Background: Aberrant lipid metabolism presumed to have important relationship with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDm), though previous studies revealed inconsistent results on this area. Objectives: To identify the difference of serum lipid profile between gestational diabetes mellitus (GDm) and pregnant woman with normal glucose tolerance (NGT). methods: This cross sectional study was conducted from January 2017 to December 2017 at Department of Endocrinology, Bangabandhu Sheikh mujib medical University (BSmmU), Dhaka, Bangladesh with 31 GDm and equal number of NGT pregnant women diagnosed on the basis of WHO criteria-2013, during 24 - 40 weeks of gestation. Glucose was measured by glucose oxidase method and fasting serum lipid profile [Total cholesterol (TC), High Density Lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and Triglyceride (TG)] was measured by enzymatic-colorimetric method. Data were analyzed and compared by statistical tests. Results: Among total sixty-two (62) study subjects, 31 were GDm (age: 27.52 ± 4.8 years, body mass index (BmI): 27.17 ± 3.3 kg/m2) and 31 were pregnant women with NGT (age: 24.94 ± 4.2 years, BmI: 25.43 ± 6.5 kg/m2). mean age of GDm group was significantly higher than that of NGT group (p = 0.028). Women with GDm showed relatively higher BmI than NGT women but that was not statistically significant (p = 0.194). Fasting lipid profiles between GDm and NGT (GDm vs. NGT;total cholesterol: 194.21 ± 42.18 vs. 208.52 ± 42.18 mg/dl, p = 0.187;HDL-C: 47.50 ± 16.17 vs. 47.18 ± 11.71 mg/dl, p = 0.928;LDL-C: 109.25 ± 28.80 vs. 119.30 ± 34.76 mg/dl, p = 0.220 and triglyceride 204.78 ± 58.50 vs. 202.34 ± 79.18 mg/dl, p = 0.891) were not significantly different. 研究沙尘随高度的变化特征对揭示沙尘物质在近地层分布特征具有重要意义。为揭示0—80 m沙尘通量的垂直分布规律,在野外实测的基础上,选取2008年7月20日、8月7日、8月19日、8月29日4次沙尘天气,对贴地层(0—0.05 m)、中间层(0.05—2 m)、近地层(2—80 m)的沙尘通量进行对比分析。结果表明:贴地层(0—0.05 m),沙尘通量随着高度的增高呈增加趋势,最大值为1604.29 g∙mm−2。中间层(0.05—2 m),沙尘通量随高度分布的关系为幂函数关系,且随着高度的升高沙尘通量减小,决定系数R2值均在0.9以上。近地层(2—80 m),沙尘通量随高度增加呈分段函数分布,32 m、48 m处为沙尘通量的拐点高度。由此看出,研究沙尘通量对阐明沙尘输送机制非常重要,不仅可加强对沙尘输送的定量研究,还可为沙尘输送的数值模拟提供重要参数。

目前由于汽车的广泛普及,对城市的地下车库照明提出了更多的要求,但随着新一代照明光源LED照明技术进一步的发展与完善,使得地下车库照明有了更节能、更环保、更经济的可能。在DILAUX中建模57×33.3m2的中型地下车库,并利用DILAUX计算软件对地下车库的LED照明进行模拟、计算、优化,不断的调整灯具位置以及灯具间隔来到达最佳的照明效果,通过实景分析来探讨LED在地下车库照明领域应用的可行性及其应用前景,并为地下车库照明提供一种设计上的借鉴。

利用塔克拉玛干沙漠大气环境观测试验站的两种前向散射能见度仪(CJY-1C和FD12)2009年6月14日—8月5日的探测数据和人工目测数据对各种天气下的能见度变化进行了对比分析。结果表明,FD12和CJY-1C型能见度仪数据有很好的一致性。在能见度较低时,FD12型能见度数据与平均值偏离程度最小,测量更加稳定。FD12型能见度仪数据更接近于目测能见度数据。对于两种能见度仪,两者在扬沙天气的相关性最好,浮尘天气下的相关性较好,沙尘暴天气次之,典型晴天下的相关性最小,可在监测浮尘和扬沙天气时互相替代使用。

