Communication in society had developed within cultural and geographical boundaries prior to the invention of digital *** latest advancements in communication technology have significantly surpassed the conventional constraints for communication with regards to time and *** new platforms have ushered in a new age of user-generated content,online chats,social network and comprehensive data on individual ***,the abuse of communication software such as social media websites,online communities,and chats has resulted in a new kind of online hostility and aggressive *** to widespread use of the social networking platforms and technological gadgets,conventional bullying has migrated from physical form to online,where it is termed as ***,recently the digital technologies as machine learning and deep learning have been showing their efficiency in identifying linguistic patterns used by cyberbullies and cyberbullying detection *** this research paper,we aimed to evaluate shallow machine learning and deep learning methods in cyberbullying detection *** deployed three deep and six shallow learning algorithms for cyberbullying detection *** results show that bidirectional long-short-term memory is the most efficient method for cyberbullying detection,in terms of accuracy and recall.

Responses of a ^(234)U/^(238)U activity ratio in groundwater to earthquakes in the South Baikal Basin,Siberia

In the western part of the South Baikal Basin,spatial-temporal distribution of earthquake epicenters shows quasi-periodic seismic *** largest earthquakes that occurred in 1999(M_(W)=6.0)and 2008(M_(W)=6.3)fall within seismic intervals of 1994-2003 and 2003-2012,*** the seismic interval that began in 2013,the ^(234)U/^(238)U activity ratio(AR)in groundwater was monitored assuming its dependence on crack opening/closing that facilitated/prevented water circulation in an active boundary fault of the *** from disordered,high-amplitude fluctuations of AR values to consistent,low-amplitude fluctuations in different monitoring sites were found to be sensitive indicators of both small seismic events occurring directly on the observation area,and of a large remote *** hydroisotopic responses to seismic events were consistent with monitoring data on deformation and temperature variations of *** hydroisotopic effects can be applied for detecting a seismically dangerous state of an active fault and prediction of a large future earthquake.

Language and Culture in Foreign Language Teaching

Culture plays a very important role in language teaching. A deep study of the relationship between language and culture is not only necessary but also urgent in language teaching and learning. The paper briefly points out that in order to make teaching more effective, teachers should not only teach the language itself, but also teach the culture in the language while teaching the foreign language. It analyzes the differences of language customs reflecting in different cultures among different languages （between European languages such as English, Russian and Asian languages such as Kazakh, Chinese）. The analysis of diversity of different social cultures and different language customs of commtmication shows that the culture has a great influence upon the language. It includes the next components：（1） diversity of different geographies, natural environment, and customs, （2） differences of the history, religion, and belief, and （3） diversity of different thoughts of understanding objectivities. Further suggestions concerning how to use culture factors in the teaching procedure are also introduced in detail, such as：（1） the teacher＇s role; （2） the way of explanation, （3） the way of contrast; and （4） the way of practice. In order to conduct foreign language teaching well, teachers must take up the teaching of culture and the teaching of language at the same time. As long as the emphasis is laid both linguistic skills and communicative competence, the goals of language teaching will be achieved satisfactorily.

Tinnitus prevalence and care experience among population of Almaty city

The prevalence of tinnitus is increasing worldwide along with the aging *** absence of a gold standard for diagnosis and treatment makes it difficult to assess the health status of a patient with *** aim was to determine the prevalence of tinnitus among older adults in Almaty city and to evaluate the healthcare experience among the respondents who received treatment for ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted among people aged 18 years and above in Almaty *** data were collected using a questionnaire sent via a Google form and/or as a printed *** completed responses were received from 851 *** questionnaire consists of 31 *** and multiple logistic regression analyses were performed to identify the risk factors of ***:The prevalence of tinnitus in Almaty was 23.3%.The data showed that smoking and sleep regimen were associated with *** respondents indicated more symptoms associated with tinnitus than younger respondents *** consultation was needed as part of the treatment of *** addition,49.4%of the respondents indicated a need of a support group for people with *** respondents also indicated that the access to appropriate resources for the treatment of tinnitus was ***:Similar to other studies,this analysis confirmed that tinnitus is prevalent in the adult population of Almaty *** activities should include measures for the improvement of public awareness of the risk factors of tinnitus,and multidisciplinary teamwork among healthcare specialists should be improved.

