Histological origin of pseudomyxoma peritonei in Chinese women:Clinicopathology and

aiM： To investigate the myxoma peritonei （PMP） histological origin of pseudo- n Chinese women. METHODS： The clinical and pathological data were reviewed for 35 women with PMP, and specimens of the peritoneal, appendiceal and ovarian lesions of each patient were examined using the PV-6000 immunohistochemistry method. Antibodies included cytokeratin （CK）7, CK20, mucin （MUC）-1, MUC-2, carbohydrate antigen （CA）-125, estrogen receptor （ER）, and progesterone receptor （PR）. RESULTS： Abundant colloidal mucinous tumors were observed in the peritoneum in all 35 cases. Thirty-one patients had a history of appendectomy, 28 of whom had mucinous lesions. There was one patient with appendicitis, one whose appendix showed no apparent pathological changes, and one with unknown surgical pathology. Ovarian mucinous tumors were found in 24 patients. The tumors were bilateral in 13 patients, on the right-side in nine, and on the left side in two. Twenty patients had combined appendiceal and ovarian lesions; 16 of whom had undergone initial surgery for appendiceal lesions. Four patients had undergone initial surgery for ovarian lesions, and relapse occurred in these patients at 1, 11, 32 and 85 mo after initial surgery. Appendi-ceal mucinous tumors were found in each of these four patients. Thirty-three of the 35 patients showed peritoneal lesions that were positive for CK20 and MUC-2, but negative for CK7, MUC-1, CA125, ER and PR. The expression patterns in the appendix and the ovary were similar to those of the peritoneal lesions. In one of the remaining two cases, CK20, CK7 and MUC-2 were positive, and MUC-1, CA125, ER and PR were negative. The ovaries were not resected. The appendix of one patient was removed at another hospital, and no specimen was evaluated. In the other case, the appendix appeared to be normal during surgery, and was not resected. High-quality Bi2-xPbxSr2 CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212) single crystals have been successfully grown by the traveling solvent floating zone technique with a wide range of Pb substitution(x = 0–0.8).The samples are characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and measured by high resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES) with different photon energies.A systematic evolution of the electronic structure and superstructure with Pb substitution has been revealed for the first *** superstructure shows a significant change with Pb substitution and the incommensurate modulation vector(Q) decreases with increasing Pb *** the meantime, the superstructure intensity from ARPES measurements also decreases dramatically with increasing Pb *** superstructure in Bi2212 can be effectively suppressed by Pb substitution and it nearly disappears with a Pb substitution of x = *** also find that the superstructure bands in ARPES measurements depend sensitively on the photon energy of lasers used;they can become even stronger than the main band when using a laser photon energy of 10.897 *** results provide important information on the origin of the incommensurate superstructure and its control and suppression in bismuth-based high temperature superconductors.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(Qpos)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to Qpo *** Qpo rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between Qpo frequency and Qpo rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C Qpos is non-thermal.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

目的了解中国出生缺陷高发区目前常见体表出生缺陷的患病水平以及主要畸形种类。方法选择出生缺陷高发的山西省5个县市和出生缺陷低发的江苏省无锡地区作为研究现场,对研究地区2003年所有孕满20周以上的出生进行以人群为基础的出生缺陷监测,分析和比较高低发地区24种体表重大出生缺陷的患病情况。结果山西省4个县体表重大缺陷患病率为232.4/万,神经管畸形患病率138.7/万,显著高于太原市区相应的患病率(75.3/万和28.2/万)。无锡市区和锡山区(原无锡县)之间各种出生缺陷患病率差异无统计学意义。太原市区神经管畸形(NTDs)出生患病率是无锡市区(4.6/万)的6.1倍;山西省4个县无脑儿、脊柱裂、脑膨出、脑积水、腭裂和多指畸形的出生患病率显著高于无锡市区,NTDs的出生患病率是无锡市区的30.2倍。高发地区NTDs患病率与既往监测资料相比未见明显下降趋势。如果从孕满28周开始监测,则高发地区出生患病率较孕满20周监测率下降31.8%。结论NTDs仍然是山西省最常见的出生缺陷。山西省部分地区NTDs的患病率仍然是国内乃至世界最高的患病水平。NTDs出生患病率在部分出生缺陷高发地区未见明显的下降趋势。监测方法和产前诊断对于体表重大出生缺陷患病率具有较大影响。

增强T2^(*)血管加权成像R2^(*)图纹理分析鉴别肝细胞癌与肝内胆管细胞癌的价值

目的:探讨增强T2^(*)血管加权成像(Enhanced T2 star-weighted angiography,ESWAN)R2^(*)图纹理分析鉴别肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)与肝内胆管细胞癌(Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)的价值。方法:回顾性收集我院2012年1月—2018年12月50例HCC及28例ICC患者资料,所有患者均经手术病理证实,且在术前进行上腹部1.5T MRI检查(包含ESWAN序列)。重建ESWAN并生成R2^(*)图,由2位观察者分别沿肿瘤所有层面边缘逐层手动勾画感兴趣区域(ROI)。使用AK软件提取纹理参数,包括直方图和灰度区域大小矩阵参数。使用组内相关系数检验两观察者测量参数的一致性。采用独立样本t检验或者Mann-Whitney U检验比较HCC与ICC组间参数的差异。通过受试者工作特征(Receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评估鉴别诊断效能。采用二元logistic回归分析结合多个参数建立预测模型,通过Delong检验比较联合诊断与单参数之间的曲线下面积(AUC)的差异。结果:两观察者测量数据的一致性较好(组内相关系数值>0.75)。HCC组的均值、中等强度、高灰度级重点、高灰度级小面积重点和高灰度级大面积重点高于ICC组(P0.05)。对于单一纹理参数,区域百分比具有较高的效能,AUC为0.816,敏感度为64.3%,特异度为84%。将所有具有统计学差异的参数联合后,获得最佳联合诊断效能,其AUC为0.928,敏感度为85.7%,特异度为86%。结论:基于ESWAN序列R2^(*)图的纹理分析在鉴别HCC与ICC中具有一定价值,多个纹理参数结合可以提高鉴别诊断效能。
