Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ponatinib plus gossypol against colorectal cancer HCT-116 and Caco-2 ***:Cells were treated with ponatinib and/or gossypol at increasing concentrations to evaluate synergistic drug interactions by combination *** viability,FGF19/FGFR4,and apoptotic and autophagic cell death were ***:Ponatinib(1.25-40μM)and gossypol(2.5-80μM)monotherapy inhibited HCT-116 and Caco-2 cell viability in a doseand time-dependent *** combination of ponatinib and gossypol at a ratio of 1 to 2 significantly decreased cell viability(P2-and>4-fold reduction in IC50,respectively,after 24 h and 48 h,as compared to the IC50 of *** combined concentrations showed greater synergism(combination indexer ponatinib dose reduction ***,ponatinib plus gossypol induced morphological changes in HCT-116and Caco-2 cells,increased beclin-1 and caspase-3,and decreased FGF19,FGFR4,Bcl-2 and p-Akt as compared to treatment with drugs ***:Gossypol enhances ponatinib's anticancer effects against colorectal cancer cells through antiproliferative,apoptotic,and autophagic *** may open the way for the future use of ponatinib at lower doses with gossypol as a potentially safer targeted strategy for colorectal cancer treatment.

Sentiment analysis attracts the attention of egyptian Decisionmakers in the education *** offers a viable method to assess education quality services based on the students’feedback as well as that provides an understanding of their *** machine learning techniques offer automated strategies to process big data derived from social media and other digital channels,this research uses a dataset for tweets’sentiments to assess a few machine learning *** dataset preprocessing to remove symbols,necessary stemming and lemmatization is performed for features *** is followed by several machine learning techniques and a proposed Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)classifier optimized by the Salp Swarm Algorithm(SSA)and measured the corresponding ***,the validity and accuracy of commonly used classifiers,such as Support Vector Machine,Logistic Regression Classifier,and Naive Bayes classifier,were ***,LSTM based on the SSA classification model was compared with Support Vector Machine(SVM),Logistic Regression(LR),and Naive Bayes(NB).Finally,as LSTM based SSA achieved the highest accuracy,it was applied to predict the sentiments of students’feedback and evaluate their association with the course outcome evaluations for education quality purposes.

The creep deformation behavior of aged AZ91 magnesium alloy under the cyclic stress reduction has been investigated in the temperature range 353–383 K. The microstructural evolution of the AZ91 magnesium alloy at different heat treatment conditions has been studied using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The minimum strain rate, e_min, was found to be higher under cyclic stress reduction condition than that under static creep condition for the same maximum stress. Cyclic creep acceleration is interpreted using the interaction of moving dislocations with the existing b-phase（Mg17Al12） precipitates. The mean value of the activation energy of secondary creep stage was found to be equal to that quoted for lattice self-diffusion of magnesium mechanism.

In this research,we focus on the free-surface deformation of a one-dimensional elastic semiconductor medium as a function of magnetic field and moisture *** problem aims to analyze the interconnection between plasma and moisture diffusivity processes,as well as thermo-elastic *** study examines the photothermoelasticity transport process while considering the impact of moisture *** employing Laplace’s transformation technique,we derive the governing equations of the photo-thermo-elastic *** equations include the equations for carrier density,elastic waves,moisture transport,heat conduction,and constitutive *** stresses,thermal conditions,and plasma boundary conditions are used to calculate the fundamental physical parameters in the Laplace *** employing numerical techniques,the Laplace transform is inverted to get complete time-domain solutions for the primary physical domains under ***,thermoelastic,and thermoelectric characteristics are employed in conjunction with a graphical analysis that takes into consideration the effects of applied forces on displacement,moisture concentration,carrier density,stress due to forces,and temperature distribution.

The present work aims to explore the impact of solar gamma-ray fiares(GRFs),detected by the Fermi-Large Area Telescope(LAT),and their associated X-ray fiares(XRFs)on the earth’s lower *** data of ionospheric parameter fmin were collected from the Yamagawa mid-latitude ionosonde station in *** most of the GRFs used in this study are associated with soft X-ray(SXR)emissions,detected by the Geostationary Operational environmental Satellite(GOeS),we classified them into three types:simultaneous(S),delayed(D)and not associated(N),refiecting the phase occurrence of the solar ***,the ionospheric D layer responds strongly to XRFs more than *** temporal profiles of the ionospheric parameter fmin show distinct behaviors as a response to the various GRF *** the case of the S-type,a single strong peak,with an average value of 5.2 MHz,emanates in the fmin profile within an average interval of time of less than half an *** the case of the D-type,two successive peaks appear in the fmin profile,with an average value of 6.0 MHz for the second peak through a time interval of one hour after the onset of gamma-ray(GR)*** response of the fmin parameter to the N-type fiares appears as a single peak with an average value of 4.8 MHz within about an *** notice that the difference between the fmin peak values and the corresponding reference ones(dfmin)is more convenient and representative than the fmin values,where the median GR fiux of the S-,D-and N-types tends to increase as the average dfmin increases.

