The assembly of metal-organic frameworks（MOFs）has attracted an extensive interest over the past two decades because of their intriguing structural features and potential applications such as gas storage/separation,catalysis,sensor,and biomedical imaging.1 As is well-known,aromatic polycarboxylate,polypyridine and deprotonated polyazaheterocycles are the most extensively exploited ligands for the assembly of *** recently,the azolate-carboxylate bifunctional ligands have attracted considerable attention as another type of useful ligands for the construction of MOFs.2 Herein,two zinc metal-organic framework,namely[Zn Cl（cpt）]（1）and[Zn（cpt）2]（2）,has been synthesized by using a bifunctional ligand 4-（4-carboxyphenyl）-1,2,4-triazole（Hcpt）and zinc salts under solvothermal conditions using different *** crystal X-ray analysis demonstrated that 1 exhibits a two-dimensional（2D）（4,4）network by taking the binuclear[Zn2（triazole）2（COOH）2]as 4-connecting nodes,whereas 2 exhibits a 2-fold interpenetrating（4,4）*** solid-stat photoluminescent properties show that 1and 2 display strong blue photoluminescence which may be tentatively assigned to the intraligand fluorescence since the free ligand Hcpt exhibited a similar emission under the same condition.

Luminescent metal organic frameworks（MOFs）with the combination of porosity and luminescent properties have been emerging as very promising functional materials for the applications in detection,sensing,medical diagnostics,and cell biology.1-2 Herein,a luminescent cadmium metal-organic framework,namely[Cd2Cl（tba）3],has been synthesized by using a bifunctional ligand 4-（1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl）benzoic acid（Htba）and Cd Cl2·2.5H2O under solvothermal *** compound functionalized with uncoordinated triazolate N-donors exhibits a3D pillar-chained framework containing 1D channels with effective cross section of 6.2×6.2*** sorption analysis indicates that it shows selective adsorption of CO2 over N2 ***-dependent luminescent properties indicate that this framework can serve as a promising candidate for sensing nitrobenzene and N,N’-dimethylaniline.

Photoactive complexes of nonprecious transition metals, mainly including those in the first-row and partially the second-row of the Periodic table of elements, have received increasing attention in view of their low cost and long-term sustainability. They are recognized as promising alternatives to noble transition metal complex congeners that have been extensively studied in optoelectronic devices, artificial photosynthesis, photocatalysis, biodiagnostics, and therapeutics, etc. This review is devoted to a comprehensive summary on the classical and recent advances on photoactive nonprecious transition metal complexes, including photoactive Zr, V, Cr, Mo, and W complexes, Mn complexes and hybrids, Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu complexes, and Zn and Cd complexes and hybrids. A particular focus is given on the molecular design, modulation of photophysical and photochemical properties, and applications of the representative and lately-developed nonprecious metal complexes. In addition, a perspective on the future development in this field is provided at the end of this review.

In terms of the reaction of COreduction to CO with hydrogen, COconversion is very low at low temperature due to the limitation of thermodynamic equilibrium（TE）. To overcome this limitation, plasma catalytic reduction of COto CO in a catalyst-filled dielectric barrier discharge（DBD） reactor is studied. An enhanced effect of plasma on the reaction over Au/CeOcatalysts is observed. For both the conventionally catalytic（CC） and plasma catalytic（PC, Pin= 15 W） reactions under conditions of 400 °C, H/CO= 1,200 SCCM, GHSV = 12,000 mL·gcat·h, COconversions over Au/CeOreach 15.4% and 25.5% due to the presence of Au, respectively, however, those over CeOare extremely low and negligible. Moreover,COconversion over Au/CeOin the PC reaction exceeds 22.4% of the TE conversion. Surface intermediate species formed on the catalyst samples during the reactions are determined by in-situ temperatureprogrammed decomposition（TPD） technique. Interestingly, it disclosed that in the PC reaction, the formation of formate intermediate is enhanced by plasma, and the acceleration by plasma in the decomposition of formate species is much greater than that in the formation of formate species on Au/CeO. Enhancement factor is introduced to quantify the enhanced effect of plasma. Lower reactor temperature, higher gas hourly space velocity（GHSV）, and lower molar ratio of H/COwould be associated with larger enhancement factor.

Here, we propose a simple scheme to realize a one-dimensional （1D） modulated Rice-Mele model （RMM） and investigate its topological properties with a 1D circuit quantum electrodynamics （QED） lattice. The system can be mapped into a Chern insulator model by introducing a period parameter. Interestingly and surprisingly, we found that the circuit-QED lattice system always exhibits topologically nonttrvial phases if both the nearest-neighbor hopping strength between two resonators and the qubitassisted on-site potentials are alternately changed in the direction of the lattice. The numerical results show that the topological phases can be obtained by introducing an additional modulation parameter and both the edge state and topological invariant can be unambiguously seen with the existence of decay and disorders, even with few resonators in the lattice.

Macrosegregation is a critical factor that limits the mechanical properties of *** impact of equiaxed crystal sedimentation on macrosegregation has been extensively studied,as it plays a significant role in determining the distribution of alloying elements and impurities within a *** improve macrosegregation in steel connecting shafts,a multiphase solidification model that couples melt flow,heat transfer,microstructure evolution,and solute transport was established based on the volume-averaged Eulerian-Eulerian *** this model,the effects of liquid phase,equiaxed crystals,columnar dendrites,and columnar-to-equiaxed transition(CET)during solidification and evolution of microstructure can be considered *** sedimentation of equiaxed crystals contributes to negative macrosegregation,where regions between columnar dendrites and equiaxed crystals undergo significant A-type positive macrosegregation due to the ***,noticeable positive macrosegregation occurs in the area of final solidification in the *** improvement in macrosegregation is beneficial for enhancing the mechanical properties of connecting *** mitigate the thermal convection of molten steel resulting from excessive superheating,reducing the superheating during casting without employing external fields or altering the design of the ingot mold is indeed an effective approach to control macrosegregation.
