通过引入平方忆阻函数非线性反馈,构建离散超混沌映射,并实现超混沌序列的全局调幅、局部调幅以及直接偏置调控。混沌映射的可调控性通过离散忆阻的阻值函数和内部变量积分速度来实现。简易的忆阻约束关系同时赋予了直接偏置调控的可能性,通过额外引入常数项参数可实现一维状态变量的直接偏置调控。基于RISC-V单片机CH32V307实现了所提出的可调控超混沌映射,并通过美国国家标准与技术研究院测试证明了超混沌序列的伪随机属性。基于以上超混沌映射构建了正交啁啾复用-非正交多址接入物理层加密方案,实验完成了2 km弱耦合七芯光纤通信的误码率测试,进一步证明了基于离散忆阻构建的超混沌加密正交啁啾复用-非正交多址接入系统可实现数据的可靠传输和解密,有效保护数据安全。

Unsatisfactory conductivity and volume effects have hindered the commercial application of siliconbased materials as advanced anode materials for high-performance lithium-ion batteries. Herein, nitrogen doped carbon silicon matrix composite with atomically dispersed Co sites(Si/Co-N-C) is obtained via the design of the frame structure loaded with nano-components and the multi-element hybrid strategy. Co atoms are uniformly fixed to the N-C frame and tightly packed with nanoscale silicon particles as an activation and protection building block. The mechanism of the N-C framework of loaded metal Co in the Si alloying process is revealed by electrochemical kinetic analysis and ex situ characterization ***, the nitrogen-doped Co site activates the intercalation of the outer carbon matrix to supplement the additional capacity. The Co nanoparticles with high conductivity and support enhance the conductivity and structural stability of the composite, accelerating the Li^(+)/Na^(+) diffusion kinetics. Density functional theory(DFT) calculation confirms that the hetero-structure Si/Co-N-C adjusts the electronic structure to obtain good lithium-ion adsorption energy, reduces the Li^(+)/Na^(+) migration energy *** work provides meaningful guidance for the development of high-performance metal/non-metal modified anode materials.

Design of Cellular Manufacturing Systems Considering Dynamic Production Planning and Worker Assignments

This article presents a comprehensive mathematical model for the design and analysis of Dynamic Cellular Manufacturing Systems （DCMS）. The proposed DCMS model considers several manufacturing attributes such as multi period production planning, dynamic system reconfiguration, duplicate machines, machine capacity, the available time for workers, worker assignments, and machine procurement. The objective is to minimize total costs; consisting of holding cost, outsourcing cost, inter-cell material handling cost, maintenance and overhead cost, machine relocation cost. While a study of published articles in the area of Cellular Manufacturing Systems （CMS） shows that workforce management issues have not sufficiently been addressed in the literature, the model presented also incorporates CMS workforce management issues such as salaries, hiring and firing costs of workers in addition to the manufacturing attributes. In-depth discussions on the results for two numerical examples are presented to illustrate applications of the proposed model. The model developed aims to raise the envelope by expanding and improving several CMS models previously presented in the literature.

Is There an Incremental Prognostic Value of Evaluating Left Ventricular Dyssynchrony by gated SPECT in Patients with Systolic Heart Failure and Altered Myocardial Sympathetic Innervation as Evaluated by Cardiac I-123 mIBg Imaging?

Background: Altered myocardial sympathetic innervation activity (AMSI) is known to be present in systolic heart failure patients (SHF) and recently SPECT imaging using I-123 mIBg heart to mediastinum (H/M) ratio guide CRT therapy. Recently gated SPECT has shown promise to provide an accurate assessment of LVMD. It remains unclear how the combination of AMSI and LVMD collectively affect clinical outcomes and other cardiovascular parameters. Objectives: The objectives are to examine the clinical characteristics and incremental prognostic value for MACE of LVMD determined by SPECT in SHF patients with or without abnormal cardiac MIBg uptake (H/M ratio g MIBg based AMSI, we included 22 patients with abnormal MIBg H/M ratio of gated SPECT LVMD analysis on these patients using the Emory Cardiac Toolbox. The 2 SPECT variables for LVMD assessed were histogram bandwidth and phase standard deviation both of which assess the extent of dispersion of LV activation during contraction as a marker of LVMD. Patients were followed up for a mean period of 6 years. The primary end point was mortality from any cause and secondary end point was heart failure admission or myocardial infarction or ICD shock. Results: 2 groups were defined: group A: n = 17 with H/M MIBg ratio group B, n = 5 H/M MIBg ratio −LVMD. Baseline characteristics, cardiac risk factors and medications were comparable between both groups. LVEF was lower and RBBB was less common in group A. 现如今,我们依赖于连续的、不间断的电力供应,其中变压器作为电力传输和配电网络的一部分,起到了至关重要的作用;但是,有许多复杂的以及不可避免的因素会对变压器的正常运行造成影响。由于太阳的循环过程干扰了地球的磁场从而产生了地磁感应电流;地磁感应电流本质上类似于变化非常缓慢的、大部分频谱含量小于O.01Hz的直流电流,地磁感应电流的大小与感应电压的大小以及线路、变压器以及地表阻抗的大小有关。当这个类直流电流通过电力系统中接地变压器的中性点的时候,其会引起严重的甚至是致命的影响,例如设备的损坏(变压器,发电机,电容器件),严重时甚至可能引起整个电力系统的停电。电力系统中高压直流输电系统的交流/直流整流器以及地磁感应电流是类直流电流的主要来源。这种类直流电流存在于变压器驱动绕组磁芯交替的半个饱和周期内,被称为半饱和周期。这种饱和状态会干扰变压器对磁芯的整个控制过程。主要是它会仅在半个循环周期内引起电流的不对称变化而且使得电流的幅值增大,这将会导致大量的谐波电流流入电力系统,变压器的无功功率损耗将会大大增加,粤此同时,其他的保护问题也会出现。这些出现的问题本文将会利用仿真软件MATLAB/PSCAD/EMTP进行仿真分析。

