This article has proposed a novel dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm in Ethernet passive optical network （EPON） *** advantage of the idle time between adjacent cycles,the new authorization mechanism is introduced;moreover,the light load penalty effect can be alleviated dramatically by setting the minimum polling *** show that the proposed mechanism reduces average latency greatly;at the same time,network throughput and bandwidth utilization also increases significantly.

In this paper,the features of electrical power steering and semi-active suspension systems have been done a more indepth *** order to achieve the common objective of improving the ride comfort and handing stability of automobile,an integrated control strategy was proposed to achieve the control of electrical power steering and semi-active suspension *** a well on the basis of experimental data,the mathematical model of electrical power steering and semi-active suspension systems were adopted to predict the characteristics of these two *** order to achieve the simulation of the integrated control strategy,a PID controller for electrical power steering and an optimum controller for semi-active suspension systems were designed under MATLAB environment,and a vehicle system dynamics model including the electrical power steering and semi-active suspension systems was also *** automotive ride comfort and handing stability simulation,the integrated control strategy was proved to be effective.

The self organizing maps(SOM) has been used as a tool for mapping high-dimensional input data into a low-dimensional feature map,which has significant advantages for text clustering *** this paper,a novel dynamic and adaptive SOM algorithm applied to high dimensional large scale text clustering is *** characteristic feature of this novel neural network model is its dynamic architecture which grows(when the similarity between input pattern(text vector) and weight vector of the winning node is smaller than a given threshold) during its training process to find the inherent topology structure of the document *** using unsupervised competitive learning in network,the weight vectors of the winning node and its nearest neighbors are adjusted adaptively(where learning rate is related to similarity in amended learning rule) in this *** results of the experiments indicated that the algorithm successfully improve quality of text clustering and learning speed of neural network.

In the beamforming algorithm of the matrix decomposition,through QR decomposition of data matrix,the QR decomposition algorithm transforms the problem of solving the weighted vector into the problem of solving a triangular linear equations,which avoids to estimating and inversing of array signal covariance matrix, improves the robustness of the data;But when the smaller sample number,the noise eigenvalue dispersion of the sample covariance matrix leads to the degradation of the beamforming algorithm performance and QR algorithm performance will be *** to this shortcoming,the SVD algorithm of the diagonal loading is proposed in this paper,the simulation results showed that DL-SVD algorithm not only improve the performance of the algorithm but also reduce complexity.

Unlike English and other western languages,there are no delimiters to mark word boundaries in both Chinese and ***,word segmentation is the first step for Chinese and Tibetan natural language processing such as machine translation and information ***,Chinese word segmentation has been studied for many years and the technology is relatively *** contrast,Tibetan word segmentation is less concerned by *** this paper,we learn from Chinese word segmentation approach and analysis the characteristic of Tibetan language,designs a Tibetan word segmentation system based on conditional random *** experiment shows that the algorithm is effective and can be preliminary applied.

＜正＞The load will change drastically when a new user accesses the CDMA *** the advanced outer loop power control（OLPC） technology will be taken to enrich the target signal interference ratio （SIR） and improve the system *** author introduces the ever existed problems about WCDMA outer loop power control for multiservice and analyzes the power control theoretical *** system simulation the author explains how to obtain the theoretical performance and parameter optimization of power control algorithm. The OLPC algorithm is improved and the performance comparisons between the old algorithm and the improved algorithm are given. The results show the good performance of the improved OLPC algorithm and prove the validity of improved method for multi-service.

＜正＞ A pulsed magnetic field simulation system was developed to study the effect of micro-electronic system under strong magnetic pulses. In the experiment, personal computers were put into the electromagnetic environment of the simulator. Coupling paths, interference threshold, the relation of the threshold with rising time and duration time of the field were studied by changing the peak value, duration time and rising time of the simulated pulsed magnetic field. Results show the connecting cables are the main paths that introduce interference;simple shielding can reduce the interference at some extent and the inference is more potentially to affects the micro-electronic system if its time derivative is larger.
