Identifying cryptic species poses a substantial challenge to both biologists and naturalists due to morphological *** tabaci is a cryptic species complex containing more than 44 putative species;several of which are currently among the world's most destructive crop *** and delimiting the evolution of this species complex has proved *** develop a comprehensive framework for species delimitation and identification,we evaluated the performance of distinct data sources both individually and in combination among numerous samples of the *** species complex acquired *** datasets include full mitogenomes,single-copy nuclear genes,restriction site-associated DnA sequencing,geographic range,host speciation,and reproductive compatibility ***,our well-supported topologies generated from three dense molecular markers highlighted the evolutionary divergence of species of the *** complex and suggested that the nuclear markers serve as a more accurate representation of *** species *** compatibility datasets facilitated the identification of at least 17 different cryptic species within our *** geographic range information provides a complementary assessment of species recognition,while the host range datasets provide low rate of delimiting *** further summarized different data performances in species classification when compared with reproductive compatibility,indicating that combination of mtCoI divergence,nuclear markers,geographic range provide a complementary assessment of species ***,we represent a model for understanding and untangling the cryptic species complexes based on the evidence from this study and previously published articles.

Effects of thermophoresis particle deposition and of the thermal conductivity in a porous plate with dissipative heat and mass transfer

network simulation method（nSM） is used to solve the laminar heat and mass transfer of an electricallyconducting,heat generating/absorbing fluid past a perforated horizontal surface in the presence of viscous and Joule heating problem. The governing partial differential equations are non-dimensionalized and transformed into a system of nonlinear ordinary differential similarity equations,in a single independent variable,畏. The resulting coupled,nonlinear equations are solved under appropriate transformed boundary conditions. Computations are performed for a wide range of the governing flow parameters,viz Prandtl number,thermophoretic coeffcient（a function of Knudsen number）,thermal conductivity parameter,wall transpiration parameter and Schmidt number. The numerical details are discussed with relevant applications. The present problem finds applications in optical fiber fabrication,aerosol filter precipitators,particle deposition on hydronautical blades,semiconductor wafer design,thermo-electronics and problems including nuclear reactor safety.

This paper describes severe plastic deformation(SPD)procedures,which are utilized to form an ultrafine-grained structure in metallic *** the SPD process,a solid material sample is subjected to very high loads without a significant change in sample *** the present work,the high-pressure torsion(HPT)process,as one of the SPD techniques,which achieves a high degree of deformation and ensures refinement of the microstructure,will be discussed in more *** that grain size control is accepted as a method to obtain materials with desired characteristics,an overview of the properties of ultrafine-grained titanium-based biomaterials to be used in medicine is ***,particular attention is dedicated to the influences of HPT process parameters,primarily hydrostatic pressure,and number of revolutions during torsion,on the grain size and physical and mechanical characteristics(modulus of elasticity,microhardness,and tensile properties),corrosion resistance,and biocompatibility of the titanium-based biomaterials.A review of the literature indicates that titanium-based materials obtained by the SPD process show improved mechanical and physical properties without losing biocompatibility and corrosion resistance,which suggests that these methods of obtaining implants are something that should be further developed in the future.

Assessing the Effectiveness of Solar Photovoltaic Powered Reverse osmosis Desalination Systems across Different Water Resources in Saudi Arabia

This study investigates the performance of a solar photovoltaic (PV)-powered reverse osmosis (Ro) desalination system applied to diverse water sources in the al-Baha region, Saudi Arabia, including seawater, groundwater, rainwater, municipal water, and brackish water. Key water quality parameters including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC), salinity, and Specific Gravity (SG) were measured before and after desalination to assess system effectiveness. Results showed significant reductions in TDS, EC, and salinity levels across all water types, with seawater and brackish water achieving salt rejection rates of 98.32% and 99.16%, respectively. Post-desalination TDS for seawater decreased from 25,000 mg/l to 420 mg/l and for brackish water from 11,900 mg/l to 100 mg/l, achieving potable standards. pH values remained stable within potable standards, while EC values for seawater and brackish water dropped from 50,000 µS/cm to 484 µS/cm and from 12,000 µS/cm to 95 µS/cm, respectively. Water recovery rates varied from 70% to 95.33%, with the highest recovery observed in rainwater and groundwater samples. The overall desalination efficiency was highest for seawater and brackish water, at 82.96% and 84.5%, respectively, demonstrating the PV-Ro system’s capability to provide high-quality, potable water from a variety of sources. This study underscores the potential of solar-powered Ro technology as a sustainable solution for desalination in regions with diverse water sources and limited access to electricity.

Maximum Power Extraction Control algorithm for Hybrid Renewable Energy System

In this research,a modified fractional order proportional integral derivate(FoPID)control method is proposed for the photovoltaic(PV)and thermoelectric generator(TEG)combined hybrid renewable energy *** faster tracking and steady-state output are aimed at the suggested maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control *** derivative order number(μ)value in the improved FoPID(also known as PIλDμ)control structure will be dynamically updated utilizing the value of change in PV array voltage *** the transient,the value ofμis changeable;it’s one at the start and after reaching the maximum power point(MPP),allowing for strong tracking *** will use the freely available waste thermal energy created surrounding the PVarray for additional power generation,increasing the system’s energy conversion efficiency.A high-gain DC-DC converter circuit is included in the system to maintain a high amplitude DC input voltage to the inverter *** proposed approach’s performance was investigated using an extensive MATlAB software simulation and validated by comparing findings with the perturbation and observation(P&o)type MPPT control *** study results demonstrate that the FoPID controller-based MPPT control outperforms the P&o method in harvesting the maximum power achievable from the PV-TEG hybrid *** is also a better control action and a faster response.
