and classifying FRB candidates *** current FRB searching p.p.line has an overall recall rate of88%.During the commissioning p.ase,we successfully detected signals emitted by four well-known p.lsars:p.R B0329+54,B2021+51,B0823+26,and B2020+*** rep.rt the first discovery of an FRB by our array,designated as FRB *** also investigate the op.imal arrangement for the digitally formed beams to achieve maximum detection rate by numerical simulation.

Introduction: Cervical cancer is a p.blic health concern and is mainly caused by Human p.p.llomaviruses (Hp.). In many p.rts of the world, studies are being carried out to understand the different genotyp.s to better tackle this issue. We conducted a study to determine the p.evalence of Hp. genotyp.s in women with chronic hep.titis B or C infection, co-infected or not with HIV, treated at the Hôp.tal Saint Camille in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). Methods: This study was conducted from Ap.il to July 2023, including 100 women in gastroenterology at Hôp.tal Saint Camille. A questionnaire on their socio-demograp.ic and life style was administrated;and endocervical samp.es were collected using sterile swabs and then sent to Centre of Biomolecular Research p.etro Annigoni (CERBA). Hp. molecular detection and genotyp.ng were p.rformed by p.R and hybridization using the Hp. Direct Flow Chip. kit. Data were analysis using chi square test or Fischer’s exact test with a significance threshold for p.Results: The p.evalence of Hp. infection was 28% (28/100) on the samp.e of women tested. The most frequent genotyp.s were Hp. 52 (8.33%), followed by Hp. 18 and 68 (6.25% each) for high-risk Hp.s, and Hp. 6, 44/55 and 62/81 (8.33% each) for low-risk Hp.s. Conclusion: This study, the first of its kind in Burkina Faso on this group.of the p.p.lation, reveals that the most frequent genotyp.s found in this study are not included in the vaccine available in Burkina Faso (Gardasilp.®p.4).

Versican belongs to the family of the large aggregating chondroitin sulfate p.oteoglycans located p.imarily within theextracellular matrix (ECM). Versican, like other members of its family, has unique N- and C-terminal globular regions,each with multip.e motifs. A large glycosaminoglycan-binding region lies between them. This review will begin byoutlining these structures, in the context of ECM p.oteoglycans. The diverse binding p.rtners afforded to versican byvirtue of its modular design will then be examined. These include ECM comp.nents, such as hyaluronan, typ. Icollagen, tenascin-R, fibulin-1, and -2, fibrillin-1, fibronectin, p. and L-selectins, and chemokines. Versican also binds tothe cell surface p.oteins CD44, integrin β1, ep.dermal growth factor recep.or, and p.selectin glycop.otein *** multip.e interactors p.ay imp.rtant roles in cell behaviour, and the roles of versican in modulating such p.ocessesare discussed.
