Fifth-generation(5G)systems have brought about new challenges toward ensuring Quality of Service(QoS)in differentiated *** includes low latency applications,scalable machine-to-machine communication,and enhanced mobile broadband *** order to satisfy these requirements,the concept of network slicing has been introduced to generate slices of the network with specific *** order to meet the requirements of network slices,routers and switches must be effectively configured to provide priority queue provisioning,resource contention management and *** routers from vendors,such as Ericsson,Cisco,and Juniper,have traditionally been an expert-driven process with static rules for individual flows,which are prone to sub optimal configurations with varying traffic *** this paper,we model the internal ingress and egress queues within routers via a queuing *** effects of changing queue configuration with respect to priority,weights,flow limits,and packet drops are studied in *** is used to train a model-based Reinforcement Learning(RL)algorithm to generate optimal policies for flow prioritization,fairness,and congestion *** efficacy of the RL policy output is demonstrated over scenarios involving ingress queue traffic policing,egress queue traffic shaping,and one-hop router coordinated traffic *** is evaluated over a real application use case,wherein a statically configured router proved sub optimal toward desired QoS *** automated configuration of routers and switches will be critical for multiple 5G deployments with varying flow requirements and traffic patterns.

The implementation of image-based phenotyping systems has become an important aspect of crop and plant science research which has shown tremendous growth over the years. Accurate determination of features using images requires stable imaging and very precise processing. By installing a camera on a mechanical arm driven by motor, the maintenance of accuracy and stability becomes non-trivial. As per the state-of-the-art, the issue of external camera shake incurred due to vibration is a great concern in capturing accurate images, which may be induced by the driving motor of the manipulator. So, there is a requirement for a stable active controller for sufficient vibration attenuation of the manipulator. However, there are very few reports in agricultural practices which use control algorithms. Although, many control strategies have been utilized to control the vibration in manipulators associated to various applications, no control strategy with validated stability has been provided to control the vibration in such envisioned agricultural manipulator with simple low-cost hardware devices with the compensation of non-linearities. So, in this work, the combination of proportional-integral-differential(PID) control with type-2 fuzzy logic(T2-F-PID) is implemented for vibration control. The validation of the controller stability using Lyapunov analysis is established. A torsional actuator(TA) is applied for mitigating torsional vibration, which is a new contribution in the area of agricultural manipulators. Also, to prove the effectiveness of the controller, the vibration attenuation results with T2-F-PID is compared with conventional PD/PID controllers, and a type-1 fuzzy PID(T1-F-PID) controller.

Gender based violence(GBV)is a preventable and serious human rights violation whereby an individual is harmed based on their gender.1 The violence can be perpetrated physically,sexually,mentally or *** includes domestic violence,rape,feticide/infanticide and female genital *** is to be expected,victims of GBV often suffer from life-long consequences and at times even *** equation of GBV is significantly skewed against women and *** to the sensitive and taboo nature of the topic,exact prevalence numbers of GBV remain difficult to ascertain with a global paucity of data on the matter.2 The World Health Organisation(WHO)estimates that 1 in 3 women will experience sexual or physical violence in their lifetime.1 This article will highlight 2 major forms of GBV in sexual violence and female feticide.

It is observed that there is not enough literature to support the usefulness of dental tissue in forensic medicine for the estimation of postmortem interval(PMI).Therefore,the authors of this article have systematically reviewed the available literature to understand the most used dental tissues,the methods employed to evaluate these tissues,and their reliability in PMI estimation.A MEDLINE-PubMed search engine was used to review the literature using the keywords“teeth,”“dental tissues,”“post‑mortem interval,”and“forensic dentistry”from 2001 until *** most used tissue was dental pulp,but other cellular‑.and molecular‑level dental tissues such as enamel,dentin,cementum,periodontal ligament,odontoblast,and mitochondrial and nuclear DNA and RNA were also *** on this observation,the authors have provided the categorical classification to evaluate these dental tissues into morphological,histopathological,and molecular‑level examination to understand the reliability of these dental *** molecular examinations to evaluate these tissues were widely employed and emerging in the estimation of PMI as this method could provide a reliable outcome when compared with *** the literature reviewed was not enough to answer our questions,however,to conclude,the dental pulp is the widely used tissue so ***,more studies are required to authenticate the role of other dental tissues to predict the PMI at an early stage with cost‑effective and most convenient techniques.

Biliary complications are common after living donor liver transplant(LDLT) although with advancements in surgical understanding and techniques, the incidence is decreasing. Biliary strictures are more common than leaks. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) is the first line modality of treatment of post LDLT biliary strictures with a technical success rate of 75%-80%. Most of ERCP failures are successfully treated by percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD) and rendezvous technique. A minority of patients may require surgical correction. ERCP for these strictures is technically more challenging than routine as well post deceased donor strictures. Biliary strictures may increase the morbidity of a liver transplant recipient, but the mortality is similar to those with or without strictures. Post transplant strictures are short segment and soft, requiring only a few session of ERCP before complete dilatation. Long-term outcome of patients with biliary stricture is similar to those without stricture. With the introduction of new generation cholangioscopes, ERCP success rate may increase, obviating the need for PTBD and surgery in these patients.

The wear resistances of austempered ductile iron （ADI） were improved through intxoduction of a new phase （carbide） into the ma- txix by addition of chromium. In the present investigation, low-caxbon-equivalent ductile iron （LCEDI）（CE = 3.06%, and CE represents cax- bon-equivalent） with 2.42% chromium was selected. LCEDI was austeintized at two difl＇erent temperatures （900 and 975~C） a^ld soaked for 1 h and then quenched in a salt bath at 325~C for 0 to 10 h. Samples were analyzed using optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Wear tests were carded out on a pin-on-disk-type machine. The efl＇ect of austenization temperature on the wear resistance, impact strength, and the mi- crostructure was evaluated. A stxucture-property correlation based on the observations is established.

Response of mucous cells, in the epidermis of the catfish Clarias batrachus, to a sublethal concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate was studied and correlated with the alteration in the status of their secretory activity after different durations of the treatment. At 4h, 8h, 24h,48h and 72h of the detergent treatment, most mucous cells attained voluminous dimensions and appeared closely approximating to or even overlapping the adjacent ones. At 12h, 36h, and 60h, in contrast, the mucous cells appeared small and slender, and seemed to be located at greater intervals. These changes in dimensions were responsible for the apparent increase or decrease in the density of mucous cells after different durations of detergent treatment. Statistically, however, no significant change was observed in the total number of the mucous cells throughout the experiment.The mucous cells appeared enlarged towards the end of the experiment signifying increased mucus production. This is considered as an adaptation, for protection, assisting the fish to adjust to the changed environment.A shift in the histochemical nature of the secretory contents at the middle and basal parts of the mucous cells, from a mixture of neutral and acid glycoproteins to neutral glycoproteins, during the early stages of the treatment suggests that acid moities could not simultaneously be synthesized as an immediate response to enhanced mucous secretion. The apical parts of the mucous cells, however, showed no histochemical change throughout the experiment.