地表发射率是陆面过程模型模拟长波辐射和地表温度的重要参数。为解决现有地表发射率在干旱区沙漠下垫面实测数据较少的问题,利用变换热红外光谱仪FTIR观测波长8~14μm的热红外大气窗口的地表辐射光谱,再经冷热黑体和漫反射金板校正后,计算该波长范围的地表发射率光谱,将地表发射率光谱区间离散化后积分获得地表发射率值,从而建立地表发射率数据集。结果表明,该数据集中10个观测点南北贯穿塔克拉玛干沙漠且分布均匀(沙漠周边的过渡带和绿洲与沙漠腹地均有分布),该数据集可为卫星遥感资料反演干旱区地表发射率和地表温度,为探究陆面过程参数化方案在干旱区适用性等方向提供良好的数据支撑。

利用微梯度集沙仪在塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地塔中地区实测的2014年7—8月贴地层输沙量梯度观测资料(观测高度区间0~5 mm、5~15 mm、15~35 mm、35~85 mm),对沙尘天气过程贴地层风沙流结构进行了研究。结果表明:(1)沙尘天气(沙尘暴和扬沙)过程中,随着风速的增大,各高度层输沙量也随之增大。沙尘暴天气中,风速m·s^(-1)时,15~35 mm处的百分含量超过5~15 mm处的百分含量,风速>7.5 m·s^(-1)时,15~35 mm处的百分含量达到最大,其余各高度含量变化不明显。扬沙天气中,风速m·s^(-1)时,百分含量最大值出现在35~85 mm高度处,占48.9%,风速>8.0 m·s^(-1)时,大小依次为:15~35 mm(49.5%)>35~85 mm(31.7%)>0~5 mm(12.7%)>5~15 mm(9.2%)。(2)两种天气过程中,沙粒的平均粒径在垂直高度上均呈现先减小后增大的趋势。粒径峰值均处在125~250 um,极细砂含量最高,细砂次之。与扬沙天气相比,沙尘暴天气过程中极细砂、细砂、中砂在各高度层上的含量略微下降,粉尘含量有所升高。

古尔班通古特沙漠是中国唯一冬季存在长期积雪的沙漠,在此特殊地理环境下,沙漠及周边区域冬季雪深和边界层高度的时空变化特征和相互关系尚未明确。本文利用1980—2019年SmmR(Scanning multichannel microwave Radiometer)、SSm/I(Special Sensor microwave/Imager)、SSmI/S(Special Sensor microwave Imager/Sounder)被动微波遥感雪深数据、古尔班通古特沙漠腹地雪深观测数据和ERA5再分析资料(the Fifth Generation ECmWF Reanalysis)边界层高度数据,分析了沙漠及周边区域冬季雪深和边界层高度的时空变化特征与相互关系。结果表明:古尔班通古特沙漠及周边区域冬季雪深年均值为8.45 cm,整体呈现东北部和南部积雪较深,其他区域积雪较浅并呈现出由沙漠中心区域向四周逐渐减少的特点,雪深在古尔班通古特沙漠及其东北、南边的邻近区域呈升高趋势,剩余地区呈下降趋势。古尔班通古特沙漠及周边区域冬季边界层高度年均值为105.54 m,呈现东南部和西北部高,中心沙漠区域、东北部、西南部较低的特点,边界层高度在沙漠及周边区域升高而其他区域降低。古尔班通古特沙漠的冬季雪深和大气边界层高度时空变化整体呈负相关,其中93.17%以上的沙漠区域呈负相关,平均相关系数为-0.32,最大相关系数绝对值为-0.58,空间相关系数为-0.42(P<0.05)。
