Fingerlings of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus were exposed to 1.68, 3.36, and 5.04 mg/L cadmium(as CdCl2), which represent 10%, 20%, and 30% of their previously determined 96-h LC5 0. After exposure for 20 days, sections of the liver and intestine of treated fish were examined histologically. Histopathological changes varied from slight to severe structural modification, depending on the exposure concentration. The hepatic tissues of fish exposed to 10% LC 50 showed markedly increased vacuolation of the hepatocytes and coarse granulation of their cytoplasm. Abundant erythrocytic infiltration among the hepatocytes was observed in fish exposed to 20% LC5 0. In the intestinal tissues of fish exposed to all doses, goblet cells proliferated and were greatly increased in size, the longitudinal muscularis mucosa was disturbed and, in the crypts of the sub-mucosal layer, apoptosis increased, indicated by large numbers of degenerated nuclei. Large numbers of inflammatory cells and dilated blood vessels were observed in the intestine of the group treated with 30% LC5 0.

although much existing research has focussed on the impact of the current Covid-19 pandemic on mental health in general populations worldwide, there remains a gap in knowing how it impacts those especially vulnerable to negative psychological effects. The main objective of this study was to compare the mental health impact of the pandemic on people with and without a pre-existing psychiatric history. Another objective of this study was to explore this impact on a range of variables known to favor anxiety. Results confirmed that the negative mental health impact of the pandemic is significantly higher for those who could be seen to be especially vulnerable. They also confirmed most of the predicted variables significantly favor anxiety. Overall, the findings of this study not only helped to identify and confirm groups vulnerable to negative mental health outcomes following crises, but they could also help to tailor existing treatment options to them during future outbreaks and/or other pandemics.

The Gabal Marwa area is located in the southeastern part of Sinai,*** comprises gneisses and migmatites,granodiorites and ***,petrographic,mineralogic and chemical investigations indicated that the Gabal Marwa granites are classified as granodiorites and *** monzogranites constitute the most predominant rock unit exposed in the study *** have been subjected to hydrothermal alterations,especially along the shear ***,desilicification,nametasomatism and development of spotty or dendritic manganese oxides are the most pronounced alteration *** alterations resulted in the increase of TiO2,al2O3,FeOt,MnO,CaO,MgO,Na2O,K2O and Cr,Zr,Rb,Y and Sr and the decrease of SiO2,P2O5,Ni,Zn,Ba and *** studies indicated that the altered granites belong to high thorium,high uranium *** U,Th,U and Th,Th/U,Th and U-K variation diagrams suggested that magmatic processes controlled the distribution of these elements but the effect of hydrothermal alteration processes were clearly *** Scanning Electron Microscope and X-ray Diffraction analyses indicated that the most important radioactive minerals include uranothorite,thorite,zircon,monazite and *** and Mn minerals were also *** the U,Th,Ra and K activity concentrations obtained for all the studied granitic samples,radium equivalent activity(Raeq),external hazard index(Hex),and internal hazard index(Hin),were calculated to assess the radiation hazard to human beings living in dwellings made of the studied *** monzogranites have radioactivity above the proposed acceptable level and,therefore,caution must be taken when these granites are used as building materials.

Recent economic growth and development have considerably raised energy consumption over the *** load prediction approaches become essential for effective planning,decision-making,and contract evaluation of the power *** order to achieve effective forecasting outcomes with minimumcomputation time,this study develops an improved whale optimization with deep learning enabled load prediction(IWO-DLELP)scheme for energy storage systems(ESS)in smart grid *** major intention of the IWO-DLELP technique is to effectually forecast the electric load in SG environment for designing proficient *** proposed IWO-DLELP model initially undergoes pre-processing in two stages namely min-max normalization and feature ***,partition clustering approach is applied for the decomposition of data into distinct clusters with respect to distance and objective ***,IWO with bidirectional gated recurrent unit(BiGRU)model is applied for the prediction of load and the hyperparameters are tuned by the use of IWO *** experiment analysis reported the enhanced results of the IWO-DLELP model over the recent methods interms of distinct evaluation measures.

As the amount of medical images transmitted over networks and kept on online servers continues to rise,the need to protect those images digitally is becoming increasingly ***,due to the massive amounts of multimedia and medical pictures being exchanged,low computational complexity techniques have been *** commonly used algorithms offer very little security and require a great deal of communication,all of which add to the high processing costs associated with using ***,a deep learning classifier is used to classify records according to the degree of concealment they *** images that aren’t needed can be saved by using this method,which cuts down on security *** is one of the most effective methods for protecting medical images after this *** and dispersion are two fundamental encryption processes.A new encryption algorithm for very sensitive data is developed in this *** splitting with image blocks is nowdeveloped by using Zigzag patterns,rotation of the image blocks,and random permutation for scrambling the *** that,this research suggests a Region of Interest(ROI)technique based on selective picture *** the first step,we use an active contour picture segmentation to separate the ROI from the Region of Background(ROB).Permutation and diffusion are then carried out using a Hilbert curve and a Skew Tent *** all of the blocks have been encrypted,they are combined to create encrypted *** investigational analysis is carried out to test the competence of the projected ideal with existing techniques.