Effect of sunitinib on metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1: A case report

gastrointestinal stromal tumor （gIST） represents the most common mesenchymal malignancy of the gastrointestinal （gI） tract. In neurofibromatosis （NF）, the increased incidence of tumor needs to be considered even in non-symptomatic individuals. Patients with neurofibromatosis NF type 1 have an increased risk of developing gI tumors including rare types such as gIST. We report a case of gIST in a 53-year-old male patient with neurofibromatosis. The patient was diagnosed with NF four years ago and his medical history revealed that he was hospitalized 5 times with a provisional diagnosis of massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding. gIST was diagnosed at explorative laparotomy and the tumor was 21 cm × 13 cm × 7 cm in size. Immunohistochemical examination showed that vimentin, actin and CDl17 were positive. Computerized tomography showed peritoneal implants three months later. Imatinib mesylate （600 mg/d） was initiated. However, control computerized tomography revealed liver and omental metastasis. The dosage was elevated to 800 mg/d. Despite high dosage, the progression of the metastatic lesions continued in the liver and omentum. The patient started oral sunitinib malate （Sutent~ Pfizer Inc, New York, NY, USA） 50 mg per day for 4 consecutive weeks, followed by 2 wk off per treatment cycle. The metastatic lesions in the liver and omentum were decreased in size after four courses, suggesting that sunitinib is also an effective treatment modality for metastatic gIST in NF patients.

Internet and social media usage of orthopaedic patients:A questionnaire-based survey

AIM To evaluate social media usage of orthopaedic patients to search for solutions to their health problems. METHODS The study data were collected using face-to-face questionnaire with randomly selected 1890 patients aged over 18 years who had been admitted to the orthopaedic clinics in different cities and provinces across Turkey. The questionnaire consists of a total of 16 questions pertaining to internet and social media usage and demographics of patients, patients' choice of institution for treatment, patient complaints on admission, online hospital and physician ratings, communication between the patient and the physician and its *** It was found that 34.2%(n = 647) of the participants consulted with an orthopaedist using the internet and 48.7%(n = 315) of them preferred websites that allow users to ask questions to a physician. Of all questionaskers, 48.5%(n = 314) reported having found the answers helpful. Based on the educational level of the participants, there was a highly significant difference between the rates of asking questions to an orthopaedist using the internet(P = 0.001). The rate of questionasking was significantly lower in patients with an elementary education than that in those with secondary, high school and undergraduate education(P = 0.001) The rate of reporting that the answers given was helpful was significantly higher in participants with an undergraduate degree compared to those who were illiterate, those with primary, elementary or high school education(P = 0.001). It was also found that the usage of the internet for health problems was higher among managers-qualified participants than unemployed-housewives, officers, workers-intermediate staff(P gly using the internet and social media to select a specific physician or to seek solution to their health problems in an effective way. Diabetes and cardiac autonomic neuropathy: Clinical manifestations, cardiovascular consequences, diagnosis and treatment

Cardiac autonomic neuropathy(CAN) is a frequent chronic complication of diabetes mellitus with potentially life-threatening outcomes. CAN is caused by the impairment of the autonomic nerve fibers regulating heart rate, cardiac output, myocardial contractility, cardiac electrophysiology and blood vessel constriction anddilatation. It causes a wide range of cardiac disorders, including resting tachycardia, arrhythmias, intraoperative cardiovascular instability, asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and infarction and increased rate of mortality after myocardial infarction. Etiological factors associated with autonomic neuropathy include insufficient glycemic control, a longer period since the onset of diabetes, increased age, female sex and greater body mass index. The most commonly used methods for the diagnosis of CAN are based upon the assessment of heart rate variability(the physiological variation in the time interval between heartbeats), as it is one of the first findings in both clinically asymptomatic and symptomatic patients. Clinical symptoms associated with CAN generally occur late in the disease process and include early fatigue and exhaustion during exercise, orthostatic hypotension, dizziness, presyncope and syncope. Treatment is based on early diagnosis, life style changes, optimization of glycemic control and management of cardiovascular risk factors. Medical therapies, including aldose reductase inhibitors, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, prostoglandin analogs and alpha-lipoic acid, have been found to be effective in randomized controlled trials. The following article includes the epidemiology, clinical findings and cardiovascular consequences, diagnosis, and approaches to prevention and treatment of CAN.

发电扩展规划问题(gEP)是指对新建发电厂的类型、发电容量和电厂位置进行优化,使得扩展规划之后的电力系统能够满足负荷需求,同时扩建的电厂也要满足所有技术和环境保护约束。发电扩展规划问题包含大量复杂的约束,这使得发电扩展规划一般为大规模非线性优化问题。可再生能源系统(RES)对满足世界日益剧增的能源需求有着极为重要的意义,因此,在考虑大规模可再生能源系统的发电扩展规划问题方面已有大量的研究。但这些研究结果都表明,可再生能源发电技术在经济性方面和传统能源发电没有竞争力。本论文提出了一个促进可再生能源的驱动因子,即能源外部成本,并将其用于发电扩展规划过程中。针对可再生能源发电的不确定性,论文提出了考虑能源外部成本的机会约束模型,并设计了基于遗传算法(gA)的改进算法来对模型进行求解。论文对中国西部某个可再生能源发电厂规划算例建模,运用MATLAB编程实现模型求解,算例结果表明机会约束模型的正确性和有效性,并且随着所需的可再生能源增加,模型的优势更加明显。
