The graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_3N_4) which is a two-dimensional conjugated polymer has drawn broad interdisciplinary attention as a low-cost, metal-free, and visible-light-responsive photocatalyst in the area of environmental remediation. The g-C_3N_4-based materials have excellent electronic band structures, electron-rich properties, basic surface functionalities, high physicochemical stabilities and are ‘‘earth-abundant.'' This review summarizes the latest progress related to the design and construction of g-C_3N_4-based materials and their applications including catalysis, sensing,imaging, and white-light-emitting diodes. An outlook on possible further developments in g-C_3N_4-based research for emerging properties and applications is also included.

Clinical observation of Qushi Xiezhuo formula in reducing monosodium urate crystal deposition in patients with axial spondyloarthritis

OBJECTIVE: To investigate effect of Qushi Xiezhuo formula (QSXZF) on axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) with a high incidence of monosodium serum urate (MSU) crystal ***: In this prospective cohort study, 62 Ax- SpA patients diagnosed with MSU crystal deposition from October 2012 to July 2015 were recruited for follow-up observation for 1 year after discharge from the hospital. Patients were divided into a case group with QSXZF treatment and a control group without any interventions. X-ray and dual-energy computed tomography were used to assess structural damage in the pelvis and sacroiliac joint and the volume of the MSU crystals. The Wilcoxon rank-sum test and Fisher's exact test were used to compare the proportion and distribution between the groups. RESULTS: A decrease in C-reactive protein (CRP) level, relief from back pain, and an increase in MSU crystal depositions were found in control patients. Compared with the control group, QSXZF reduced CRP levels and back pain to a greater extent, as well as reduced erythrocyte sedimentation rate levels, serum uric acid levels, Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score, morning stiffness and MSU crystal deposition. CONCLUSION: QSXZF can lower progress of radiogrphaic grade at sacroiliac joint in AxSpA/AS patients with MSU crystal deposition by decreasing the inflammation response and reducing the serum uric acid and volume of MSU crystal deposition in sacroiliac joint. The above process may be attributed to the relieving the Qi-movement disturbance in the body, and eliminating turbidity and dampness by QSXZF.

A highly stable and luminescent metal-organic framework(LMOF) with layered structure,namely,C6H4N5OZn(1) has been successfully achieved and fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffractions,fluorescence titration and *** blue-light emitting compound 1 exhibit outstanding stability and can detect Fe3+ and Cu2+ in water specifically,presenting potential application in the field of fluorescent probe *** titration experiments indicate that the detection of Fe3+ ions by 1 is more significant than that of Cu2+ ions in terms of Ksv ***,guest-assisted exfoliation of layered MOF 1 is efficiently carried out through ether O—H hydrogen bond or π…π interactions between the layered host structure and intercalated guest molecules(4,4’-oxybisbenzoic acid and triphenylamine).Tyndal scattering was observed in the suspensions of obtained MOF *** study shows that the compound 1 with unique metal ion sensing properties can be applied as a probe material in water pollution treatment field,but also opens up the opportunity for synthesizing luminescent MONs through the "bottom-up" guest intercalation methodology.

During leaf organogenesis, a critical step for normal leaf primordium initiation is the repression of the class 1 KNOTTED1-like homeobox （KNOX） genes. After leaf primordia are formed, they must establish polarity for normal leaf morphogenesis. Recent studies have led to the identification of a number of genes that participate in the class 1 KNOX gene repression and/or the leaf polarity establishment. ASTMMETRIC LEAVES1 and 2 （AS1 and AS2） are two of these genes, which are critical for both of these two processes. As a first step towards understanding the molecular genetic basis of the ASl-AS2 action, we determined the subcellular Iocalizations of the two proteins in both tobacco BY2 cells and Arabidopsis plants, by fusing them to yellow/cyan fluorescent protein （YFP/CFP）. Our data showed that AS1 and AS2 alone were predominantly localized in the nucleolus and the nucleoplasm, respectively. The presence of both AS1 and AS2 proteins in the same interphase cell demonstrated their co-localization in both nucleolus and nucleoplasm. In addition, AS1 alone was able to associate with the condensed chromosome in the metaphase cell. Our data suggest that AS1, AS2 and the ASl-AS2 protein complex may have distinct functions, which are all required for normal plant development.

This paper transforms fuzzy number into clear number using the centroid method, thus we can research the traditional linear regression model which is transformed from the fuzzy linear regression model. The model’s input and output are fuzzy numbers, and the regression coefficients are clear numbers. This paper considers the parameter estimation and impact analysis based on data deletion. Through the study of example and comparison with other models, it can be concluded that the model in this paper is applied easily and better.

In this study,the dredged river sediment,soft texture and fine particles,is mixed with other materials and transformed into eco-friendly autoclaved aerated concrete(hereinafter referred to as AAC)*** results indicated the bricks produced under the conditions of 30%–34%dredged river sediment,24%cement,10%quick lime,30%fly ash,2%gypsum and 0.09%aluminum powder with 0.5 water to material ratio,2.2 MPa autoclave pressure and 6 h autoclave time,the average compressive strength of 4.5 MPa and average dry density of 716.56 kg/m³were obtained,the two parameters(strength&density)both met the requirement of national industry *** the same time,the contents of dredged river sediment,cement,lime,fly ash,gypsum and aluminum powder were 15%,48%,20%,15%,2%and 0.09%,respectively,and the non-AAC block made of 0.5 water to material ratio,the average compressive strength of 3.1 MPa and average dry density of 924.19 kg/m³were obtained,the two parameters(strength&density)also met the requirement of national industry *** addition,the AAC block’s phase composition and morphology were micro-analyzed by SEM and XRD,the main substances in AAC block were found to be tobermorite and CSH,Among them,the chemical bond between Si-O-Si and Al-O-Al is broken,Al-O-Si is regenerated,Al substituted tobermorite with better strength is formed,and the compressive strength of AAC is further improved.

Developing photocatalyst with high activity,superior stability and prominent selectivity for CO_(2)conversion is of great importance for the target of carbon ***,3 D dahlia-like NiAl-LDH/CdS heterosystem is developed through in-situ decoration of exfoliated CdS nanosheets on the scaffold of NiAl-LDH and the on-spot *** formation of a hierarchical architecture collaborating with well-defined 2 D/2 D interfacial interaction is constructed by optimizing the ratio of CdS integrated in the formation of the *** light-harvesting capacity of NiAl-LDH/CdS is improved by this unique scaffold,and the charge transfer between NiAl-LDH and CdS is effectively facilitated by virtue of the unique 2 D/2 D *** a result,the 3 D hierarchical NiAl-LDH/CdS heterosystem presents 12.45μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)of CO production(3.3 and 1.6 folds of pristine NiAl-LDH and CdS) with 96% selectivity and superior *** 3 D hierarchical design collaborating with 2 D/2 D interfacial interaction provides a new avenue to develop ideal catalysts for artificial photosynthesis.
