Quorum sensing-based interactions among drugs,microbes,and diseases

Many diseases and health conditions are closely related to various microbes,which participate in complex interactions with diverse drugs;nonetheless,the detailed targets of such drugs remain to be elucidated.Many existing studies have reported causal associations among drugs,gut microbes,or diseases,calling for a workflow to reveal their intricate interactions.In this study,we developed a systematic workflow comprising three modules to construct a Quorum Sensing-based Drug-Microbe-Disease(QSDMD)database(http://***/),which includes diverse interactions for more than 8,000 drugs,163 microbes,and 42 common diseases.Potential interactions between microbes and more than 8,000 drugs have been systematically studied by targeting microbial QS receptors combined with a docking-based virtual screening technique and in vitro experimental validations.Furthermore,we have constructed a QS-based drug-receptor interaction network,proposed a systematic framework including various drug-receptor-microbe-disease connections,and mapped a paradigmatic circular interaction network based on the QS-DMD,which can provide the underlying QS-based mechanisms for the reported causal associations.The QS-DMD will promote an understanding of personalized medicine and the development of potential therapies for diverse diseases.This work contributes to a paradigm for the construction of a molecule-receptor-microbe-disease interaction network for human health that may form one of the key knowledge maps of precision medicine in the future.

It has been an exciting journey since the mobile communications and artificial intelligence(AI)were conceived in 1983 and 1956.While both fields evolved independently and profoundly changed communications and computing industries,the rapid convergence of 5th generation mobile communication technology(5G)and AI is beginning to significantly transform the core communication infrastructure,network management,and vertical applications.The paper first outlined the individual roadmaps of mobile communications and AI in the early stage,with a concentration to review the era from 3rd generation mobile communication technology(3G)to 5G when AI and mobile communications started to converge.With regard to telecommunications AI,the progress of AI in the ecosystem of mobile communications was further introduced in detail,including network infrastructure,network operation and management,business operation and management,intelligent applications towards business supporting system(BSS)&operation supporting system(OSS)convergence,verticals and private networks,etc.Then the classifications of AI in telecommunication ecosystems were summarized along with its evolution paths specified by various international telecommunications standardization organizations.Towards the next decade,the prospective roadmap of telecommunications AI was forecasted.In line with 3rd generation partnership project(3GPP)and International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector(ITU-R)timeline of 5G&6th generation mobile communication technology(6G),the network intelligence following 3GPP and open radio access network(O-RAN)routes,experience and intent-based network management and operation,network AI signaling system,intelligent middle-office based BSS,intelligent customer experience management and policy control driven by BSS&OSS convergence,evolution from service level agreement(SLA)to experience level agreement(ELA),and intelligent private network for verticals were further explored.The paper is concluded with the vision that AI will reshape the

随着通信技术的不断发展和企业数字化的加速到来,电信业务支撑系统也在不断演进和变革。为了实现优质、高效、可持续演进的目标,电信运营商需要建立一个有效且适应市场需求的业务支撑系统分级演进目标体系。在对当前电信业务支撑系统的基本特点和运营服务的需求进行分析的基础上,提出了一种适用于电信运营服务支撑的分级模型L-PS-M(level-process-system-measurement)分级演进目标体系框架。该框架首先构建了从端到端业务流程、系统支撑能力、分级目标这3个维度因素形成的三维立方体映射结构;其次,给出了运营服务支撑体系细分实施路径;第三,电信运营商通过该实施路径,可以根据实际需求有针对性地进行系统支撑能力的规划和优化,提高运营效率和系统生产的效能,进一步明确业务支撑系统的演进方向。

【目的】通过分析我国卓越农业期刊和农业领域高起点新刊的发展现状,探索我国农业期刊发展趋势,提出对我国农业期刊发展的启示,为我国农业期刊的高质量发展提供参考。【方法】以2019年入选“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”(以下简称“卓越计划”)的19种农业期刊、2019—2023年入选“卓越计划”高起点新刊项目的农业期刊为研究对象,从卓越农业期刊优先建设的农业领域学科分布、期刊国内影响力、期刊国际影响力和农业领域高起点新刊的基本特征4个方面分析我国卓越农业期刊的发展趋势,并总结出对我国农业期刊整体高质量发展的启示及展望。【结果】与中国科协、中国科学院和农业农村部主管的农业期刊相比,教育部主管的农业高校所办期刊实力相对较弱,存在“强学科与弱期刊”现象,入选“卓越计划”的农业期刊数量较少。我国农业高校近年已在优势学科中全面布局,高起点新刊的数量呈上升趋势,同时通过挖掘交叉学科的空白领域,创办一批强劲新刊以逐步实现农业期刊与学科协同发展。【结论】我国农业领域虽然入选“卓越计划”的期刊数量较少,但优势学科明显,期刊发展动力十足,势头强劲,呈显著上升趋势。我国卓越农业期刊优先发展,将带动普通农业期刊共同发展。

