The authors deal with nonlinear elliptic and parabolic systems that are the Bellman like systems associated to stochastic differential games with mean field dependent *** key novelty of the paper is that they allow heavily mean field dependent *** in particular leads to a system of PDE's with critical growth,for which it is rare to have an existence and/or regularity *** the paper,they introduce a structural assumptions that cover many cases in stochastic differential games with mean field dependent dynamics for which they are able to establish the existence of a weak *** addition,the authors present here a completely new method for obtaining the maximum/minimum principles for systems with critical growths,which is a starting point for further existence and also qualitative analysis.

A large class of stochastic differential games for several players is considered in this *** class includes Nash differential games as well as Stackelberg differential games.A mix is *** existence of feedback strategies under general conditions is *** limitations concern the functionals in which the state and the controls appear *** is also true for the state *** controls appear in a quadratic form for the payoff and linearly in the state *** most serious restriction is the dimension of the state equation,which cannot exceed *** reason comes from PDE(partial differential equations) techniques used in studying the system of Bellman equations obtained by Dynamic Programming *** the authors' previous work in 2002,there is not such a restriction,but there are serious restrictions on the structure of the Hamiltonians,which are violated in the applications dealt with in this article.

The objective of this paper is to consider the theory of regularity of systems of partial differential equations with Neumann boundary conditions. It complements previous works of the authors for the Dirichlet case. This type of problem is motivated by stochastic differential games. The Neumann case corresponds to stochastic differential equations with reflection on boundary of the domain.

Cupping therapy for acute and chronic pain management:a systematic review of randomized clinical trials

Objective:Cupping as a traditional therapy is used to treat a myriad of health conditions,including *** systematic review assessed the effectiveness and safety of cupping for different types of ***:Thirteen databases and four trial registries were searched for randomized clinical ***-analysis of data was conducted if there was non-significant clinical and statistical heterogeneity(measured by I2 test)among ***:Sixteen trials with 921 participants were eligible and *** trials were assessed as low risk of bias,another six trials were of unclear risk of bias,and the remaining four trials were of high risk of *** was related to three acute and seven chronic *** showed a beneficial effect of cupping compared to wait-list control(visual analogue scale(VAS),MD1.85 cm,95%CI2.66 to1.04)and heat therapy(numerical rating scale,MD2.05 cm,95%CI2.93 to1.17).Cupping combined with acupuncture was superior to acupuncture alone on post-treatment pain intensity(VAS,MD1.18 cm,95%CI1.68 to0.68),however,no difference was found between this comparison based on changes in pain intensity(difference of VAS,MD 0.16 cm,95%CI0.54 to 0.87).Results from other single studies showed significant benefit of cupping compared with conventional drugs or usual *** and pain at the treated site,increasing local pain or tingling were reported as mild adverse effects of ***:This review suggests a potential positive short-term effect of cupping therapy on reducing pain intensity compared with no treatment,heat therapy,usual care,or conventional drugs.

＜正＞Introduction:Transforming growth factor-β（TGFβ） family members play important roles in directing fate decisions for mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs）.TGFβcan provide competence for early stages of chondroblastic and osteoblastic differentiation,while it inhibits myogenesis,adipogenesis,and late-stage of osteoblast ***,there is mounting evidence that mechanical factors can significantly influence the process of development and may play critical roles in controlling stem cells fate and lineage *** if mechanical loading has been shown to be important in MSCs differentiation,mechanisms by which mechanotransduction occurs remain largely ***:To analyze the mechanism implicated on MSCs differentiation induced by Cyclic Tensil Strain（CTS）,mainly the role of TGFβsignaling pathway and Smad3,a key protein on MSCs *** and Methods:Human MSCs cultured on collagen-coated silicon sheets were submitted to cyclic tensile strain（CTS,0.5 Hz,5%biaxial tension） for 10,30,60 and 180 *** were also exposed to TGF-β1 as a *** that,gene expression（Sox9,Runx2,PPARy） was analyzed by RT-PCR, intracellular protein expression（Smad3,cytoskeleton） was analyzed by western-blot and observed by using confocal ***:TGF-β1 induced MSCs differentiation towards the chondrogenic and osteogenic lineage as shown by a increasing of Sox9 and *** the same time,Smad3 phosphorylation（Smad3p） was increased after 30 and 60 min of tension while a nuclear localization of this protein was *** showed that CTS, as well as TGF-β1,induces MSCs differentiation toward the chondrogenic and osteogenic lineage as shown by Sox9 and Runx2,where a decrease on PPARγwas ***,CTS induced Smad3 phosphorylation and nuclear *** effect was maximal after 30 min of ***:We conclude that CTS could induce MSCs differentiation by the activation of endogenous TGF-βsignaling pathway.

1 IntroductionCulture systems capable of expanding and/or maintaining hematopoietic stem cells will not only facilitate our understanding of stem cell biology, but also broaden clinical applications. Among various in vitro hematopoietic culture systems, co-cultures of marrow or CD34+ cells with an adherent stromal layer that can produce cytokines and extracellular matrix components most effectively supports long-term hematopoiesis ( LTC ), mimicking the bone marrow micro-environment.
