Sudden cardiac death in a case of Crohn's disease with COVID-19: A case report

In this era handling uncertainty its significance is considered as one of the crucial tasks for the dark data analysis. In this process problem arises that the data and its uncertainty exists beyond fourth dimensions. To deal with it "Turiyam set" is introduced at Int’l Conference on Operations Research and Applications（ORA 2021） which held at Guilin, China. In this talk the precise representation of fourth dimension data in turiyam context and its application for data analysis will be discussed. This logic is motivated from Yin-Yang theory of Chinese Taoism as well as Sanskrit Yamma-Yammi. One of the most suitable examples is medical diagnoses data set. Let us suppose COVID 19 data which contain fourth dimensions uncertainty for the analysis. The people who got recovered can be considered as true regions（t）, people who died due to COVID 19 can be considered as false regions（f）, people who are still active can be considered as indeterminacy（i）, people who got vaccinated can be considered as Turiya or Liberated state（l）. The refusal degree means people who still did not come under these regions can be represented as 1-（t +i +f +l）. This speech will discuss the analysis of fourth dimension data using the Turiyam context.

颈动脉体可以将低氧和血液中其它刺激信号(可能包括低血糖)转换成不同强度的传入神经放电,沿心肺和神经内分泌反射的传入途径进入中枢,形成反射环路。低氧可抑制颈动脉体Ⅰ型细胞中的多种K+通道,这种作用可能有种属差异; K+通道的抑制使膜电位去极化,启动电压依赖性Ca2+内流,最后导致神经分泌和传入放电。离子通道埘低氧的反应可能是通过间接途径发生的,因此近期的工作集中在研究颈动脉体Ⅰ型细胞中在低氧感受中起关键作用的其它蛋白质。虽然有人认为来源于线粒体和／或NADPH的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)起一定作用,但是它们在颈动脉体中转导低氧信号的证据还不足。目前正在对另外两种假设进行检验。第一种假设是血红素加氧酶2(haemoxygenase 2,HO-2)通过信号分子CO控制特殊K+通道的活动,而CO的生成量与氧分压高低有关。第二种假设是认为细胞能量感受器腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMP- activated protein kinase,AMPK)起作用;低氧时AMP／ATP比值升高,激活AMPK,从而抑制Ⅰ型细胞的K+通道,传入放电增加。颈动脉体的细胞上具有丰富的对氧敏感的K+通道,低氧感受这个重要的细胞活动可以通过多条途径进行,在总反应中每种蛋白质也可能起不同的作用,例如不同蛋白质对氧的亲合力不同等。关于颈动脉体感受低血糖的机制尚不清楚,但最近有证据提示,它并非由K+通道关闭引起的,因此感受低血糖的机制和感受低氧的机制是不同的。

There is enough evidence to show that the forest biomass has decreased significantly in the Indian Himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh. The government has responded through restrictive measures to check this decline. Using tree biomass as proxy for degradation, we assessed the current state of biomass within dominant land use types and examined its implications for sustainability. The highest above-ground mean tree biomass density of 1158 t·ha-1 was recorded for the reserved forest followed by 728, 13, 11, 8, 5 and 3 t·ha-1in the protected forest, fallow land, cultivated-unirrigated land, grassland, orchard land and cultivated-irrigated land respectively. Of the total ac- cessible biomass, only 0.31% was extracted annually by the local people for fuel, fodder and other uses. Though, the current level of ex- traction may be sustainable in the short run, insufficient regeneration is observed for long term sustainability. Forest biomass production was simulated for the next 30 years with a logistic growth model and the relative significance of input variables in influencing system be- haviour was analysed through sensitivity analysis. The model results highlighted the declining forest resources in the long run. Positive response through appropriate government policies can, however, change the scenario for the better.

