Debonding at the cement-casing interf.ce is recognized as a p.incip.l f.ilure mec.anism leading to cO_(2) leakage in *** detachment gives rise to a microannulus,which notably p.ssesses greater p.rmeability than undamaged cement,undermining its sealing ***,the p.rmeability of.the microannulus is regarded as a unif.rm value throughout the ***,f.ndamentally,a microannulus is one typ. of.f.acture,and its gap.or ap.rture size is af.ected by the ef.ective *** this work,we develop.d a unique exp.rimental *** equip.ent f.cilitates the curing of.cement inside a steel casing,the f.rmation of.a microannulus between the casing and the cement,and the investigation of.the f.uid f.ow dynamics along the microannulus under laboratory-rep.icated in situ *** microannulus was f.rmed by injecting f.uid f.om one end of.the setup.and receiving similar amount of.f.uid on the other end signif.ed the develop.ent of.the leakage ***,strain gauges af.ixed to the casing’s external surf.ce yielded key inf.rmation on the microannulus’s op.ning and *** observed a noticeable decline in microannulus hydraulic ap.rture(or p.rmeability)in relation to ef.ective stress and an exp.nential equation f.ts their *** f.ndings also indicate a distinct behavior when comp.ring liquid cO_(2) with ***,it is easier f.r liquid cO_(2) to create the ***,the hydraulic ap.rture range f.r this microannulus(0.7-6 mm)is considerably smaller than that created by water f.ow(2-17 mm).f.nally,we integrated the stressdep.ndent microannulus ap.rture size into the combined analysis of.well mec.anical integrity and well *** outcomes consistently demonstrated that when f.ctoring in the stress-dep.ndent ap.rture sizes,the leakage rates are 3e5 times comp.red to a f.xed ap.rture *** traditional assump.ion of.a constant ap.rture signif.cantly underestimates f.uid leakage risks.

The ap.licatio n of.nano p.rticles as selective drug delivery p.atf.rms arises as one the most p.omising therap.utic strategies in the biomedical f.eld. Such systems can encap.ulate drugs, p.event its p.emature degradation, transp.rt and p.omote the drugs sp.cif.c delivery to the target site. Among the dif.erent nanostructures, gold-core mesop.rous silica shell (AuMSS) nanorods have been one of.the most exp.ored due to their unique p.ysical and chemical p.op.rties. The mesop.rous silica biocomp.tibility, high surf.ce area that can be easily f.nctionalized, tubular p.res that can store the drugs, conjugated with the intrinsic cap.city of.gold nanorod to absorb near-inf.ared radiation, allows the combination of.hyp.rthermia (i.e., p.otothermal ef.ect) with drug delivery, making them a nanop.atf.rms with a huge p.tential f.r cancer therap.. Nevertheless, the successf.l ap.licati on of.AuMSS nanop.rticles as an ef.ective can cer nano medicine is hindered by the uncon trolled release of.the therap.utic p.yloads, limited blood circulation time and unf.vorable p.armacokinetics. In this review, an overview of.the modif.cati ons p.rf.rmed to imp.ove the AuMSS nano rods ap.licati on in nanom edicine is p.ovided, highlighting the p.actical ap.roaches that enhaneed the AuMSS nanorods targeting, resp.nsiveness to dif.erent stimuli, and blood circulation time. f.rther, the basics of.AuMSS nano rods syn thesis p.ocedures, gen eral p.op.rties, and its ap.licati on in can cer therap. are also described.

The p.esent study aimed to evaluate multi-element concentrations(Al,As,ca,cd,co,cr,cu,f.,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,p.,Sr)in susp.nded p.rticulate material(Sp.)collected f.om Ensenada de La p.z(ELp.lagoon,Baja calif.rnia Sur,Mexico in two dif.erent p.riods(Sep.ember and May)to comp.ehend their origin,geochemical behavior,mass transf.r and associated ecotoxicological *** 24 hr variation coef.icient of.volumetric Sp. levels were f.und to be 51.7%in Sep.ember and 40.5%in May,signif.ing the ef.ects of.oc.anic *** calculated enrichment f.ctor(Ef.values f.r all the studied elements were of.higher magnitude because of.the high surf.ce area and oxide nature of.Sp.,and in this study,Mo had the highest Ef.of.46.77 p.obably due to its origin f.om continental *** the ecotoxicological p.rsp.ctive,the integrated toxic risk index revealed low toxic risk to the benthic ***,the mean-ERM-Quotient calculated using the p.rticulate concentrations of.As,cd,cr,cu,Ni,p. indicated 9%p.obability of.toxicity to *** comp.ehensive geochemical and ecotoxicological assessment of.p.rticulate metal concentrations in the ELp.lagoon signif. low to moderate contamination.

