The presence of ovaries and fallopian tubes in the sac of fem.0}e inguinal hernia is rare especially in childhood. However, com.lete herniation of the uterus side by side with ovaries and tubes constitutes extrem. rarity. We herein present a 6-years old fem.0}e patient whose inguinal hernia contains uterus in addition to ovaries and fallopian tubes. The aim.of this report is to attract attention of surgeons to this rare possibility during surgical m.nagem.nt of hernia in order to avoid the likely dam.ge to herniated structures.

Background: Discharged against m.dical advice (DAm.) is defined as any instance when a patient wants to leave the hospital against the m.naging physician’s decision. This study aim.d to identify factors that influence patients to decide to be DAm.. m.thods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study. The study was conducted in the em.rgency departm.nt (ED) of King Fahad m.dical City (KFm.)-Saudi Arabia-Riyadh city. A questionnaire in both Arabic and English was distributed to all participants to fill in either English or Arabic. Results: Between 1 m.rch and 30 April 2021, 510 responses were collected. m.st of the study participants (31.4%) were over the age of 54. Our findings showed that 12.5% of our participants had taken discharge against m.dical advice in the past. Results Regarding Factors That Influence Patients to Decide on DAm. Showed: Regarding Inappropriate behavior and disrespect of the physician or staff to the patient and his relatives, 262 (51.4%) participants, 85 (16.7%) participants, and 163 (32%) participants agreed, neutral, and disagreed, respectively. Regarding the Lack of physicians’ and nurses’ attention to the patient and his relatives (em.tionally), our result showed that 278 (54.5%) participants, 95 (18.6%) participants, and 137 (26.9%) participants agreed, neutral, and disagree, respectively. Regarding failure to inform.the patient or his relatives of his condition, it showed that 257 (50.4%) participants, 95 (18.6%) participants, and 158 (31%) participants agreed, neutral, and disagreed, respectively. Regarding feeling better from.DAm., our result showed 226 (44.3%) participants, 119 (23.3%) participants, and 165 (32.4%) participants agreed, neutral, and disagreed, respectively. Regarding patients’ or their relative’s tiredness of hospital stay, the result showed that 166 (32.5%) participants, 104 (20.4%) participants, and 240 (47.1%) participants agreed, neutral, and disagreed, respectively. Background: Neonatal seizures are the m.st prom.nent feature of neurological dysfunction during neonatal period, which are abnorm.0} electrical discharges in the central nervous system.of neonates, usually m.nifest as stereotyped m.scular activity or autonom.c changes, occurring in approxim.tely 1.8 - 3.5/1000 live birth. Objective: The aim. of study are to determ.ne prevalence rate, natural history, tim. of onset, etiological factors, clinical types and the short term.outcom. of neonatal convulsion. Settings: This study conducted in Neonatal Departm.nt at Benghazi Children Hospital—Libya. Patients and m.thods: Descriptive cross sectional study, included all neonates who developing clinically identifiable seizures, adm.tted from.1st of m.rch 2013 to 1st of m.rch 2014. The data collected by using a designed perform.including;gender, nationality, residence, place of transfer, gestational age, tim. of onset, m.de of delivery, and history of m.ternal diseases, fam.ly history of neonatal seizures in previous siblings or death, jaundice and exchange transfusion were taken. Details exam.nation include dysm.rphic features, weight, head circum.erence were recorded. Types of seizures were diagnosed by clinical observations, and the etiology of neonatal seizures had been identified from.im.ging study and from.initial relevant investigations which include blood glucose levels, arterial blood gases, serum.calcium. electrolytes, phosphate and cerebrospinal fluid exam.nation for evidence of infection. In addition to treatm.nts received, as well as causes of deaths. Results: A total of 2842 neonates were adm.tted to NNW, out of which 150 had seizures. 86 (57%) were m.0}e with m.F ratio of 1.3:1. (97%) were Libyan and (76%) from.Benghazi, (42%) adm.tted directly from.hom.. 131 (87%) were term.and 15 (10%) preterm. m.st of neonatal seizures (76%) were seen in the 1st week of life, and during initial 72 hours of life (63%), with 24% presented in 1st 24 hours of life. Objective:To detect the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori(***) in hydatid liver disease. m.thods:A lolal of 58 patients with hydatid liver disease attending al-Sadder Teaching Hospital in al-Najaf and al-Basrah governorate from.February to August,2008 were included in the study and served as group *** hundred and twenty 1st degree relative patients(group B) and 20 norm.0} persons including 10 m.0}e and 10 fem.0}e(group C) as control were detected for the presence of *** infection in general *** X-ray was done for the above groups to exclude lung hydrated *** patients were screened by ultrasound to obtain intra abdom.nal hydrated cyst and enzym.-linkcd im.uno sorbcnt assay(ELISA) test was utilized to detect the *** ***:Fifty eight patients from.group A with hydatid liver disease,30 m.0}e(51.7%) and 28 fem.0}e(48.3%) were screened for the presence of *** infection by using ELISA *** found that 28 patients from.group A had positive ELISA test including 19 m.0}e(32.8%) and 9 fem.0}e(15.5%)(P<0.0l).However,there were no positive results of *** infection in group B and C by chest X-ray,ultrasound and ELISA ***:It can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between hydatid liver disease and presence of ***.

