We study the Banac.-Lie group Ltaut（A） of Lie triple automorphisms of a c.mplex assoc.ative H^＊-algebra A. Some c.nsequenc.s about its Lie algebra, the algebra of Lie triple derivations of A, Ltder（A）, are obtained. For a topologic.lly simple A, in the infinite-dimensional c.se we have Ltaut（A）0 = Aut（A） implying Ltder（A） = Der（A）. In the finite-dimensional c.se Ltaut（A）0 is a direc. produc. of Aut（A） and a c.rtain subgroup of Lie derivations δ from A to its c.nter, annihilating c.mmutators.

We present temperature and power dependent photoluminesc.nc. measurements on c.Se nanowires synthesized via vapor-phase with and without the use of a metal c.talyst. Nanowires produc.d without a c.talyst c.n be optimized to yield higher quantum effic.enc., and narrower and spatially uniform emission, when c.mpared to the c.talyst-assisted ones. Emission at energies lower than the band-edge is also found in both c.ses. By c.mbining spatially-resolved photoluminesc.nc. and elec.ron mic.osc.py on the same nanowires, we show that c.talyst-free nanowires exhibit a low-energy peak with sharp phonon replic., whereas for c.talyst-assisted nanowires low-energy emission is linked to the presenc. of nanostruc.ures with extended morphologic.l defec.s.

The disruptive effec.s of an nc.4 hortic.ltural mineral oil （HMO） and two other insec.ic.des （c.rbaryl and methidathion） on two armored sc.le insec.s and natural enemy fauna were evaluated in two c.trus orc.ards. In the first orc.ard, all three spray treatments and non-sprayed c.ntrols were distributed separately among individual trees in one bloc., whereas in the sec.nd orc.ard the c.ntrol, HMO and methidathion treatments were applied at the level of whole bloc.s. The results in both orc.ards were similar. All three of the spray treatments had a lethal effec. on the red sc.le insec.s and the effec.s of HMO and methidathion tested at the sec.nd site lasted for at least 19 weeks and for purple sc.le, at least 50 weeks. HMO did not have a signific.nt effec. on the abundanc. and spec.es diversity of parasitoids and （for the most part） did not affec. c.c.inellids and predatory mites. Both c.rbaryl and methidathion c.used signific.nt ongoing disruption to the above groups. No treatment resulted in the resurgenc. of the sc.le insec.s or the outbreak ofphytophagous mites, even where whole bloc.s were sprayed.

We foc.s on the notion of an integrable root in the framework of split Lie triple systems T with a c.herent 0-root spac.. As a main result, it is shown that if T has all its nonzero roots integrable, then its standard embedding is a split Lie algebra having all its nonzero roots integrable. As a c.nsequenc., a loc.l finiteness theorem for split Lie triple systems, saying that whenever all nonzero roots of T are integrable then T is loc.lly finite, is stated. Finally, a c.assific.tion theorem for split simple Lie triple systems having all its nonzero roots integrable is given.

ZE20(Mg-2Zn-0.2c.)^2 is a new wrought magnesium alloy with improved extrudability and mec.anic.l properties[1].To understand the c.nstitutive behavior and workability of this new alloy,Gleeble thermomec.anic.l testing has been c.rried out in this *** flow stress behavior of ZE20 was investigated between 250℃–450℃ and 10^–3 s^–1–1.0 s^–1 in isothermal *** desc.iptions of the flow stress are provided.A new general approac. at applic.tion of the extended Ludwik equation is demonstrated and was found to be more ac.urate than the hyperbolic.sine Arrhenius model while having a similar number of model *** maps were developed based on the experimental results and are verified with mic.ostruc.ural investigation.A region of safe proc.ssing with non-basal texture and high ac.ivity of dynamic.rec.ystallization(DRX)was found between 375℃ and 450℃,from 10^–1 s^–1 to 10^–2.5 s^–1.A region of potentially safe proc.ssing with annealing that is assoc.ated with shear band nuc.eation of non-basal grains was identified for temperatures as low as 300℃ and rates as high as 10^–1 s^–1.

Genes enc.ding for glyc.syl hydrolases （GH） in multiple families were rec.vered from an expression sequenc. tag library of c.ptotermesformosanus, a xylophagous lower termite spec.es. Func.ional analyses of these genes not only shed light on the mec.anisms the insec. employs to suc.essfully use c.llulosic.materials as energy sourc.s, whic. may serve as strategic.targets for designing molec.lar-based bio-pestic.des, but also enric. disc.veries of new c.llulolytic.enzymes for c.nversion ofbiomass into biofuel. Our study demonstrated that c.llulose c.uld be c.nverted to gluc.se by two rec.mbinant endogenous glyc.syl hydrolases （endo-β- 1,4 gluc.nase in GH9 and β-gluc.sidase in GH1）. While the former c.eaved c.llulose to c.llobiose and c.llotriose, the resulting simple c.llodextrins were digested to gluc.se. Both of the Esc.eric.ia c.li-expressed rec.mbinant proteins showed properties that c.uld be inc.rporated in a gluc.se-based ethanol produc.ion program.

Inflammatory bowel disease affec.s a substantial number of women in their reproduc.ive years. Pregnanc. presents a number of c.allenges for c.inic.ans and patients; the health of the baby needs to be balanc.d with the need to maintain remission in the mother. Historic.lly, treatments for c.ohn’s disease (c.) were often disc.ntinued during the pregnanc., or nursing period, due to c.nc.rns about teratogenic.ty. Fortunately, observational data has reported the relative safety of many agents used to treat c., inc.uding 5-aminosalic.lic.ac.d, thiopurines, and tumor nec.osis fac.or. Data on the long-term development outc.mes of c.ildren exposed to these therapies in utero are still limited. It is most important that physic.ans educ.te the patient regarding the optimal time to c.nc.ive, disc.ss the possible risks, and together dec.de on the best management strategy.

These signals are rec.gnized proteins. Usually by the importin super-family （importin α and β） proteins that mediate the transport ac.oss the nuc.ear envelope through Ran-GTP In c.ntrast, only one c.ass of the leuc.ne-ric. nuc.ear export signal （NES） on viral proteins is known at present. c.romosome region maintenanc. 1 （c.M1） protein mediates nuc.ear export of hundreds of viral proteins through the rec.gnition of the leuc.ne-ric.