葶苈大枣泻肺汤对急性肺损伤小鼠PTEN/PI3K/AKT通路的影响

目的:探讨葶苈大枣泻肺汤对急性肺损伤小鼠磷酸酶与张力蛋白同源物(phosphatase and tension homology,PTEN)/磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol-3-hydroxykinase,PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)信号通路的影响。方法:将50只C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组(5.85 g·kg^(-1))、葶苈大枣泻肺汤高剂量组(11.7 g·kg^(-1))、地塞米松组(5 mg·kg^(-1)),每组10只。各药物组按照相应剂量灌胃给药,正常组和模型组灌胃等体积生理盐水,每日1次,连续7 d。末次灌胃后,除正常组外,其余小鼠腹腔注射脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)溶液建立急性肺损伤模型。采用HE染色观察肺组织病理学改变,ELISA检测肺泡灌洗液中白细胞介素-1β(interleukin 1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)含量,RT-qPCR检测肺组织IL-6、TNF-α、信号转导和转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)、细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(suppressors of cytokine signaling 3,SOCS3)基因表达水平;Western Blot检测肺组织PI3K、p-AKT/AKT、AKT、PTEN表达水平。结果:正常组小鼠肺组织未见明显病理性改变;模型组小鼠可见间质性肺炎和出血;与模型组比较,葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组、高剂量组小鼠的间质性肺炎、出血情况减轻;地塞米松组小鼠肺组织未见明显病理性改变。与正常组比较,模型组小鼠肺泡灌洗液IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组、高剂量组和地塞米松组小鼠肺泡灌洗液IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量降低(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组小鼠肺组织IL-6 mRNA、TNF-αmRNA、STAT3 mRNA、SOCS3 mRNA水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组、高剂量组和地塞米松组小鼠肺组织IL-6 mRNA、TNF-αmRNA、STAT3 mRNA、SOCS3 mRNA水平降低(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组小鼠肺组织PI3K、p-AKT/AKT蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组、高剂量组和地塞米松组小鼠肺组织PI3K、p-AKT/AKT蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01)。与正常组比较,模型组小鼠肺组织PTEN蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,葶苈大枣泻肺汤低剂量组、高剂量组和地塞米松组小鼠肺组织PTEN蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:葶苈大枣泻肺汤可减轻急性肺损伤小鼠肺组织病变,其机制可能与调控PTEN/PI3K/AKT信号通路,抑制炎症反应有关。

新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)感染属于中医学“疫病”或“瘟疫”范畴。尽管目前新冠病毒毒株不断变异,症状表现变化多端,但根据其临床特点,可聚焦“实性”“虚性”和“虚实夹杂”几种核心病机来认识新冠病毒感染。新冠病毒感染的实性病机包括热毒内盛、阳明热盛、湿浊酿毒等;虚性病机包括气血亏虚、肺脾素虚等;虚实夹杂病机包括津枯邪滞、邪热内盛兼津血内伤以及疫病虽愈,伏热内闭等。基于核心病机认识,新冠病毒感染的潜伏期可用连花清瘟胶囊、金花清感颗粒;轻型、普通型可选用清肺排毒汤、宣肺败毒方;重型、危重型选用血必净注射液、化湿败毒方、清肺排毒汤。近3年来的临床实践证明,中西医结合、优势互补是新冠病毒感染防治的最佳方案,中医中药在“疫病”的理论与实践中凸显出重要作用,中医药的分期辨证论治方案亦可为应对不断变异的新冠病毒感染的临床救治工作提供强有力的依据。

Since the discovery of enzyme-like activity of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in 2007,nanozymes are becoming the promising substitutes for natural enzymes due to their advantages of high catalytic activity,low cost,mild reaction conditions,good stability,and suitable for large-scale production.Recently,with the cross fusion of nanomedicine and nanocatalysis,nanozyme-based theranostic strategies attract great attention,since the enzymatic reactions can be triggered in the tumor microenvironment to achieve good curative effect with substrate specificity and low side effects.Thus,various nanozymes have been developed and used for tumor therapy.In this review,more than 270 research articles are discussed systematically to present progress in the past five years.First,the discovery and development of nanozymes are summarized.Second,classification and catalytic mechanism of nanozymes are discussed.Third,activity prediction and rational design of nanozymes are focused by highlighting the methods of density functional theory,machine learning,biomimetic and chemical design.Then,synergistic theranostic strategy of nanozymes are introduced.Finally,current challenges and future prospects of nanozymes used for tumor theranostic are outlined,including selectivity,biosafety,repeatability and stability,in-depth catalytic mechanism,predicting and evaluating activities.

Fresh-Keeping Decision and Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Carbon Cap-and-Trade under Different Dominance

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers respectively.The results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