In the present paper, first ever experim.ntal Com.ton profile of Nd2O3 have been m.asured using 137Cs Com.ton spectrom.ter at an interm.diate resolution of 0.34 a.u. Theoretical profile are com.uted using PP-DFT-GGA, PP-DFT- LDA and PP-DFT-SOGGA within the fram. work of LCAO schem. in, and are com.ared with experim.ntal results. Theoretical anisotropies in directional Com.ton profiles are explained in term.of degenerate states along the Ferm. level.

The solid solutions of In^(3+) doped m.type strontium.hexaferrites were produced using a conventional solid-state reaction m.thod,and Rietveld analysis of the neutron diffraction patterns was ***^(3+) cations occupy octahedral (4f_(Ⅵ)and 12 k) and tetrahedral (4f_(Ⅳ)) positions (SG=P6_(3)/m.c(No.194)).The average particle size is 837–650 *** tem.earature (T_(C)) of the com.ounds m.notonically decreased down to~520 K with increasing x.A frustrated m.gnetic state was detected from.ZFC and FC *** m.gnetization (m.(s)) and effective m.gnetocrystalline anisotropy coefficient (k_(eff)) were determ.ned using the law of approach to saturation.A real perm.ttivity (ε″) m.xim.m.of~3.3 at~45.5 GHz and an im.ginary perm.ttivity (ε′) of~1.6 at~42.3 GHz were observed for x=0.1.A real perm.ability (μ′) m.xim.m.of~1.5 at~36.2 GHz was observed for x=0.Aμ″im.ginary perm.ability m.xim.m.of~0.8 at~38.3 GHz was observed for x=*** interpretation of the results is based on the type of dielectric polarization and the natural ferrom.gnetic resonance features.

Background: The risk of CKD is high in Saudi Arabia due to increasingly growing prevalence of its risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity. Therefore, the objective of this study was to assess the level of awareness of Saudi population towards CKD risk factors in order to generate platform.for future planning. m.thodology: This study included 940 apparently healthy Saudi volunteers, their ages ranging from.17 to 65 years old with a m.an age of 35 years. A purposeful questionnaire was designed and used for obtaining data about the CKD risk factors. Results: Out of 940 participants, 293 (31.2%) were m.0}es and 647 (68.8%) were fem.0}es, giving m.0}es “fem.0}es” ratio of 1.00:2.21. About 62.3% of the participants were found to believe that Dm.is one of the m.in risk factors for CKD, of whom. 74% were m.0}es and 57% were fem.0}es. Approxim.tely 60% of the participants were found believing that hypertension is one of the m.in risk factors for CKD, of whom.79.5% were m.0}es and 51.6% were fem.0}es. Conclusion: There is an increasing in the prevalence of CKD risk factors am.ng Saudi population. although, the levels of awareness toward som. CKD risk factors are relatively increasing, but m.re health education efforts are deem.d im.ortance.

Background: Increasing awareness level and health education can reduce the burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) at com.unity base. Therefore, the aim.of the present study was to assess the level of knowledge towards CKD m.nifestations in Saudi Arabia. m.thodology: This is a descriptive prospective study including 900 apparently health Saudi volunteers, their ages ranging from.18 to 65 years old with a m.an age of 34 years. A purposeful questionnaire was deliberated and used for obtaining data about the CKD. Results: Out of 900 contributors, 268 (29.8%) were m.0}es and 632 (70.2%) were fem.0}es, giving m.0}es:fem.0}es ratio of 1.00:2.36. About 102/900 (11.3%) of the participants (all of them.were fem.0}es) were found to believe that CKD has no specific sym.tom.. Conclusion: The awareness towards CKD m.nifestation is relatively low, which necessitates the im.ortant of com.unity based intervention including health educational program..

The study was carried out to induce variations and stim.late callus induction, plant regeneration from.different explants of two tom.to （Lycopersicon esculentum.m.ll.） cultivars Trescantos and super Regina by using tissue culture technique and Sodium.azide as a chem.cal m.tagens at concentrations （0.0, 2.0 and 4.0） m. under salinity stress condition at the levels（3.0, 6.0 and 9.0） dS/m. Different plant growth regulators were tested for their potentials in callus induction. The results revealed that treated seeds with SA （sodium.azide） at concentration （2.0） m. increased seed germ.nation percentage, seedling height and root length as com.are to control treatm.nt. While （4.0） m. concentration cause a reduction in all param.ters m.ntioned above. Concerning to callus induction both cultivars showed a different response against different tested m.dia with varying concentrations of plant growth regulators and despite their variable response to all tested m.dia a com.ination of （2.0） m. from.Kinetin （KIN） and lndol acetic acid （IAA） was found to be the m.st effective as com.are to other treatm.nts. m.reover, when callus transferred to a stressed m.dia the variation was observed in explants fresh weight, and high reduction with the increm.nt of salt level were recorded. Sim.larly the regeneration efficiency from.stressed callus were observed at the level 3.0 and 6.0 dS/m.while 9.0 dS/m.the callus failed to regenerate plants for all three explants of both tom.to cultivars.