一直以来,中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦都保持着良好的关系。苏联解体后,中国承认吉尔吉斯斯坦的独立。中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦自1992年1月5日建交以来,两国关系健康、稳定和积极的发展。冷战结束以来,形成新的世界格局,在安全领域出现了许多新全球性问题,对世界各国的安全与稳定产生巨大影响。2001年6月,中国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔塔吉克斯坦、乌斯别克斯坦,为了更好的维护地区安全与稳定,正式成立上海合作组织。上海合作组织(以下简称:上合组织)成立以来,提出“各成员国平等合作,共同打击恐怖主义、分裂主义、极端主义”的主张。面对三股势力日益严重的威胁趋势,上合组织成员国更希望通过平等沟通,民主协商的方式共同建立反三股势力法律机制。通过共同的努力,在《上海公约》、《上海合作组织打击恐怖主义、分裂主义、极端主义公约》与《上海合作组织成员国元首乌法宣言》等框架基础上构建了上合组织成员国合作反恐怖主义、分裂主义、极端主义(简称“三股势力”)的合作模式。作为一个吉尔吉斯斯坦的留学生,我既热爱吉尔吉斯斯坦,也热爱中国。经过研究,我发现,中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦在安全领域共同面临“三股势力”的威胁。中、吉两国在安全领域积极开展双边合作,共同打击“三股势力”,举行了一系列军事演习,并通过签署《上海公约》进一步展示了两国打击“三股势力”的坚定决心。目前,中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦在安全领域合作方面,特别是在打击恐怖主义、分裂主义、极端主义领域效果良好。可以充分相信,在此共同合作的基础上,中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦的关系将得到了进一步发展。本论文通过对中国、吉尔吉斯斯坦以及俄罗斯方面的文献的阅读为基础,以中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦在安全领域的合作模式为对象,以上海合作组织为依托进行考察,就“上海合作组织”成立以来,中国与吉尔吉斯斯坦在打击恐怖主义、分裂主义和极端主义方面开展的合作、达到的效果与遇到的困难进行了分析,对中-吉合作的前景进行了展望。

A comparative life cycle assessment of phytosterol and meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) oncoprotective functional food ingredients

The urgent and relevant goals of providing a healthier diet and sustainable food systems taken together require a systematic approach that considers a broader environment for food choice. The paper compares three technologies to produce functional ingredients for preventing oncological diseases - each of them involving different sources of raw materials - a by-product of soybean processing, wild meadowsweet extract and planted meadowsweet extract. Life cycle assessment (LCA) has been selected to justify the choice of raw ingredients and the best technology for the stakeholders. Life cycle inventory analysis (LCIA) of technologies was carried out based on the SimaPro 9.***.1.1. To confirm the results of the LCIA of technologies to produce biologically active substances (BAS) from by-products of soybean oil processing, the following models of the SimaPro 9.***.1.1 software were used: EPD (2018) V1.01, ReCiPe 2016 (Midpoint (H) V1.04 / World (2010) H) and IPCC 2013 (GWP 500a V1.01). The validation of the results and the assessment of the impact of uncertainties in the initial data on the LCA calculations of the technologies were carried out using Monte Carlo method. The results showed that production of BAS from a by-product of soybean oil processing is the most environmentally friendly technology, and the data obtained could add to the life cycle database for the category of “Functional food ingredients” or serve as an example for further research and comparison with other targeted functional ingredients.

哈萨克斯坦自从1991年起,已推行了数次教育改革。在取得世界公认成就的同时,也迎来前所未有的新挑战。任何重大的基础教育改革都有其深刻的政治、经济、社会和文化背景。任何领域中实施的改革都应该合理并分阶段进行。现阶段,为促进国家的社会经济发展,并加入世界教育协作大家庭,哈萨克斯坦政府在各层教育领域中积极推进教育改革。作为哈萨克斯坦共和国来华在沪就读的留学生,本研究立足于汲取中国上海的教育改革经验,特别是教师队伍建设的经验,为哈萨克斯坦共和国未来的基础教育改革提供若干建议。本研究梳理了哈萨克斯坦共和国义务教育的基本概况,展呈并分析了哈国教育领域中的国家政策与原则以及义务教育特征;从哈萨克斯坦义务教育的改革、发展及其主要内容等三个方面阐述了哈萨克斯坦义务教育改革的现状。通过对上海基础教育改革的先进经验,特别是师资队伍建设经验的分析,探讨了上海经验对哈萨克斯坦共和国义务教育改革的若干启示。论文最后提出了对哈国义务教育改革的相关建议:应遵循渐进、公平、系统的原则;在具体的改进措施上应该提高教师队伍专业技能、增加教育拨款、实现义务教育资源的均衡配置等。
