Around one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some *** patient outcomes necessitate both early detection and an accurate *** images are routinely utilized in the process of diagnosing breast *** proposed in recent research only focus on classifying breast cancer on specific magnification *** study has focused on using a combined dataset with multiple magnification levels to classify breast cancer.A strategy for detecting breast cancer is provided in the context of this *** image texture data is used with the wavelet transform in this *** proposed method comprises converting histopathological images from Red Green Blue(RGB)to Chrominance of Blue and Chrominance of Red(YCBCR),utilizing a wavelet transform to extract texture information,and classifying the images with Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGBOOST).Furthermore,SMOTE has been used for resampling as the dataset has imbalanced *** suggested method is evaluated using 10-fold cross-validation and achieves an accuracy of 99.27%on the BreakHis 1.040X dataset,98.95%on the BreakHis 1.0100X dataset,98.92%on the BreakHis 1.0200X dataset,98.78%on the BreakHis 1.0400X dataset,and 98.80%on the combined *** findings of this study imply that improved breast cancer detection rates and patient outcomes can be achieved by combining wavelet transformation with textural signals to detect breast cancer in histopathology images.

There are many factors that have a major influence on reducing the energy expenditure in building *** research aims at qualitative and quantitative assessment of those factors such as double glazed windows,ver-tical greenery systems(VGS),integrating of semi-transparent photovoltaic device with architectural design of buildings,energy saving by using heat reflecting coating,passive climate control methods,energy saving by shading,building energy performance enhancement by using optimisation technique,double skin green facade,*** a holistic and thematic *** the aforesaid techniques,VGS is found the most reliable,efficient and sustainable *** VGS can improve the urban environment,increase biodiversity,mit-igate pollution also results economic benefit of the buildings as like as energy savings and decreasing surface *** fundamental energy saving methods are used in VGS which are considered as passive energy saving ***,interception of solar radiation due to the shadow risen by the vegetation;secondly,vegetation also provides thermal insulation;thirdly,plants evapotranspiration helps for evaporative cooling of building;finally,building blockage makes a variation of wind effect on *** peak cooling load of ivy coated green building wall has been reduced by 28%.If a VGS is installed without windows and building fac-ing on west,east,south and north correspondingly,the reduction in the cooling load capacity of the building is observed to be up to 20,18,8 and 5%,*** high thermally resistive glazed areas on building envelope can be secured via thin film PV glazing and vacuum glazing products with an average U-value of 1.1 and 0.4 W/m 2 K,*** use policies are also helpful to improve energy consumption scenario of *** developing more energy-efficient,sustainable and eco-friendly buildings,these techniques might be helpful for the building designers and architect

Roadside dust contamination with toxic metals along industrial area in Islamabad, Pakistan

An investigation has been carried out to understand the contamination characteristics of roadside dust in the industrial area of Islamabad, Pakistan. The amounts of Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb,Zn, Ga, As, Se and Cd were determined from 95 roadside dust samples collected along the Islamabad industrial area using Proton Induced X-ray Emission(PIXE). The results indicated that concentrations of all elements,except Cd, in the roadside dust were significant. The results of the enrichment factor show that the elementary composition of the roadside dust could be categorized as soil elements from the crust of the earth and elements from anthropogenic pollution. The high enrichment factors imply that elements such Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, As, Se,Cd, Ni, Co and S came from anthropogenic activities. The source of metal contamination was identified using multivariate statistical analysis. It has been concluded that Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Mn and Fe mainly originate from crustal sources; Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn and Ga are associated with point-sources from industrial pollution/traffic;and S, Cl, K, As and Se are mainly related to oil/coal combustion.

An Investigation of the Effects of Curcumin on Anxiety and Depression in Obese Individuals:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of curcumin, a natural polyphenolic compound with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, on the frequency of symptoms of anxiety and depression in obese individuals. Methods： In this double blind, cross-over trial, 30 obese subjects were randomized to receive either curcumin （1 g/day） or placebo for a period of 30 days. Following a wash-out interval of 2 weeks, each subject was crossed over to the alternative regimen for a further 30 days. Severity of anxiety and depression was assessed at baseline and at weeks 4, 6 and 10 of the trial using the Beck Anxiety Inventory （BAI） and Beck Depression Inventory （BDI） scales, respectively. Results： Mean BAI score was found to be significantly reduced following curcumin therapy （P=0.03）. However, curcumin supplementation did not exert any significant impact on BDI scores （P=0.7）. Conclusion： Curcumin has a potential anti-anxiety effect in individuals with obesity.

The charge state distribution of B, C, Si, Ni, Cu and Au ions on 5 MV pelletron accelerator

Stripper gas and terminal potential play a key role for the charge state distribution in a tandem pelletron accelerator. The knowledge of this distribution is important for experiments performed on tandem accelerators. The charge state distribution of B, C, Si, Ni, Cu and Au beams is measured by using Ar as stripper gas, and terminal potential is varied from 0.3 to 3.0 MV on 5UDH-2 tandem pelletron accelerator installed at the National Centre for Physics, Islamabad. The individual charge state is measured after the switching magnet at 15° in high-energy portion. It is observed that the higher charge states are stable in the range of lower and middle atomic masses of periodic table, whereas higher atomic mass(Au) shows beam current instability in higher charge states. For carbon,the charge distribution at 1.7 MV terminal potential by varying stripper gas pressure is also studied, which resulted in decreased overall transmission with good current value for higher charge states.

The combination of spatiotemporal videos and essential features can improve the performance of human action recognition(HAR);however,the individual type of features usually degrades the performance due to similar actions and complex *** deep convolutional neural network has improved performance in recent years for several computer vision applications due to its spatial *** article proposes a new framework called for video surveillance human action recognition dubbed *** a few selected datasets,deep transfer learning is used to pre-trained the EfficientNet-b0 deep learning *** optimization is employed for the tuning of hyperparameters of the fine-tuned deep *** of fully connected layer features,we considered the average pooling layer features and performed two feature selection techniques-an improved artificial bee colony and an entropy-based *** a serial nature technique,the features that were selected are combined into a single vector,and then the results are categorized by machine learning *** publically accessible datasets have been utilized for the experimental approach and obtained notable accuracy of 97%,98.7%,100%,99.7%,and 96.8%,***,a comparison of the proposed framework with contemporarymethods is done to demonstrate the increase in accuracy.

This study presents a systematic review of the literature pertaining to dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs), in order to anticipate the direction and speed of change in technology trend. To study the general progression in DSSC research, we have assessed the evolution in annual DSSCs publications and their citations. Further, in order to identify the intellectual bases, we have also classified the journals, authors, institutes, and countries according to their scientific productivity in the field of DSSCs research during the period of 2007–2017.
