Genetic manipulation(either restraint or enhancement)of the biosynthesis pathway ofα-linolenic acid(ALA)in seed oil is an important goal in Brassica napus *** is a tetraploid plant whose genome often har-bors four and six homologous copies,respectively,of the two fatty acid desaturases FAD2 and FAD3,which con-trol the last two steps of ALA biosynthesis during seed oil *** this study,we compared their promoters,coding sequences,and expression levels in three high-ALA inbred lines 2006L,R8Q10,and YH25005,a low-ALA line A28,a low-ALA/high-oleic-acid accession SW,and the wildtype *** expression levels of most FAD2 and FAD3 homologs in the three high-ALA accessions were higher than those in ZS11 and much higher than those in A28 and *** three high-ALA accessions shared similar sequences with the pro-moters and CDSs of BnFAD3.C4 and *** A28 and SW,substitution of three amino acid residues in BnFAD2.A5 and BnFAD2.C5,an absence of BnFAD2.C1 locus,and a 549 bp long deletion on the BnFAD3.A3 promoter were *** proﬁle of BnFAD2 mutation in the two low-ALA accessions A28 and SW is different from that reported in previous *** mutations in BnFAD3 in the high-ALA accessions are reported for theﬁrst *** identifying the sites of these mutations,we provide detailed information to aid the design of mole-cular markers for accelerated breeding schemes.

应用LMDI模型和M-R模型从时间和空间两个维度对2006—2020年间中部地区物流业碳排放差异及驱动效应进行分析,结果表明,中部地区物流业碳排放总体呈逐步上升的趋势,2020年首次出现了下降,经济发展水平、能源效率和人口规模对中部地区物流业碳排放具有较强的拉动效应,碳密度、能源强度和物流产业结构占比则是抑制中部地区物流业碳排放的有效因素;较高的碳密度和能源强度以及领先的经济发展水平使得湖北成为中部六省中物流业碳排放最高的省份,安徽省物流业得益于其超低的碳密度水平从而一直保持较低的碳排放,江西省基本处于中部六省中物流业碳排放最低水平,主要原因在于其经济发展水平和人口规模都远低于中部其他省份.文章最后对中部六省物流业低碳发展提出了相关建议.

目的探讨多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导对自然分娩初产妇母乳喂养情况的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月于山东省沂南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心自然分娩的160例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,各80例。对照组给予母乳喂养指导,观察组给予多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导,比较两组泌乳情况、母乳喂养效能(BSES)、母亲角色适应能力(MRAQ)及纯母乳喂养情况。结果观察组泌乳情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后BSES、MRAQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多方联动干预结合母乳喂养指导在自然分娩初产妇中应用效果较好,能促进乳汁分泌,改善产妇母乳喂养效能与母亲角色适应能力,提高纯母乳喂养率。

TIFY是植物特有的转录因子,参与调控植物分生组织的分裂,能够减少机械损伤对植物造成的伤害,并且能提高植物的抗逆性。为了研究甘蓝型油菜中TIFY家族相关基因的功能,本研究采用同源克隆法在甘蓝型油菜品系1423和2205中克隆了BnaA06g13250D的CDS序列,在NaHCO3胁迫后12、24 h,BnaA06g13250D基因编码在耐盐品系2205中的表达量显著低于敏盐品系1423,两亲本材料的耐盐性有明显差异。该基因CDS序列全长762 bp,编码253个氨基酸,含有一个TIFY结构域;Bna2205与甘蓝型油菜BnaA06g13250D基因的氨基酸序列存在16处差异,在第114个氨基酸序列处存在1处丝氨酸的增加,其蛋白质一级与二级结构也存在差异。系统进化分析表明,Bna2205基因与黑芥遗传距离最近,与番薯、植物棉、黑枸杞、山茶等不同属的物种遗传距离较远。利用blastp对甘蓝型油菜全基因组进行鉴定与筛选,得到了68个TIFY家族基因,都含有TIFY保守结构域,该基因家族包含3个亚家族,各亚族间在基因结构上存在显著差异,分布在19条染色体上。本研究为甘蓝型油菜TIFY家族相关基因的抗逆性研究提供理论基础,为甘蓝型油菜耐碱性盐的下一步研究提供参考。

The fate of riverine sulfate ion (SO_(4)^(2-)) and its environmental effects in arid environment are difficult to evaluate due to its complicated sources and strongly coupled behaviors with water cycle which is significantly modified by *** understand the sulfur cycle in aquatic systems in arid environment,the chemical and sulfur and oxygen isotopic compositions (δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)) of major rivers around the Badain Jaran Desert,northwestern China,were *** rivers had averaged SO_(4)^(2-)content at 1336μmol/L,over 10times higher than the global *** δ^(34)S_(SO4)and δ^(18)O_(SO4)values ranged from-5.3‰to+11.8‰and+1.6‰to+12.8‰,*** end-member analysis and the inverse model showed that riverine sulfate was mainly derived from evaporites dissolution (0-87%),sulfide oxidation (13%-100%) and precipitation (0-33%),indicating heterogeneity in sulfur sources and behaviors along the river drainage with the lithology variations and climate *** isotopic tools combining with hydro-chemistry compositions could be applied to reveal sulfur cycle in arid *** on the calculation,sulfide oxidation plays the primary role in the headwater and upstream in the Qilian-Mountains area,where sulfide is widely *** the proportion of evaporites dissolution contributing to riverine sulfate is much higher in downstream in a drier ***,less precipitation and higher temperature can lead to more intensive evaporation,affecting the process of sulfide oxidation and enhancing the rates of evaporites dissolution and sulfate precipitation in the basin.

