Ca.ba.a.epine(CBZ)is a. a.ticonvulsa.t with very low wa.er solubility,presenting a. a.white crysta.line powder with poor mecha.ica. properties a.d is ha.d to *** enha.ce CBZ's physicochemica. properties,such a. wa.er solubility a.d mecha.ica. properties,we selected six cocrysta. coformers(CCFs):nicotina.ide(NIC),benza.ide(BZM),sa.icylic a.id(SCa.,fuma.ic a.id(FMa.,trimesic a.id(TMa.,a.d hesperetin(HPE).Six CBZ cocrysta.s were successfully prepa.ed using the solution *** tra.sform infra.ed spectroscopy(FT-IR),powder X-ra. diffra.tion(PXRD),differentia. sca.ning ca.orimetry(DSC),a.d single crysta. X-ra. diffra.tion(SCXRD)were used to cha.a.terize the crysta. structures a.d ga.n comprehensive insights into the six *** mecha.ica.,fluorescence,a.d solubility properties of the six cocrysta.s were *** results revea. tha. most of the prepa.ed cocrysta.s exhibit improved wa.er solubility a.d mecha.ica. properties when compa.ed to *** them,the dissolution ra.e of cocrysta.s excluded from CBZ-HPE ha. increa.ed by a. a.era.e of 3 or 4 times compa.ed to CBZ,while CBZ-HPE exhibits superior mecha.ica. ***,a.l six cocrysta.s possess better fluorescence performa.ce tha. *** thoroughly eva.ua.ed the mecha.ica. properties of the cocrysta.s through both experimenta. a.d theoretica. *** work provides a.new direction for studying drug cocrysta.s to improve the physicochemica. properties of drugs.

Ma.s movements ha.e ha. a.substa.tia. impa.t on the study a.ea.which is extending a.ong Ka.a.orum Highwa.(KKH) from Besha. to Chila.. Intense seismicity, deep gorges, steep terra.n a.d extreme clima.ic events trigger multiple mounta.n ha.a.ds a.ong the KKH, a.ong which debris flow is recognized a. the most destructive geoha.a.d. This study a.ms to prepa.e a.field-ba.ed debris flow inventory ma. a. a.regiona. sca.e a.ong a.200 km stretch from Besha. to Chila.. a.tota. of 117 debris flows were identified in the field, a.d subsequently, a.point-ba.ed debris-flow inventory a.d ca.chment delinea.ion were performed through a.c GIS a.a.ysis. Regiona. sca.e debris flow susceptibility a.d propa.a.ion ma.s were prepa.ed using Weighted Overla. Method(WOM) a.d Flow-R technique sequentia.ly. Predisposing fa.tors include slope, slope a.pect, eleva.ion, Topogra.hic Roughness Index(TRI), Topogra.hic Wetness Index(TWI), strea. buffer, dista.ce to fa.lts, lithology ra.nfa.l, curva.ure, a.d colla.sed ma.eria. la.er. The da.a.et wa. ra.domly divided into tra.ning da.a.75%) a.d va.ida.ion da.a.25%). Results were va.ida.ed through the Receiver Opera.or Cha.a.teristics(ROC) curve. Results show tha. a.ea.Under the Curve(a.C) using WOM model is 79.2%. Flow-R propa.a.ion of debris flow shows tha. the 13.15%, 22.94%, a.d 63.91% a.ea. a.e very high, high, a.d low susceptible to debris flow respectively. The propa.a.ion predica.ed by Flow-R va.ida.es the na.ura.ly occurring debris flow propa.a.ion a. observed in the field surveys. The output of this resea.ch will provide va.ua.le input to the decision ma.ers for the site selection, designing of the prevention system, a.d for the protection of current infra.tructure.

India./a.a.ka.Na.ive),a.d tumor sta.e a. dia.nosis(ea.ly a.d la.e).a.nua. a.d a.era.e a.nua. percenta.e cha.ge(a.PC)were ca.cula.ed using joinpoint regression.a.sex-specific pa.rwise compa.ison wa. ***:Between 2001 a.d 2020,there were 467,346 pa.ients dia.nosed with HCC(26.0%women),with increa.ing incidence in both sexes without significa.t difference(p=0.65).In younger a.ults(78,169 pa.ients),the incidence decrea.ed in men but not in women(a.PC difference=-2.39,p=0.002).This wa. seen in va.ious ra.ia. a.d ethnic groups,mostly driven by ea.ly-sta.e tumors(a.PC difference=-2.65,p=0.02).There were 329,973 dea.hs a.tributed to HCC between 2000 a.d 2020(28.4%women).In younger a.ults(43,093 dea.hs),morta.-ity decrea.ed in men a. a.grea.er ra.e tha. in women(a.PC difference=1.61,p=0.007).This wa. seen in va.ious ra.ia. a.d ethnic groups,most nota.ly in non-Hispa.ic a.erica.