We present an extensive investigation of physico-chemical parameters of water samples of Julana and Safidon blocks of District Jind, Haryana, India. Water samples were collected from different localities in cleaned polythene bottles and were analyzed for the different physico-chemical parameters like pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), total hardness (TH), calcium, magnesium, total alkalinity (TA), carbonate, bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, chloride, sulphate and fluoride. The analyzed parameters were compared with the standard desirable limits prescribed by World Health Organization (WHO), Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) standards of drinking water quality parameters. For the identification of the highly correlated and interrelated water quality parameters, the correlation coefficients were calculated between different parameters and the t-test was applied for checking significance. The results showed significant variations in water quality parameters in the study areas.

The metal matrix composite (MMC), despite of its high stiffness, strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, non-react with chemicals and so many other tailored qualities which are never obtained in alloy of metals, has limited utilization due to the high cost of fabrication. In this study, a modest attempt has been made to find out the process parameters at which best mechanical properties of Al6061, 4% Cu and reinforced 5% SiCP ceramic MMC can be obtained. The addition of 4% Cu in Al6061 is more or less comparable to the composition duralumin, which are widely used in aerospace applications. SiCP is hard and has linear thermal expansion at high temperature. With reinforcement of SiCP in Al6061-Cu alloy, it can be postulated that hardness of MMC retains at high temperature applications. An analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and linear regression was used for analysis of data with the help of SPSS (Version-17.0). Independent parameters are five levels of pouring rates (1.5 cm/s, 2.0 cm/s, 2.5 cm/s, 3.0 cm/s and 3.5 cm/s), and material type (Al6061 + 4% Cu alloy and Al6061 + 4% Cu, reinforced 5% SiCp MMC processed using stir casting technique) and dependent parameters are hardness and impact strength material removal rates of workpiece. It is found that at different pouring rates material hardness and impact strength of workpiece are highly significant but the material removal rate of workpiece is having no significance value. At pouring rate of 2.5 cm/s and 700℃ ± 5℃ pouring temperature, optimum values of hardness and impact strength are observed as compared to other values of pouring rates (1.5 cm/s, 2.0 cm/s, 3.0 cm/s and 3.5 cm/s). Material Removal rate for work pieces of Al6061 + 4% Cu alloy is less as compared to MMC. So it can be concluded that MMC has better machining ability compared to Al6061 + 4% Cu alloy. Material removal rate of Al6061 + 4% Cu, reinforced 5% SiCP MMC has maximum values at 1.5 cm/s pouring rate compared to 2.0 cm/s, 2.5 cm/s, 3.0 cm/s and

The study of imine-bridged organics has been the hot spot synthesis of second order nonlinear optical (SONLO) and photo-responsive materials in recent years. Herein we present a study of synthesis, growth, and characterization of ([paranitrophenyl]imino)benzene (PNPIB) NLO single crystal. The title compound was synthesized in one step by Schiff base formation. PNPIB single crystal of diameter of 40 mmand length 50 mmwas successfully grown by SR method using a seed as the nucleus. The growth rate formula is derived for the SR method. PNPIB single crystals of 10 mmdiameter and 60 mmheight have been grown at an average growth rate of 3 mmper day from the point seed in a glass crystallizer. Almost 100% stable crystal conversion efficiency was achieved. The as grown PNPIB crystals were characterized using single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Ultraviolet-Visible-Near Infrared (UV-Vis-NIR), 1H & 13C NMR spectral studies, dielectric measurement and NLO studies. Single crystal XRD analysis confirms that the grown ingot belongs to the space group of P2 of monoclinic system thus exhibiting noncentrosymmetric structure. The crystalline perfection was assessed by XRPD. The powder diffraction pattern of the grown crystal has been indexed. The presence of C=N bond with intramolecular hydrogen bonding and the protonation of ions were confirmed by FTIR analysis. The UV-Vis-NIR spectrum of the crystal shows that the crystal has a cut-off at 298 nm. The 1H & 13C NMR spectra confirm the molecular structure. The dielectric behaviour was measured in the frequency range 1 KHz - 10 KHz for the temperature range from 30℃ to 170℃. The slight decrease in dielectric constant has been observed as the frequency is increased and the dielectric loss is very low for the entire frequency range. The second harmonic generation (SHG) in the crystal was observed by Kurtz powder technique.
