Dielectric capacitors have been widely used in pulsed power devices owing to their ultrahigh power density,fast charge/discharge speed,and excellent ***,developing lead-free dielectric materials with a combination of high recoverable energy storage density and efficiency remains a ***,a high energy storage density of 7.04 J/cm^(3) as well as a high efficiency of 80.5%is realized in the antiferroelectric Ag(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3)-modified BiFeO3-BaTiO3 ferroelectric *** achievement is mainly attributed to the combined effect of a high saturation polarization(Pmax),increased breakdown field(Eb),and reduction of the remnant polarization(Pr).The modification of pseudotetragonal BiFeO3 by Ag(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3) leads to a high Pmax,and the enhanced relaxor behavior gives rise to a small *** promoted microstructure(such as a dense structure,fine grains,and compact grain boundaries)after modification results in a high breakdown ***,both the recoverable energy density and efficiency exhibit high stability over a broad range of operating frequencies(1–50 Hz)and working temperatures(25–120℃).These results suggest that the(0.67–x)BiFeO_(3)-0.33BaTiO_(3)-xAg(Nb_(0.85)Ta_(0.15))O_(3) ceramics can be highly competitive as a lead-free relaxor for energy storage applications.

Cobalt has excellent electrochemical,magnetic,and heat *** a strategic resource,it has been applied in many hightech ***,the recent rapid growth of the battery industry has substantially depleted cobalt resources,leading to a crisis of cobalt resource *** paper examines cobalt ore reserves and distribution,and the recent development and consumption of cobalt resources are summarized as *** addition,the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and research status of various methods are discussed *** can be concluded that the use of diverse sources(Cu-Co ores,Ni-Co ores,zinc plant residues,and waste cobalt products)for cobalt production should be enhanced to meet developmental ***,in recovery technology,the pyro-hydrometallurgical process employs pyrometallurgy as the pretreatment to modify the phase structure of cobalt minerals,enhancing its recovery in the hydrometallurgical stage and facilitating high-purity cobalt ***,it represents a promising technology for future cobalt ***,based on the above conclusions,the prospects for cobalt are assessed regarding cobalt ore processing and sustainable cobalt recycling,for which further study should be conducted.

Enhanced recovery of high-purity Fe powder from iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue by slurry electrolysis

Iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue(IREMR)is an industrial waste produced during the processing of electrolytic metal manganese,and it contains certain amounts of Fe and Mn resources and other heavy *** this study,the slurry electrolysis technique was used to recover high-purity Fe powder from *** effects of IREMR and H2SO4 mass ratio,current density,reaction temper-ature,and electrolytic time on the leaching and current efficiencies of Fe were *** to the results,high-purity Fe powder can be recovered from the cathode plate,and the slurry electrolyte can be *** leaching efficiency,current efficiency,and purity of Fe reached 92.58%,80.65%,and 98.72wt%,respectively,at a 1:2.5 mass ratio of H2SO4 and IREMR,reaction temperature of 60℃,electric current density of 30 mA/cm^(2),and reaction time of 8 *** addition,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)analysis showed that the coercivity of electrolytic iron powder was 54.5 A/m,which reached the advanced magnetic grade of electrical pure-iron powder(DT4A coercivity standard).The slurry electrolytic method provides fundamental support for the industrial application of Fe resource recovery in IRMER.

During steam reforming,the performance of a catalyst and amount/property of coke are closely related to reaction intermediates reaching surface of a ***,modification of reaction intermediates by placing Mg-Al-hydrotalcite above Ni/KIT-6 catalyst in steam reforming of glycerol was conducted at 300 to 600°*** results revealed that the catalytic activity of Ni/KIT-6 in the lower bed was enhanced with either Mg1-Al5-hydrotalcite(containing more acidic sites)or Mg5-Al1-hydrotalcite(containing more alkaline sites)as upper-layer *** in situ infrared characterization of steam reforming demonstrated that Mg-Al-hydrotalcite catalyzed the deoxygenation of glycerol,facilitating the reforming of the partially deoxygenated intermediates over Ni/***-Al-hydrotalcite as protective catalyst,however,did not protect the Ni/KIT-6 from formation of more ***,this did not lead to further deactivation of Ni/KIT-6 while Mg5-Al1-hydrotalcite even substantially enhanced the catalytic stability,even though the coke was much more significant than that in the use of single Ni/KIT-6(52.7%vs.28.6%).The reason beneath this was change of the property of coke from more aliphatic to more ***5-Al1-hydrotalcite catalyzed dehydration of glycerol,producing dominantly reaction intermediates bearing C=C,which formed the catalytic coke of with carbon nanotube as the main form with smooth outer walls as well as higher aromaticity,C/H ratio,crystallinity,crystal carbon size,thermal stability,and resistivity toward oxidation on Ni/KIT-6 in the lower *** comparison,the abundance of acidic sites on Mg1-Al5-hydrotalcite catalyzed the formation of more oxygen-containing species,leading to the formation of carbon nanotubes of rough surface on Ni/KIT-6.

