新型组合捕收剂强化毒砂浮选机理研究

青海某金矿的主要载金矿物为毒砂，现场采用酸性条件下的异戊黄药捕收体系进行富集，存在酸耗大、设备腐蚀、硫化矿溶解等问题，为此对弱碱性条件下正十二烷基硫醇与异戊黄药组合使用强化毒砂捕收的机理及初步应用进行了研究。毒砂纯矿物浮选试验结果表明，异戊黄药对毒砂的捕收能力略优于正十二烷基硫醇，在异戊黄药体系中加入适量正十二烷基硫醇可以在总捕收剂用量较低的情况下，获得较高的毒砂回收率。接触角测试结果显示，正十二烷基硫醇和异戊黄药均能使毒砂矿物表面的疏水性提高，浓度分别为5×10-5、1×10-4mol/L的正十二烷基硫醇和异戊黄药组合使用可使毒砂矿物表面的接触角(69.18°)高于单独使用浓度为2×10-4mol/L的异戊黄药的毒砂矿物表面的接触角(64.36°)。红外光谱检测结果表明，正十二烷基硫醇和异戊黄药均在毒砂矿物表面发生了化学吸附，二者组合使用时这种吸附作用更强，捕收剂吸附量更大。针对原矿金品位为4.48 g/t的某金矿石，基于该组合捕收剂的药剂体系，可以在pH为9的弱碱性条件下以较低的总捕收剂用量获得金回收率为92.44%的选别效果，优于酸性条件下单独使用异戊黄药的捕收效果。

为了解决钛铁矿浮选中绿泥石等具有一定天然疏水性的脉石矿物易混入精矿中,降低精矿品质的问题,研究了新型绿泥石抑制剂聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSSNa)的抑制效果和作用机理。微浮选试验结果表明:PSSNa能够选择性抑制绿泥石的浮选,在最优条件下钛铁矿回收率高于绿泥石近50个百分点,为浮选分离创造了良好条件。接触角测试结果显示,聚苯乙烯磺酸钠可大幅降低油酸钠对绿泥石表面的疏水化作用,而对油酸钠疏水化钛铁矿的能力影响不大;红外光谱检测结果表明,相比于钛铁矿,PSSNa通过其磺基与绿泥石表面的镁原子发生化学吸附作用,表现出选择性;吸附量测量结果显示,该吸附了聚苯乙烯磺酸钠分子阻止了油酸钠在绿泥石表面的进一步吸附。分子动力学模拟结果,从分子水平解释了该抑制剂对钛铁矿和绿泥石的选择性吸附、抑制作用。

A vibrational formulation, a technique, and an algorithm are proposed for assessing the resonance state of a package of rectangular plates and shells having point bonds and concentrated masses with different rheological properties of deformable elements under the influence of harmonic influences. The viscoelastic properties of elements are described using the linear Boltzmann-Volterra theory. An algebraic system of equations with complex coefficients is obtained, which is solved by the Gauss method. Various problems on steady-state forced vibrations for structurally inhomogeneous mechanical systems consisting of a package of plate and shell systems with concentrated masses and shock absorbers installed in it were solved. A number of new mechanical effects have been discovered associated with a decrease in the maximum resonance amplitudes of the mechanical system as a whole. The concept of “global resonance amplitude” is introduced to study the behavior of the resonance amplitudes of a mechanical system. An analysis of the numerical results showed that the interaction of resonant amplitudes is observed only in structurally inhomogeneous systems (in this case, with elastic and viscoelastic elements) and with a noticeable approximation of the natural frequencies.

We investigated the natural oscillations of dissipative inhomogeneous plate mechanical systems with point connections. Based on the principle of virtual displacements, we equate to zero the sum of all active work force, including the force of inertia which obtain equations vibrations of mechanical systems. Frequency equation is solved numerically by the method of Muller. According to the result of numerical analysis we established nonmonotonic dependence damping coefficients of the system parameters.

