Based on the Ising spin, the phase transition on fractal scale-free networks with tree-like skeletons is studied, where the loops are generated by local links. The degree distribution of the tree-like skeleton satisfies the power-law form P（k）～ k^-δ.It is found that when δ≥3, the renormalized scale-free network will have the same degree distribution as the original network. For a special case of δ = 4.5, a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition is found and the critical temperature is determined by the box-covering renormalization method. By keeping the structure of the fractal scale-free network constant, the numerical relationship between the critical temperature and the network size is found, which is the form of power law.

The impact of maintenance therapy on progression-free survival and overall survival as well as quality of life of Chinese patients with metastatic colorectal cancer has long been under ***,some phase III clinical trials have revealed that maintenance therapy can significantly prolong the progression-free survival while maintain an acceptable safety *** on this evidence and common treatment practice in China,we now generated one Expert Consensus on Maintenance Treatment for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer in China to further specify the necessity of maintenance therapy,suitable candidates for such treatment,and appropriate regimens.

Objective: Recent studies have reported increased mortality for right-sided colon cancers; however, the results are conflicting for different stage tumors. We examined the differences in clinicopathology between right- and left-sided colon cancers and the re-lationships between colon cancer location (right- and left-side) and 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS). Methods: We identified patients from 2005 to 2008 with stage Ⅱ/Ⅲ colon cancer who underwent surgery for curative intent. We explored the impact of the tumor location on the postoperative DFS and OS using univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: Of 627 patients, 50.6% (317/627) had right-sided colon cancer. These patients were more likely to have weight loss, second primary tumor, elevated preoperative carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), increased incidence of non-adenocarcinoma, more poorly differentiated tumors, vascular invasion, defective mismatch repair, and a lighter smoking history (P < 0.05). Right-sided colon cancer had a higher recurrence incidence compared with left-sided cancer (30.6% vs. 23.2%, P = 0.037), particularly with multiple metastatic sites in the first recurrence (17.5% vs. 5.6%, P = 0.020). Kaplan-Meier survival curves demonstrated a significant difference in the 5-year DFS rate between right- and left-sided cancers across all stages (68.1% vs. 75.2%, P = 0.043). However, there was no significant difference in the 5-year OS rate between the two groups (73.8% vs. 79.0%, P = 0.103). Subgroup analysis demonstrated that patients with left-sided colon cancer had a significantly better 5-year DFS and OS rates compared with those with right-sided disease at stage Ⅲ (64.3% vs. 46.8%, P = 0.002; 69.5% vs. 53.5%, P = 0.006, respectively); there were no significant differences in the 5-year DFS and OS rates at stage Ⅱ (85.2% vs. 85.9%, P = 0.819; 89.8%vs. 88.5%, P = 0.803, respectively). 目的:了解昆山市城区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)流行情况及影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样方法抽取昆山市城区3465例已婚育龄妇女为研究对象进行调查问卷、妇科检查及相关实验室检查,分析RTI的影响因素。结果:针对检测念珠菌阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎、滴虫阴道炎和宫颈炎4种目标疾病,昆山市城区已婚育龄妇女RTI总患病率为48.57%。多因素Logistic逐步回归分析表明:RTI的发病与年龄、职业、婚育史及不良生活习惯等因素密切相关。结论:昆山市城区已婚育龄妇女RTI患病率较高,应积极采取措施;进一步加大生殖健康知识宣传力度,针对与其发病有关的多种影响因素,开展有效的干预。

There exist differences in the epidemiological characteristics,clinicopathological features,tumor biological characteristics,treatment patterns,and drug selections between gastric cancer patients from the Eastern and Western *** Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)has organized a panel of senior experts specializing in all sub-specialties of gastric cancer to compile a clinical guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer since 2016 and renews it *** into account regional differences,giving full consideration to the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment resources,these experts have conducted expert consensus judgment on relevant evidence and made various grades of recommendations for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer to reflect the value of cancer treatment and meeting health economic indexes in *** 2021 CSCO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Gastric Cancer covers the diagnosis,treatment,follow-up,and screening of gastric *** on the 2020 version of the CSCO Chinese Gastric Cancer guidelines,this updated guideline integrates the results ofmajor clinical studies from China and overseas for the past year,focused on the inclusion of research data from the Chinese population for more personalized and clinically relevant *** the comprehensive treatment of non-metastatic gastric cancer,attentions were paid to neoadjuvant *** value of perioperative chemotherapy is gradually becoming clearer and its recommendation level has been *** the comprehensive treatment of metastatic gastric cancer,recommendations for immunotherapy were included,and immune checkpoint inhibitors fromthird-line to the first-line of treatment for different patient groups with detailed notes are provided.

The electrochemical conversion of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))into chemical fuels represents a promising approach for addressing global carbon balance ***,this process is hindered by the kinetic limitations of anodic reactions,usually the oxygen evolution reaction,resulting in less efficient production of high value-added ***,we report an integrated electrocatalytic system that couples CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)with urea oxidation reaction(UOR)using a bifunctional electrocatalyst with atomically dispersed dual-metal CuNi sites anchored on bamboo-like nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(CuNi-CNT),which were synthesized through a one-step pyrolysis *** bifunctional CuNi-CNT catalyst exhibits a near 100%CO Faraday efficiency for CO_(2)RR over a wide potential range and outstanding UOR performance with a negatively shifted potential of 210 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2).In addition,we assemble a two-electrode electrolyzer using bifunctional CuNi-CNT-modified carbon fiber paper electrodes as both cathode and anode,capable of operating at a remarkably low cell voltage of 1.81 V at 10 mA·cm-2,significantly lower than conventional *** study provides a novel avenue to achieving an efficient carbon cycle with reduced electric power consumption.