At this current time,data stream classification plays a key role in big data analytics due to its enormous *** of the existing classification methods used ensemble learning,which is trustworthy but these methods are not effective to face the issues of learning from imbalanced big data,it also supposes that all data are *** weakness of current methods is that it takes a long evaluation time when the target data stream contains a high number of *** main objective of this research is to develop a new method for incremental learning based on the proposed ant lion fuzzy-generative adversarial network *** proposed model is implemented in spark *** each data stream,the class output is computed at slave nodes by training a generative adversarial network with the back propagation error based on fuzzy bound *** method overcomes the limitations of existing methods as it can classify data streams that are slightly or completely unlabeled data and providing high scalability and *** results show that the proposed model outperforms stateof-the-art performance in terms of accuracy(0.861)precision(0.9328)and minimal MSe(0.0416).

A one step synthesis protocol for the conversion of heteroylthiosemicarbazides and 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone to naphtho[2,3-d]thiazoles, naphtho[2,3-e][1,3,4]thiadiazines as well as bis(naphtho[2,3-d]thiazolyl)copper(II) derivatives is described. The products were conclusively confirmed by single crystal X-ray analyses. A mechanism for the formation of the products is presented.

Background:Coarctation of the aorta is a congenital heart disease that sometimes remains clinically silent until adulthood,usually presenting with arterial *** is well known that after coarctation treatment,many patients remain hypertensive despite successful *** this study we approached the predictors and effects of residual hypertension after successful coarctation ***:It was a cross sectional observational study involving 50 patients who underwent Coarctation repair/angioplasty in Ain Shams university *** divided the patients into two groups(hypertensive and normotensive)and we studied their demographic data(e.g.,age,gender,age at first repair,follow up period,etc.)to conclude the possible predictors of persistent hypertension in such *** also performed full echocardiographic assessment including 3D speckle tracking echocardiography to detect subtle changes in left ventricular systolic ***:Hypertensive patients had significantly higher BMI(29.1 kg/m^(2))as compared to normotensives(24 kg/m^(2)),pervention was significantly higher in hypertensive *** patients had significantly lower 3D left ventricular strain measures(Global area strain,global circumferential strain and global longitudinal strain).The incidence of bicuspid aortic valve was significantly higher in the hypertensive group,yet it was not an independent predictor of persistent ***:The predictors for residual hypertension post successful CoA repair were late intervention and higher *** aortic valve was more common in the hypertensive *** the effects of such disease domain,treated CoA patients with persistent hypertension tended to have higher LV mass index and lower values of LV deformation.

Objective: The chemo-preventative and therapeutic properties of selenium nanoparticles(Se NPs) have been documented over recent decades and suggest the potential uses of Se NPs in medicine. Biogenic Se NPs have higher biocompatibility and stability than chemically synthesized nanoparticles, which enhances their medical applications, especially in the field of cancer therapy. This study evaluated the potential of green-synthetized Se NPs by using berberine(Ber) as an antitumor agent and elucidated the mechanism by which these molecules combat ehrlich solid tumors(eSTs).Methods: Se NPs containing Ber(Se NPs-Ber) were synthesized using Ber and Na2 Se O3 and characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Sixty male Swiss albino mice were then acclimatized for one week, injected with ehrlich ascites tumor cells, and divided into four groups: eST, eST + cisplatin(5 mg/kg), eST + Ber(20 mg/kg), and eST + Se NPs-Ber(0.5 mg/kg). At the end of a 16-day observation period, 12 mice from each group were euthanized to analyze differences in the body weight, tumor size,gene expression, and oxidative stress markers in the four groups. Three mice from each group were kept alive to compare the survival ***: Treatment with Se NPs-Ber significantly improved the survival rate and decreased the body weight and tumor size, compared to the eST group. Se NPs-Ber reduced oxidative stress in tumor tissue,as indicated by a decrease in the lipid peroxidation and nitric oxide levels and an increase in the glutathione levels. Moreover, Se NPs-Ber activated an apoptotic cascade in the tumor cells by downregulating the B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2) expression rate and upregulating the Bcl-2-associated X protein and caspase-3 expression rates. Gastric cancer(GC) is a global health problem and a major cause of cancer-related death with high recurrence rates ranging from 25% to 40% for GC patients staging Ⅱ-Ⅳ. Unfortunately, while the majority of GC patients usually present with advanced tumor stage; there is still limited evidence-based therapeutic options. Current approach to GC management consists mainly of; endoscopy followed by, gastrectomy and chemotherapy or chemo-radiotherapy. Recent studies in GC have confirmed that it is a heterogeneous disease. Many molecular characterization studies have been performed in GC. Recent discoveries of the molecular pathways underlying the disease have opened the door to more personalized treatment and better predictable outcome. The identification of molecular markers is a useful tool for clinical managementin GC patients, assisting in diagnosis, evaluation of response to treatment and development of novel therapeutic modalities. While chemotherapeutic agents have certain physiological effects on the tumor cells, the prediction of the response is different from one type of tumor to the other. The specificity of molecular biomarkers is a principal feature driving their application in anticancer therapies. Here we are trying to focus on the role of molecular pathways of GC and well-established molecular markers that can guide the therapeutic management.
