益生菌进入肠道后被扁平细胞(M细胞)摄取并递交给巨噬细胞,调节巨噬细胞产生相关免疫反应,启动并调节机体免疫。本文主要结合近几年有关益生菌调节巨噬细胞的研究成果,着重介绍益生菌对巨噬细胞的免疫调节作用及其可能的机理。