Chiral pollutants often pose significant differential environmental health *** this study,the biotransformation of chiral dinotefuran(DIN)and its enantioselective metabolic toxicity mechanisms have been systemically ***,reversedphase chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry was developed to quantify the content of DIN R/S chiral enantiomer with pg level sensitivity,revealing a lower elimination rate constant(K_(e))of S-DIN(0.730 h^(-1))than R-DIN(0.746 h^(-1)).Secondly,the interaction mechanism between DIN metabolism and important endogenous bioactive molecules,such as aldehyde oxidase(AOX)and neurotransmitters,was *** DIN nitro-group was converted into a guanidine group by the reducing site of nearby flavin adenine dinucleotide(FAD)in AOX with the preferred higher affinity of ***,the endogenous tryptophan(Trp)aldehyde metabolic intermediate,5-hydroxyindoleacetaldehyde(5-HIAL),provides a persistent electron donor for DIN reduction via the oxidation-catalyzed site in AOX,resulting in remarkable up-regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters such as serotonin and ***,the higher level of neurotransmitters further mediated dysregulation of oxylipin homeostasis via the serotonergic pathway,where S-DIN exhibited more pronounced liver lipid damage and environmental health risk with the accumulated lipid biomarkers,oxidized triglyceride(OxTG)and oxidized sphingomyelin(OxSM).This study elucidates the AOX-mediated enantioselectivity metabolic pathway of DIN,providing a new analytical method for chiral pollutants and paves the way for their health risk assessments.

Traditional asphalt concrete(AC)and stone matrix asphalt(SMA),which are used as thin asphalt overlays,are common maintenance strategies to enhancing ride quality,skid resistance,and ***,several studies have used a novel asphalt mixture known as a high-friction thin overlay(HFTO)to improve surface ***,it remains uncertain whether the laboratory properties of HFTO differ significantly from those of conventional *** study aims to evaluate the laboratory properties of HFTO mixtures and compare them with those of AC and *** mixtures with nominal maximum size of 9.5 mm were produced in the laboratory,and performance tests were conducted,including wheel tracking test,low temperature flexural creep test,moisture susceptibility test,Cantabro Abrasion Test,Marshall Test,sand patch test,British pendulum test,and indoor tire-rollingdown *** results showed that the HFTO exhibited a lower tire/pavement noise than the AC and ***,HFTO had superior high-temperature stability,larger macro texture,and higher skid resistance in comparison to those of AC,but lower than those of ***,HFTO mixtures may be considered a suitable replacement for traditional AC mixtures in regions where skid resistance and noise reduction are concerns.

The interoception maintains proper physiological conditions and metabolic homeostasis by releasing regulatory signals after perceving changes in the internal state of the *** its various forms,skeletal interoception specifically regulates the metabolic homeostasis of ***(OA)is a complex joint disorder involving cartilage,subchondral bone,and *** subchondral bone undergoes continuous remodeling to adapt to dynamic joint *** findings highlight that skeletal interoception mediated by aberrant mechanical loads contributes to pathological remodeling of the subchondral bone,resulting in subchondral bone sclerosis in *** skeletal interoception is also a potential mechanism for chronic synovial inflammation in *** this review,we offer a general overview of interoception,specifically skeletal interoception,subchondral bone microenviroment and the aberrant subchondral *** also discuss the role of skeletal interoception in abnormal subchondral bone remodeling and synovial inflammation in OA,as well as the potential prospects and challenges in exploring novel OA therapies that target skeletal interoception.

The Internet of Things(loT)has grown rapidly due to artificial intelligence driven edge *** enabling many new functions,edge computing devices expand the vulnerability surface and have become the target of malware ***,attackers have used advanced techniques to evade defenses by transforming their malware into functionality-preserving *** systematically analyze such evasion attacks and conduct a large-scale empirical study in this paper to evaluate their impact on *** specifically,we focus on two forms of evasion attacks:obfuscation and adversarial *** the best of our knowledge,this paper is the first to investigate and contrast the two families of evasion attacks *** apply 10 obfuscation attacks and 9 adversarial attacks to 2870 malware *** obtained findings are as follows.(1)Commercial Off-The-Shelf(COTS)malware detectors are vulnerable to evasion attacks.(2)Adversarial attacks affect COTS malware detectors slightly more effectively than obfuscated malware examples.(3)Code similarity detection approaches can be affected by obfuscated examples and are barely affected by adversarial attacks.(4)These attacks can preserve the functionality of original malware examples.

Aerogel fibers, distinguished by their lightweight nature, pronounced porosity, large surface area, and superior thermal insulation properties, have diversified applications in thermal management, energy devices, and environmental remediation[1]. However, compared with monolithic ones, these fibershaped aerogels exhibit limited mechanical strength and resilience due to their one-dimensional small size.
