Fault diagnosis using noise modeling and a new artificial immune system based algorithm

A new fault classification/diagnosis method based on artificial immune system (ais) algorithms for the structural systems is proposed. In order to improve the accuracy of the proposed method, i.e., higher success rate, Gaussian and non-Gaussian noise generating models are applied to simulate environmental noise. The identification of noise model, known as training process, is based on the estimation of the noise model parameters by genetic algorithms (GA) utilizing real experimental features. The proposed fault classification/diagnosis algorithm is applied to the noise contaminated features. Then, the results are compared to that obtained without noise modeling. The performance of the proposed method is examined using three laboratory case studies in two healthy and damaged conditions. Finally three different types of noise models are studied and it is shown experimentally that the proposed algorithm with non-Gaussian noise modeling leads to more accurate clustering of memory cells as the major part of the fault classification procedure.

海运业对国际贸易和经济增长至关重要,其中80%的全球贸易是由海洋运输的。但是,船舶数量的增加导致越来越多的海运事故的发生,造成人员伤亡,经济和环境破坏。为了预防事故的发生,并协助搜查和救援,船舶轨迹预测变得越来越重要。本研究中,提出两种方法来解决船舶轨迹预测问题,分别是新的Transformer网络架构和新的聚类增强方法。1)提出新的Transformer网络架构,结合自动识别系统(ais)数据进行水下机器人(AUVs)的轨迹预测任务。提出一个综合性实验来验证本文提出的网络的性能。将实验结果与其他最新的预测模型进行比较,以预测固定和可变输入和输出长度的AUV的未来位置。结果表明,该Transformer模型的性能显著超过其他模型。2)提出一种解决路点导航问题的新方法。将数据聚类技术引入常规轨迹预测管道。利用DBSCAN算法来识别航点模式,然后再将其送入NN模型。将这种技术应用于轻量级的LSTM模型,用于航点导航。该聚类方法有助于将ais数据中的模式和相似的轨迹融合在一起识别,从而增强LSTM模型准确预测未来位置的能力。该聚类方法还有助于识别ais数据中的类似的轨迹,这又可以增强LSTM模型准确预测未来位置的能力。

Side channel analysis(SCA) focuses on attacking cryptographic algorithm implementations by collecting leaked information and analyzing the correlation between the leaked and key information in the cryptographic ***,SCA is the main threat to cryptographic implementations,with DPA(differential power analysis) and DFA(differential fault analysis) being two of the most threatening types of ***,the existing countermeasures against DPA and DFA have shortcomings and can hardly protect cipher designs *** on a comprehensive analysis of DPA and DFA,this paper proposes a new idea of using an evolutionary cipher(EVOC) against DPAs based on the model proposed by Kocher,and several different new types of *** fact,an EVOC is a kind of dynamic cipher designing ***,combined with intelligent searching algorithms and cryptography design policies,EVOCs utilize the dynamic and unpredictable properties of TRNG(a truly random number generator) to ensure cipher design at a high level of ***,with an EVOC we could design cryptography algorithms with high security to resist mathematical analysis as well as DPAs and *** paper analyzes and proves the security,efficiency,cost,and original features of EVOCs against DPA and DFA both theoretically and *** with existing countermeasures against SCAs,EVOCs use dynamic non-linear operations to destroy the bases of DPA and *** the algorithm level,EVOCs are more efficient than other resistance *** on the theory and experiments,this paper proposes certain modifications to the EVOC in the AES(advanced encryption standard) algorithm,which can be referenced by other dynamic designs of cryptographic algorithms.

Analysis of Shahid Rajaee hospital administrative data on injuries resulting from car accidents in Shiraz, Iran： 2011-2014 data

Purpose： The administrative data from trauma centers could serve as potential sources of invaluable information while studying epidemiologic features of car accidents. In this cross-sectional analysis of Shahid Rajaee hospital administrative data, we aimed to evaluate patients injured in car accidents in terms of age, gender, injury severity, injured body regions and hospitalization outcome in the recent four years （2011-2014）. Methods： The hospital registry was accessed at Shiraz Trauma Research Center （Shiraz, lran） and the admission＇s unit data were merged with the information gathered upon discharge. A total number of 27,222 car accident patients aged over 15 years with International Classification of Diseases 10th revision （ICD-10） external causes of injury codes （V40.9-V49.9） were analyzed. Injury severity score and injured body regions were determined based on converting ICD-10 injury codes to Abbreviated Injury Scale （ais- 98） severity codes using a domestically developed electronic algorithm. A binary logistic regression model was applied to the data to examine the contribution of all independent variables to in-hospital mortality. Results： Men accounted for 68.9% of the injuries and the male to female ratio was 2.2：1. The age of the studied population was （34 ±15） years, with more than 77.2% of the population located in the 15-45 years old age group. Head and neck was the most commonly injured body region （39.0%） followed by extremities （27.2%）. Injury severity score （ISS） was calculated for 13,152 （48.3%） patients, of whom, 80.9% had severity scores less than 9. There were 332 patients （1.2%） admitted to the intensive care units and 422 in-hospital fatalities （1.5%） were recorded during the study period. Age above 65 years [OR = 7.4, 95%, CI （5.0-10.9）], ISS above 16 [OR - 9.1, 95% CI （5.5-14.9）], sustaining a thoracic inJury [OR - 7.4, 95%, CI （4.6 -11.9）] and head injury [OR - 4.9, 95%, CI （3.1-7.6）] were the most important independent predictors of dea
