目的:普那布林靶向作用于肿瘤新生和原生血管,并通过RAS-JNK通道诱导肿瘤凋亡。本研究对普那布林和多西他赛联合用药(DN)与多西他赛单独用药(D)进行比较。方法:之前经历标准化疗的晚期NScLc患者,被随机分至DN组和D组,21天治疗周期中,第1天多西他赛(75 mg/m,静注),DN组:第1和8天还给普那布林(静注,剂量:30或20 mg/m,简称30或20剂量组)。经历1次或2次既往化疗的ⅢB/Ⅳ期NScLc患者入组,既往给D或血管阻断剂不入组。主要终点是总生存期(OS)。结果:172名患者被随机分为2个剂量组,其中163名进行治疗:30剂量组(DN:50;D:55)和20剂量组(DN:40;D:18)。30剂量组:DN组OS(月,90%cI)为8.7(6.6,12.6),D组7.5(6.3,10.5);客观缓解率:DN:14.0%对D:14.5%);DOR(月,90%cI):DN:12.7(4.0,13.9)对D:1.5(1.1,3.1),P=0.049。20剂量DN组的这些参数没30剂量组好。事后亚组分析:DN组经历1次既往化疗并有大肺肿瘤(>3 cm)患者,生存期可能更长。该亚组OS(月,95%cI)为DN组11.5(7.1,15.1)对D组7.8(4.1,17.4)。最常见不良反应为恶心,乏力,腹泻,便秘和厌食。30剂量组中DN组多西他赛初始剂量降低10%,而D组降低18.2%,所以DN组耐受性可能比D组更好。DN组中性粒细胞减少症发病率显著低于D组(30剂量组:8.0%对36.4%,P<0.001;20剂量组:7.5%对22.2%)。结论:经历1次既往化疗并有大肺肿瘤患者中,DN组OS比D组长,这发现与普那布林的靶向血管作用机制一致。计划在大肺肿瘤患者中进行Ⅲ期临床。

A regional study connecting geolelectrical surveys with geology and hydrogeology was carried out in the western part of the Iullemmeden basin, precisely in the Dosso region in Niger. One hundred and four (104) vertical electrical sounds have been realized, among them nineteen representative were thus be used as parametric surveys. The local resistivity values of the geological formations of Quaternary range from 100 Ω⋅m to 1000 Ω⋅m (sands and lateritic sandstones). The Oligo-Miocene formation of the continental terminal (ct) shows resistivity values ranging from 1 to 5 Ω⋅m (brackish groundwaters) to 1500 Ω⋅m (clay sandstones) while the Upper cretaceous formation of the continental “hamadien” (ch) indicates values ranging from 20 Ω⋅m (sandy clay) to 5000 Ω⋅m (clayey sandstones). The geological formations of Paleocene have values from 2 Ω⋅m (marls) to 60 Ω⋅m (calcareous marl), while the Precambrian basement exhibits values of granite around 300 Ω⋅m to 60,000 Ω⋅m. The update of the structural settings reveals many faults in the study area which explain both the shape of the basin and the geometry of the aquifers. Tectonics is also consistent with the hydraulic characteristics of aquifers. In addition, brackish groundwaters were identified as perched aquifer groundwaters in different depths in Dosso region. They probably come from the marine brines during the regression of the Paleocene Sea.

Background: The diagnosis of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), and hepatitis c virus (HcV) remains a constraint for some populations in sub-Saharan Africa. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of HBV and HcV in people living with HIV and to evaluate the performance of a combined rapid test for the simultaneous detection of HIV, HBV, and HcV. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that took place from February 2017 to November 2018 and included 139 HIV-infected individuals followed up at different medical centers in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. HBV and HcV serology tests were performed on-site using finger prick whole blood with HIV/HcV/HBsAg combined rapid test and then serum with two reference tests “Architect HBsAg Qualitative” and “Architect HIV Ag/Ab combo”. Results: The mean age of the participants was 57 ± 8 years. Of the 139 participants, 10% (14/139) were HIV-1 positive, 71.9% (100/139) were HIV-2 positive, and 18.0% (25/139) were HIV-1/HIV-2 coinfected. The sensitivity and specificity of the HIV/HcV/HBsAg combined rapid test were 33.33% vs 99.11% and 20% vs 99.25% compared to Architect HBsAg Qualitative and Architect HIV Ag/Ab combo, respectively. The Kappa and Youden Index values were 0.4262 and 0.3244 and 0.2707 and 0.1925, respectively, compared to each of the two reference tests. conclusion: The results show that the HIV/HcV/HBsAg combined rapid test has poor diagnostic efficiency and should not be recommended for the diagnosis of these viruses.

In this work we present the results of our study on the physical and mechanical properties of titanium in volume. The work consisted in determining its physical and mechanical properties under different crystallographic structures (HcP, Fcc, Bcc and Sc) using the Modified Embedded Atom Method (MEAM) and the MEAM potential of titanium. We used the LAMMPS calculation code, based on classical molecular dynamics, to determine the most stable structure of titanium, which is the hexagonal compact structure (HcP) with crystal parameters a = 2.952 Å and c = 4.821 Å and a cohesion energy of -4.87 eV. This structure is seconded by the cubic centred structure (Bcc) with a lattice parameter a = 3.274 Å and a cohesive energy of -4.84 eV. It was shown that titanium can crystallise into a third structure which is the face-centred cubic (Fcc) structure with a lattice parameter a = 4.143 Å and a cohesive energy of -4.82 eV. The results obtained in this study were compared with the theoretical results and showed considerable agreement.