脂溢性皮炎是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,好发于头皮、面部和躯干等皮脂腺分布丰富的部位。头皮脂溢性皮炎主要表现为红斑和片状鳞屑,程度从轻度鳞屑到弥漫性大片黏着性鳞屑不等,伴有明显的瘙痒,并容易反复发作。目前认为脂溢性皮炎的发生与亲脂性马拉色菌定植增加以及遗传、环境和全身健康状况等因素相关,上述因素共同导致皮脂腺代谢活动异常、皮脂成分改变、表皮屏障功能障碍,最终加重炎症反应。

AIM:To assess diabetic macular edema(DME)p.ogression during the early p.ases of.the cOVID-19 p.ndemic,when severe societal restrictions raised the concern of.p.ssible deterioration of.health in p.tients with systemic conditions,p.rticularly those requiring f.equent of.ice ***:This is a multicenter retrosp.ctive chart review of.370 p.tients(724 eyes)with an established diagnosis of.DME seen on 3 sep.rate visits between January 2019 and July *** 1 was January 2019 to f.bruary 2020(considered p.e-cOVID-19),p.riod 2 was March 2020 to December 2020(considered the height of.the p.ndemic;highest level of.p.ndemic-related clinical and societal regulations)and p.riod 3 was January 2021 to July 2021(re-adjustment to the new“p.ndemic norms”).Main outcome measures included visual acuity,body mass index(BMI),blood p.essure(Bp.,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),macular thickness,p.tient adherence to scheduled op.thalmology visits,and DME treatment(s)received at each *** f.cilitate measurement of.macular thickness,each macula was divided into 9 Early Treatment Diabetic Retinop.thy Study(ETDRS)-def.ned macular sectors as measured by OcT ***:There was no c.ange of.BMI,systolic Bp.and diastolic Bp.between any of.the time ***1c showed a very small increase f.om p.riod 1(7.6%)to p.riod 2(7.8%,p.0.015)and decreased back to 7.6%at p.riod 3(p.0.12).Macular thickness decreased f.r 100%of.macular *** central macular thickness decreased across all 3 p.riods f.om 329.5 to 316.6μm(p.0.0045).Af.er analysis of.multip.e variables including HbA1c,BMI,adherence to scheduled ap.ointments,dif.erent clinic centers,and treatment interventions,there was no easily identif.able subgroup.of.p.tients that exp.rienced the increase in ***:DME doesn’t worsen during the cOVID-19 p.ndemic,instead sustaining a very small but statistically signif.cant *** identif.ing a mec.anism behind our f.ndings is beyond the scop. of.this study,p.tential exp.anat

The joint Europ.an Sp.ce Agency and chinese Academy of.Sciences Solar wind Magnetosp.ere Ionosp.ere Link Exp.orer(SMILE)mission will exp.ore global dynamics of.the magnetosp.ere under varying solar wind and interp.anetary magnetic f.eld conditions,and simultaneously monitor the auroral resp.nse of.the Northern Hemisp.ere *** these large-scale resp.nses with medium and f.ne-scale measurements at a variety of.cadences by additional ground-based and sp.ce-based instruments will enable a much greater scientif.c imp.ct beyond the original goals of.the SMILE ***,we describe current community ef.orts to p.ep.re f.r SMILE,and the benef.ts and context various exp.riments that have exp.icitly exp.essed sup.ort f.r SMILE can of.er.A dedicated group.of.international scientists rep.esenting many dif.erent exp.riment typ.s and geograp.ical locations,the Ground-based and Additional Science Working Group.is f.cilitating these *** include constructing an online SMILE Data f.sion f.cility,the discussion of.p.rticular or sp.cial modes f.r exp.riments such as coherent and incoherent scatter radar,and the consideration of.p.rticular observing strategies and sp.cecraf. *** anticip.te growing interest and community engagement with the SMILE mission,and we welcome novel ideas and insights f.om the solar-terrestrial community.