Designing and stereoselectively constructing chiral mechanically interlocked molecules(MIMs)is a goal that many chemists are pursuing due to their potential in the development of functional molecular machines involved in catalysis,sensing,and chiroptical ***,the synthesis of enantiopure supramolecular entities with crystallographic structures remains ***,the stereoselective self-assembly of chiral metalla[2]catenanes interlocked by two D-shaped macrocycles was realized by combining long binuclear half-sandwich organometallic Cp*Rh^(III)(Cp*=η^(5)-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)clip and ditopic monodentate ligand incorporating L-leucine *** resulting metalla[2]catenane displayed unique co-conformational mechanical helical chirality characteristics arising from the chirality transfer of the chiral ***,decreasing the length of the binuclear Cp*Rh^(III)clip and adjusting the steric hindrance of the amino-acid side chains(L-alanine and L-phenylalanine)in the ligands resulted in two lemniscular macrocycles with left-handed(M)-twisted conformational *** the best of our knowledge,the synthesized macrocycles are the first family of homochiral abnormal lemniscate-shaped organometallic macrocycles featuring figure-eight ***[2]catenanes and macrocycles with opposite chirality were also generated by employing corresponding D-amino acid ligands,as evidenced by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,nuclear magnetic resonance,mass,and circular dichroism *** present study demonstrates that homochiral MIMs can be accessed readily using amino acid–containing ligands through rational molecular design.

This paper presents an attempt at assimilating clear-sky FY-4A Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager(AGRI)radiances from two water vapor channels for the prediction of three landfalling typhoon events over the West Pacific Ocean using the 3DVar data assimilation(DA)method along with the WRF model.A channel-sensitive cloud detection scheme based on the particle filter(PF)algorithm is developed and examined against a cloud detection scheme using the multivariate and minimum residual(MMR)algorithm and another traditional cloud mask–dependent cloud detection *** show that both channel-sensitive cloud detection schemes are effective,while the PF scheme is able to reserve more pixels than the MMR scheme for the same *** general,the added value of AGRI radiances is confirmed when comparing with the control experiment without AGRI ***,it is found that the analysis fields of the PF experiment are mostly improved in terms of better depicting the typhoon,including the temperature,moisture,and dynamical *** typhoon track forecast skill is improved with AGRI radiance DA,which could be explained by better simulating the upper *** impact of assimilating AGRI radiances on typhoon intensity forecasts is *** the other hand,improved rainfall forecasts from AGRI DA experiments are found along with reduced errors for both the thermodynamic and moisture fields,albeit the improvements are limited.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries have attracted much attention due to their high theoretical capacity,low cost high safety,and ***,challenges such as dendrite growth and side reactions severely hinder the electrochemical performance of the Zn anode,leading to low Coulombic efficiency(CE)or even short circuits Herein,phenolic resin(PF)is used as a protective coating on the surface of the zinc metal *** PF layer can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the Zn electrode in the ***,this artificial electrode/electrolyte interphase also elevates the nucleation barrier and restrains Zn^(2+)2D diffusion,regulating the zinc deposition/dissolution *** a result,PF@Zn symmetric cells exhibit superior performance than that of bare Zn symmetric cells,achieving a stable and dendrite-free cycle of 1400 ***,the carbon nanotube MnO_(2)||PF@Zn(CNT/MnO_(2)||PF@Zn)full cell also delivers a long cycle life with a high-capacity retention of about 180.0 m Ah·g^(-1)after 1400 cycles,far exceeding that of bare Zn *** work provides a facile strategy for achieving a dendrite-free and rechargeable zinc anode.

BACKGROUND The effect of the number of lymph node dissections(LNDs)during radical resection for colorectal cancer(CRC)on overall survival(OS)remains *** To investigate the association between the number of LNDs and OS in patients with tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage Ⅰ–Ⅱ CRC undergoing radical *** Patients who underwent radical resection for CRC at a single-center hospital between January 2011 and December 2021 were retrospectively *** regression analyses were performed to identify the independent predictors of OS at different T *** A total of 2850 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection for CRC were *** stage T1,age[P<0.01,hazard ratio(HR)=1.075,95%confidence interval(CI):1.019-1.134]and tumour size(P=0.021,HR=3.635,95%CI:1.210-10.917)were independent risk factors for *** stage T2,age(P<0.01,HR=1.064,95%CI:1.032-1.098)and overall complications(P=0.012,HR=2.297,95%CI:1.200-4.397)were independent risk factors for *** stage T3,only age(P<0.01,HR=1.047,95%CI:1.027-1.066)was an independent risk factor for *** stage T4,age(P<0.01,HR=1.057,95%CI:1.039-1.075)and body mass index(P=0.034,HR=0.941,95%CI:0.890-0.995)were independent risk factors for ***,there was no association between LNDs and OS in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ.CONCLUSION The number of LDNs did not affect the survival of patients with TNM stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ ***,insufficient LNDs should not be a cause for alarm during the surgery.

The prevalence of hyperlipidemia has increased significantly due to genetic, dietary, nutritional and pharmacological factors, and has become one of the most common pathological conditions in humans. Hyperlipidemia can lead to a range of diseases such as atherosclerosis, stroke, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, diabetes, and kidney failure, etc. High circulating low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) is one of the causes of hyperlipidemia. LDL-C in the blood binds to LDL receptor (LDLR) and regulates cholesterol homeostasis through endocytosis. In contrast, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) mediates LDLR degradation via the intracellular and extracellular pathways, leading to hyperlipidemia. Targeting PCSK9-synthesizing transcription factors and downstream molecules are important for development of new lipid-lowering drugs. Clinical trials regarding PCSK9 inhibitors have demonstrated a reduction in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease events. The purpose of this review was to explore the target and mechanism of intracellular and extracellular pathways in degradation of LDLR and related drugs by PCSK9 in order to open up a new pathway for the development of new lipid-lowering drugs.
