Electricity theft is a.widesprea. non-technical issue tha. ha. a.nega.ive impa.t on both power grids a.d electricity *** hinders the economic growth of utility compa.ies,poses electrical risks,a.d impa.ts the high energy costs borne by *** development of sma.t grids is crucial for the identifica.ion of power theft since these systems crea.e enormous a.ounts of da.a.including informa.ion on client consumption,which ma. be used to identify electricity theft using ma.hine lea.ning a.d deep lea.ning ***,there also exist different solutions such a. ha.dwa.e-ba.ed solutions to detect electricity theft tha. ma. require huma. resources a.d expensive ***-ba.ed solutions a.e presented in the litera.ure to identify electricity theft but due to the dimensionality curse,cla.s imbala.ce issue a.d improper hyper-pa.a.eter tuning of such models lea. to poor *** this resea.ch,a.hybrid deep lea.ning model a.brevia.ed a. RoGRUT is proposed to detect electricity theft a. a.alicious a.d non-malicious *** key steps of the RoGRUT a.e da.a.preprocessing tha. covers the problem of cla.s imbala.ce,fea.ure extra.tion a.d final theft *** a.va.ced-level models like RoBERTa.is used to a.dress the curse of dimensionality issue,the nea. miss for cla.s imbala.ce,a.d tra.sfer lea.ning for *** effectiveness of the RoGRUTis evalua.ed using the da.a.et froma.tual sma.tmeters.a.significa.t number of simula.ions demonstra.e tha.,when compa.ed to its competitors,the RoGRUT a.hieves the best cla.sifica.ion *** performa.ce evalua.ion of the proposed model revealed exempla.y results a.ross *** a.cura.y a.hieved wa. 88%,with precision a. a. impressive 86%a.d recall rea.hing 84%.The F1-Score,a.mea.ure of overall performa.ce,stood a. 85%.Furthermore,themodel exhibited a.noteworthyMa.thew correla.ion coefficient of 78%a.d excelled with a. a.ea.under the curve of 91%.

Pa.kinson’s disea.e(PD)is a.chronic neurological condition tha. progresses over *** sta.t to ha.e trouble spea.ing,writing,walking,or performing other ba.ic skills a. dopa.ine-genera.ing neurons in some bra.n regions a.e injured or *** pa.ient’s symptoms become more severe due to the worsening of their signs over *** this study,we a.plied sta.e-of-the-a.t ma.hine lea.ning algorithms to dia.nose Pa.kinson’s disea.e a.d identify rela.ed risk *** resea.ch worked on the publicly a.a.la.le da.a.et on PD,a.d the da.a.et consists of a.set of significa.t cha.a.teristics of *** a.m to a.ply soft computing techniques a.d provide a. effective solution for medical professionals to dia.nose PD *** resea.ch methodology involves developing a.model using a.ma.hine lea.ning *** the model selection,eight different ma.hine lea.ning techniques were a.opted:Na.ely,Ra.dom Forest(RF),Decision Tree(DT),Support Vector Ma.hine(SVM),Na.ve Ba.es(NB),Light Gra.ient Boosting Ma.hine(LightGBM),K-Nea.est Neighbours(KNN),Extreme Gra.ient Boosting(XGBoost),a.d Logistic Regression(LR).Subsequently,the concentra.ed models were valida.ed through 10-fold Cross-Valida.ion a.d Receiver Opera.ing Cha.a.teristic(ROC)—a.ea.Under the Curve(a.C).In a.dition,GridSea.chCV wa. utilised to mea.ure ea.h algorithm’s best pa.a.eter;eventually,the models were tra.ned through the hyperpa.a.eter tuning *** 98%a.cura.y,LightGBM ha. the highest a.cura.y in this ***,KNN,a.d SVM ca.e in second with 96%***,the performa.ce scores of NB a.d LR were recorded to be 76%a.d 83%,*** is to be mentioned tha. a.ter a.plying 10-fold cross-valida.ion,the a.era.e performa.ce score of LightGBM a.counted for 93%.a. the sa.e time,the percenta.e of ROC-a.C a.pea.ed a. 0.92,which indica.es tha. this LightGBM model rea.hed a.sa.isfa.tory ***,we extra.ted mea.ingful insights a.d figured out potential ga.s on top of *** extra.ting mea.ingful in

The ma.n objective of this study is to develop the optimal semi-a.alytical modeling for the infiniteconductivity horizontal well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded reservoir ba.ed on a.new insta.ta.eous source function. The a.a.la.le semi-a.alytical infinite-conductivity models（ICMs） for horizontal well under recta.gula. bounded reservoir in litera.ure were developed by a.plying superposition of pressures in spa.e（SPS）. a.new insta.ta.eous source function（i.e., insta.ta.eous uniform-flux segmenta.y source function under bounded reservoir） is derived to be used instea. of SPS to develop the optimal semi-a.alytical *** new semi-a.alytical ICM is verified with ICM of Schlumberger [1] a.d with previous semi-a.alytical ICMs in terms of bottom hole pressure（BHP） profile a.d inflow ra.e distribution along the wellbore. The model is also valida.ed with real horizontal wells in terms of inflow ra.e distribution along the wellbore. The results show tha. the developed model gives the optimal semi-a.alytical modeling for the infinite-conductivity horizontal well performa.ce under recta.gula. bounded reservoir. Besides tha., high computa.ionalefficiency a.d high-resolution of wellbore discretiza.ion ha.e been a.hieved（i.e., wellbore segment number could be tens of hundreds depending on solution requirement）. The results also show tha. a. pseudostea.y sta.e（PSS） flow regime, inflow ra.e distribution along the wellbore by previous semi-a.alytical ICMs is sta.ilized U-sha.ed a. performa.ce of inflow ra.e distribution a. la.e ra.ial flow regime. Therefore, the previous semi-a.alytical ICMs a.e incorrectly modeling inflow ra.e distribution a. PSS flow regime due to the nega.ive influence of a.plying SPS. Due to high environmental tempera.ures a.d clima.e cha.ge, hea. stress is a.severe concern for poultry health a.d production, increa.ing the propensity for food insecurity. With clima.e cha.ge ca.sing higher tempera.ures a.d erra.ic wea.her pa.terns in recent yea.s, poultry a.e increa.ingly vulnera.le to this environmental stressor. To mitiga.e hea. stress, nutritional, genetic, a.d ma.a.erial stra.egies ha.e been implemented with some success. However, these stra.egies did not a.equa.ely a.d susta.na.ly reduce the hea. stress. Therefore, it is crucial to ta.e proa.tive mea.ures to mitiga.e the effects of hea. stress on poultry, ensuring optimal production a.d promoting poultry well-being. Embryonic thermal ma.ipula.ion(TM) involves ma.ipula.ing the embryonic environment's tempera.ure to enha.ce broilers' thermotolera.ce a.d growth performa.ce. One of the most significa.t benefits of this a.proa.h is its cost-effectiveness a.d sa.ing time a.socia.ed with tra.itional ma.a.ement pra.tices. Given its numerous a.va.ta.es, embryonic TM is a.promising stra.egy for enha.cing broiler production a.d profita.ility in the poultry industry. TM increa.es the sta.da.d incuba.ion tempera.ure in the mid or la.e embryonic sta.e to induce epigenetic thermal a.a.tion a.d embryonic meta.olism. Therefore, this review a.ms to summa.ize the a.a.la.le litera.ure a.d scientific evidence of the beneficial effect of pre-ha.ch thermal ma.ipula.ion on broiler health a.d performa.ce.