Samarkand is a city in modern-day Uzbekistan and is one of the oldest inhabited cities in Central Asia.There is evidence of human activity in the area of the city from the late Paleolithic era,though there is no direct evidence of when exactly Samarkand proper was founded;some theories are that it was founded between the 8th and 7th centuries BC.Prospering from its location on the Silk Road between China and the Mediterranean,at times Samarkand was one of the greatest cities of Central Asia.The city is noted for being an Islamic Centre for scholarly study.In the 14 th century it became the capital of the empire of Timur(Tamerlane)and is the site of his mausoleum(the Gur-e Amir).The Bibi-Khanym Mosque(a modern replica)remains one of the city's most notable landmarks.The Registan was the ancient center of the city.The city has carefully preserved the traditions of ancient crafts: embroidery,gold embroidery,silk weaving,engraving on copper,ceramics,carving and painting on wood.The major monuments include the Registan mosque and madrasahs,originally built in mud brick and covered with decorated ceramic tiles,the Bibi-Khanum Mosque and Mausoleum,the Shakhi-Zinda compound which contains a series of mosques,madrasahs and mausoleum,and the ensembles of Gur-Emir and Rukhabad,as well as the remains of Ulugh-Bek's Observatory.The Registan Square is a real gem located in the very heart of the ancient city of Samarkand.It has gained its worldwide fame thanks to the great architectural ensemble that has become a monument of the oriental architecture.From three sides,the square is surrounded with grand madrassah,portals of which are facing the center of the space.All three erections have their own unique décor.It is by virtue of these buildings,preserved on the territory of the city,Samarkand was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2001.The aim of this research work is to assess and discuss the strategies employed or adopted in Architectural heritage conservation of buildings/structures of Registan Square in the ancie

The paper solves the problem of the variation formulation of the steady-linear oscillations of structurally inhomogeneous viscoelastic plate system with point connections. Under the influence of surface forces, range of motion and effort varies harmonically. The problem is reduced to solving a system of algebraic equations with complex parameters. The system of inhomogeneous linear equations is solved by the Gauss method with the release of the main elements in columns and rows of the matrix. For some specific problems, the amplitude-frequency characteristics are obtained.

A vibrational statement, method and algorithm to assess the damping capacity of structurally inhomogeneous viscoelastic mechanical systems, consisting of a package of rectangular plates and shells with point relations and concentrated masses at different rheological properties of deformable elements, are proposed in the paper. To describe rheological properties of the material, the linear hereditary Boltzmann-Volter theory was used. To assess the damping capacity of the system, the problem in question in each case was reduced to solving the proper problems of algebraic equations with complex parameters solved by the Muller method. The accuracy of the methods was demonstrated by comparing the calculated results with known published data and a numerical experiment. Complex natural frequency of the system was used to assess the damping capacity of inhomogeneous viscoelastic systems. Various eigenvalue problems have been solved for structurally inhomogeneous mechanical systems consisting of a package of plate and shell systems with concentrated masses and shock absorbers. A number of new mechanical effects have been discovered, related to the manifestation of the damping capacity of mechanical systems under consideration.

The main features are the length of the waveguide in one direction, as well as limitations and localization of the wave beam in other areas. There is described the technique of the solution of tasks on distribution of waves in an infinite cylindrical waveguide with a radial crack. Also numerical results are given in the article. Viscous properties of the material are taken into account by means of an integral operator Voltaire. Research is conducted in the framework of the spatial theory of visco elastic. The technique is based on the separation of spatial variables and formulates the boundary eigenvalue problem that can be solved by the method of orthogonal sweep Godunov. In the given paper we obtain numeric values of the phase velocity depending on of wave numbers. The obtained numerical results are compared with the known data. This work is continuation of article [1]. Statement of the problem and methodology of partial solutions are described in [1]. In this work, we present a complete statement of the problem, methods of solution and discuss the numerical results.