Petrographic, Geochemical and Metallogenical context of the Geological Formations of the Goumere Region (North-East of cote D’Ivoire): Implication to the Knowledge of Gold Mineralization

The Gouméré region is located in the North-East of côte d’Ivoire and is located in the South-West of the Bui furrow. In order to highlight the geology of the area studied, 14 samples were taken for studies using petrographic, geochemical and metallogenic methods. The study of macroscopic and microscopic petrography made it possible to highlight two major lithological units: 1) a volcano-plutonic unit, formed of gabbros, basalt, volcaniclastics and rhyodacite;2) a sedimentary unit (microconglomerate). From a geochemical point of view, the results obtained indicate that the plutonites are gabbro and gabbro diorite while the volcanics have compositions of basaltic andesites, rhyolite and dacites. The sediments have a litharenitic to sublitharenitic character. The metallogenic study made it possible to highlight hydrothermal alterations and metalliferous paragenesis on the formations studied. Hydrothermal alteration is characterized by the presence of carbonation, silicification, sericitization, sulfidation and to a lesser degree chloritization. Metalliferous paragenesis consists of pyrite, chalcopyrite, hematite and magnetite.

In geology, classification and lithological recognition of rocks plays an important role in the area of oil and gas exploration, mineral exploration and geological analysis. In other fields of activity such as construction and decoration, this classification makes sense and fully plays its role. However, this classification is slow, approximate and subjective. Automatic classification curbs this subjectivity and fills this gap by offering methods that reflect human perception. We propose a new approach to rock classification based on direct-view images of rocks. The aim is to take advantage of feature extraction methods to estimate a rock dictionary. In this work, we have developed a classification method obtained by concatenating four (4) K-SVD variants into a single signature. This method is based on the K-SVD algorithm combined with four (4) feature extraction techniques: DcT, Gabor filters, D-ALBPcSF and G-ALBPcSF, resulting in the four (4) variants named K-Gabor, K-DcT, KD-ALBPcSF and KD-ALBPcSF respectively. In this work, we developed a classification method obtained by concatenating four (4) variants of K-SVD. The performance of our method was evaluated on the basis of performance indicators such as accuracy with other 96% success rate.

Magma Mixing Genesis of the Mafic Enclaves and Related Granitoids in the Kan Granite-Gneiss complex of central côte d’Ivoire: Evidence from Geology, Petrology and Geochemistry

The mafic enclaves from Paleoproterozoic domain are considered to be the results of large-scale crust-mantle interaction and magma mixing. In this paper, petrography, mineralogy and geochemistry were jointly used to determine the origin of the mafic enclaves and their relationship with the host granitoids of the Kan granite-gneiss complex. This study also provides new information on crust-mantle interactions. The mafic enclaves of the Kan vary in shape and size and have intermediate chemical compositions. The diagrams used show a number of similarities in the major elements (and often in the trace elements) between the mafic enclaves and the host granitoids. Geochemical show that the Kan rock are metaluminous, enriched in silica, medium to high-K calc-alkaline I-type granite. The similarities reflect a mixing of basic and acid magma. Mafic enclaves have a typical magmatic structure, which is characterized by magma mixing. The genesis of these rocks is associated with the context of subduction. They result from the mixing of a mafic magma originating from the mantle and linked to subduction, and a granitic magma (type I granite) that arises from the partial melting of the crust.

In côte d’Ivoire, the recurring and unregulated use of bushfires, which cause ecological damage, presents a pressing concern for the custodians of protected areas. This study aims to enhance our comprehension of the dynamics of burnt areas within the Abokouamékro Wildlife Reserve (AWR) by employing the analysis of spectral indices derived from satellite imagery. The research methodology began with the calculation of mean indices and their corresponding spectral sub-indices, including NDVI, SAVI, NDWI, NDMI, BAI, NBR, TcW, TcG, and TcB, utilizing data from the Sentinel-2A satellite image dated January 17, 2022. Subsequently, a fuzzy classification model was applied to these various indices and sub-indices, guided by the degree of membership α, with the goal of effectively distinguishing between burned and unburned areas. Following the classification, the accuracies of the classified indices and sub-indices were validated using the coordinates of 100 data points collected within the AWR through GPS technology. The results revealed that the overall accuracy of all indices and sub-indices declines as the degree of membership α decreases from 1 to 0. Among the mean spectral indices, NDVI-mean, SAVI-mean, NDMI-mean exhibited the highest overall accuracies, achieving 97%, 95%, and 90%, respectively. These results closely mirrored those obtained by sub-indices using band 8 (NDVI-B8, SAVI-B8, and NDMI-B8), which yield respective overall accuracies of 93%, 92%, and 89%. At a degree of membership α = 1, the estimated burned areas for the most effective indices encompassed 2144.38 hectares for NDVI-mean, 1932.14 hectares for mean SAVI-mean, and 4947.13 hectares for mean NDMI-mean. A prospective approach involving the amalgamation of these three indices could have the potential to yield improved outcomes. This study could be a substantial contribution to the discrimination of bushfires in côte d’Ivoire.
