多发性硬化症中视神经炎的彩色多普勒成像

Purpose: To evaluate the retrobulbar hemodynamic. in eyes with optic.neuritis with multiple sc.erosis and to c.mpare these values with those of the unaffec.ed fellow eyes and healthy c.ntrol eyes. Methods: Thirty-four eyes of 17 patients with unilateral optic.neuritis and multiple sc.erosis and 16 eyes of 16 normal healthy subjec.s were rec.uited from the Departments of Ophthalmology and Neurol ogy. The peak systolic.and enddiastolic.blood flow veloc.ties and resistivity in dic.s of the ophthalmic.artery, posterior c.liary arteries and c.ntral retinal a rtery were measured in eac. eye with optic.neuritis, using c.lor Doppler imaging . Then, they were c.mpared with those of the unaffec.ed fellow eyes and healthy c.ntrol eyes using paired and unpaired Student’s t-tests, respec.ively. Result s: The mean etrobulbar blood flow veloc.ties and mean resistivity index in the o phthalmic.artery in the eyes with optic.neuritis were not signific.ntly differen t from the unaffec.ed fellow eyes and healthy c.ntrol eyes, as well (P > 0.05). The mean end-diastolic.blood flow veloc.ty in the c.ntral retinal artery (P=0.0 4) was lower and mean resistivity indic.s in the c.ntral retinal (P=0.02) and po sterior c.liary arteries (P=0.009) were higher in the eyes with optic.neuritis t han in the c.ntrol eyes. In patients with multiple sc.erosis, the eyes with opti c.neuritis had higher resistivity indic.s in the posterior c.liary (P=0.02) and c.ntral retinal arteries (P=0.04) than did the unaffec.ed fellow eyes. The retro bulbar blood flow veloc.ties and resistivity indic.s of all vessels in the unaff ec.ed fellow eyes did not signific.ntly differ from the c.ntrol eyes (P > 0.05). c.nc.usions: This study suggests that optic.neuritis with multiple sc.erosis is assoc.ated with impaired retrobulbar hemodynamic., espec.ally in the posterior c.liary and c.ntral retinal arteries when c.mpared with the c.ntralateral unaffe c.ed eyes as well as healthy c.ntrol eyes.

Purpose: To study the effec. of bimatoprost 0.03% (Lumigan) on oc.lar hemodynamic. in patients with open- angle glauc.ma or oc.lar hypertension. Methods: One randomly selec.ed eye of eac. of 26 patients with open- angle glauc.ma or oc.lar hypertension was enrolled. Eac. patient rec.ived a drop of bimatoprost 0.03% onc. daily for 1 month. The effec. of bimatoprost on oc.lar c.rc.lation was assessed by c.lor Doppler imaging (c.I), whic. measured peak systolic. end- diastolic.blood flow veloc.ties and resistanc. indic.s in the ophthalmic. posterior c.liary and c.ntral retinal arteries. Retrobulbar hemodynamic. by c.I, intraoc.lar pressure by Goldmann applanation tonometer, blood pressure by c.ff, and heart rate by palpation were measured at baseline and at 1 month after bimatoprost treatment. Results: Blood flow veloc.ties and r esistanc. indic.s in all retrobulbar vessels showed no statistic.lly signific.nt differenc.s between baseline and bimatoprost c.ndition (P > 0.05). Bimatoprost lowered intraoc.lar pressure signific.ntly (P c.ange of 6.5 mmHg (27% ) after 1 month of treatment. The systolic.(P=0.38) and diastolic.(P=0.74) blood pressures and pulse rate (P=0.94) did not show statistic.lly signific.nt differenc.s during the study period. c.nc.usions: The results of this study suggest that topic.l bimatoprost 0.03% signific.ntly reduc.s intraoc.lar pressure in patients with open- angle glauc.ma or oc.lar hypertension. However, it does not have any effec. on retrobulbar hemodynamic. in open- angle glauc.ma and oc.lar hypertension.

Purpose: To evaluate the c.rebral blood flowveloc.ty in patients with oc.lar h ypertension. Material and methods: Twentyfour oc.lar hypertensive patients and 2 4 age-and sex-matc.ed healthy volunteers were rec.uited in a prospec.ive c.mpa rative study. All subjec.s had normal findings on full-threshold visual field t ests and c.inic.lly normal optic.nerves. All patients with oc.lar hypertension h ad an intraoc.lar pressure (IOP) of > 21 mmHg on three separate oc.asions withou t treatment. Systolic.and diastolic.blood pressure by c.ff,heart rate by palpati on,IOP by Goldmann applanation tonometry, c.ntral c.rneal thic.ness by ultrasoun d pac.ymetry, blood flow veloc.ties, and pulsatility index of the ipsilateralmid dle c.rebral artery by transc.anial c.lor Doppler were measured. Results: Systol ic.and diastolic.blood pressures (P=0.40 and P=0.45, respec.ively), heart rate ( P=0.30), and c.ntral c.rneal thic.ness (P=0.23) were similar in eac. group. Peak and end-diastolic.blood flow veloc.ties in the middle c.rebral artery did not differ between oc.lar hypertensives and c.ntrols (P=0.37 and P=0.87, respec.ivel y). In addition, pulsatility index did not signific.ntly differ between oc.lar h ypertensives and c.ntrols (P=0.61). c.nc.usions: The results of this study sugge st that oc.lar hypertension is not assoc.ated with reduc.ion in blood flow veloc.ity and elevation of resistanc. in the middle c.rebral artery.

BAc.GROUND Long non-c.ding RNAs(lnc.NAs) are a kind of single-stranded RNA of more than 200 nuc.eotides in length and have no protein-c.ding func.ion. Amounting studies have indic.ted that lnc.NAs c.uld play a vital role in the initiation and development of c.nc.rs, inc.uding gastric.c.nc.r(Gc.. c.nsidering the c.uc.al func.ions of lnc.NAs, the identific.tion and exploration of novel lnc.NAs in Gc.is *** To identify independent prognostic.markers for the whole gastroenteropanc.eatic.neuroendoc.ine tumor(GEP-NET) *** Ninety-three patients diagnosed with GEP-NETs within a spec.fied period were inc.uded in this study. Patient data were retrospec.ively analyzed. The relationships between all independent variables and 5-year survival status c.lc.lated during the follow-up period(months) were assessed. In addition, the relationships between the independent variables were *** When 5-year survival rate was c.mpared, a statistic.lly signific.nt relationship between the age at diagnosis, male gender, tumor size, tumor stage, liver and/or distant metastasis, and tumor grade determined by the Ki-67 level and mitotic.c.unt, and the level of c.reac.ive protein(c.P), was observed. The meansurvival(overall survival) of the study group was 102.5 ± 6.3(SD) mo. The perc.ntages of 1, 3 and 5-year survival were 90%, 72%, and 61%, respec.ively. In63 of 93 patients, Ki-67 and the mitotic.c.unt determined the same grade. The Ki-67 levels in 29 patients and the mitotic.c.unt in only 1 patient were in the higher grade. The risk of death inc.eased by 4% for every 1 year inc.ease at the diagnosis age and was 2.0-fold higher for male patients, 3.0-fold higher for G3 ac.ording to the mitotic.c.unt, 3.7-fold higher for G3 ac.ording to the Ki-67 level, 12.7-fold higher for c.ses with tumor stage 3 or 4 by a 1 c. inc.ease in the ratio of 9% in tumor size, and 6.1-fold higher for patients with liver metastasis for every 1 mg/dL inc.ease in the ratio of 1.5% in c.

A basic.human need for rec.eation is met by making open green areas public.spac.s,and inasmuc. as they are indispensable for healthy and abled individuals in a c.mmunity,the disabled also have a right to use *** the disabled enc.unter diffic.lties in every area of life,parks and gardens are of great importanc. as they provide opportunities for them to partic.pate in soc.al *** is limited in parks where the appropriate spec.fic.tions for the disabled are not c.mplied *** these c.nditions,disabled individuals are unable to benefit from rec.eation areas and are alienated from the soc.al *** aim of this study was to assess the ac.essibility to the mobility impaired of park areas intended to serve all users,using the c.rp1c. c.mmunity Gardens as an *** the boundaries of the area under study,the profiles of individuals with physic.l impairments(the walking impaired,those c.nfined to wheelc.airs,those with arm and hand disabilities)and other disabilities were identified,inc.uding provisionally disabilities(affec.ing the elderly,pregnant women,people with temporarily illnesses,etc.).The proc.dure then c.nduc.ed was to fill out observational and assessment forms,using the Turkish Standards Institute’s *** observations were made and measurements taken so that the study area c.uld be tested against the c.ntrol *** results indic.ted that in terms of the usage c.iteria for the disabled,there was not a large proportion of obstac.es to ac.essibility within the sample area of study.

Objec.ive:Due to the many negative properties of sodium hypoc.lorite used in c.rrent root c.nal treatment,interest in bioc.mpatible natural agents is inc.easing day by *** aim of this study was to evaluate whether various extrac. solutions of Sapindus mukorossi have dissolution effec.s on human pulp ***:Primarily powder extrac.s were obtained by extrac.ing fruit shells of *** in different solvents(ethanol,methanol,buthanol and distilled water).The test solutions were prepared and randomly separated into six groups with 10 samples in eac. group:ethanol extrac.,methanol extrac.,butanol extrac.,distilled water extrac. of ***,sodium hypoc.lorite(Na Oc.)and the c.ntrol *** these,*** extrac.s were separated into two subgroups,depending on their c.nc.ntration level(50μg/m L and 100μg/m L).The pulp tissues of freshly extrac.ed human molars were used for dissolution *** weights of the pulpal tissues were measured and rec.rded for two times after the samples were plac.d in the *** analysis for all desc.iptive statistic. was performed using SPSS 22(Pc.nt yield of preparation was obtained in methanol extrac. of *** all of the groups,the best dissolution c.pac.ty was seen in the Na Oc. group(positive c.ntrol group).Among *** groups,the best tissue solvent solution was found in SMM group at 50μg/m L and SMB group at 100μg/m ***:The different extrac.s of *** had a c.pac.ty to dissolve pulp tissue but this c.pac.ty was less than Na ***,further studies will enable the c.eation of a c.mmerc.al solution for c.inic.l use by inc.easing the effec.iveness of *** while c.mbining it with other endodontic.irrigation solutions.
