In the context of the gradual popularity of electric vehicles(EVs),the development of lithium battery systems with high energy density and power density is regarded as the foremost way to improve the range of ***_(1-x-y)Co_(x)Mn_(y)O_(2)(NCM)cathodes have been the focus of researchers due to their high energy density,excellent power performance,and low-temperature ***,the elaboration of the decay mechanism of NCM cathode based on lithium metal batteries(LMBs)is still being restricted to the primary *** the past decades,the development and application of advanced in-situ characterization tools have facilitated researchers'understanding of the internal operation mechanism of batteries during charging and *** this minireview,the latest progress of in-situ observation of the NCM cathode by X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,atomic force microscopy(AFM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),optical microscope,and other characterization tools is *** mechanisms of structural degradation,cathode-electrolyte interfaces(CEIs)composition,and dynamic changes of NCM,electrolyte breakdown,and gas production are ***,based on the existing research progress,the opportunities and challenges for future in-situ characterization technology in the study of the mechanism of LMBs are discussed in ***,the purpose of this minireview is to summarize recent work that focuses on the outstanding application of in-situ characterization techniques in the mechanistic study of LMBs,and pointing the way to the future development of high energy density and power density LMBs systems.

Measles Outbreak in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Patients in Shanghai, 2015

Background： Despite substantial progress toward measles control are making in China, measles outbreaks in immunocompromised population still pose a challenge to interrupt endemic transmission. This study aimed to investigate the features of measles in pediatric hematology and oncology patients and explore the reasons behind the outbreak. Methods： We collected demographic, epidemiological, and clinical data ofimmunocompromised measles children. All suspected measles cases were laboratory-confirmed based on the presence of measles lgM and/or identification of measles RNA. The clinical data were statistically analyzed by t-test for continuous variables and Fisher＇s exact test for categorical variables. Results： From March 9 to July 25 in 2015, a total of 23 children with malignancies and post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （post- HSCT） were notified to develop measles in Shanghai. Of these 23 patients with the median age of 5.5 years （range： 11 months 14 years）, 20 （87.0%） had received 1-3 doses of measles vaccine previously; all patients had fever with the median lever duration of 8 days; 21 （91.3%） had cough; 18 （78.3%） had rash; 13 （56.5%） had Koplik＇s spot; 13 （56.5%） had complications including pneumonia and acute liver failure： and five （21.7%） vaccinated patients died from severe pneumonia or acute liver failure. Except the first patient, all patients had hospital visits within 7-21 days beibre measles onset and 20 patients were likely to be exposed to each other. Conclusions： The outcome of measles outbreak in previously vaccinated oncology and post-HSCT pediatric patients during chemotherapy and imnaunosuppressant medication was severe. Complete loss of protective immunity induced by measles vaccine during chemotherapy was the potential reason. Improved infection control practice was critical tbr the prevention of measles in rnalignancy patients and transplant recipients.

Association between central serous chorioretinopathy and Helicobacter pylori infection: a systematic review and Meta-analysis

aiM:To investigate the association between central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)by summarizing all available ***:The Scopus,Embase,EBSCO,PubMed,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library databases for all relevant studies published from inception to October 2022 were searched,and manually searched for relevant reference lists as a *** investigating the association between CSC and Hp infection were ***,8 case-control studies were included in the Meta-analysis after study ***:The results showed no significant correlation between Hp infection and CSC[odds ratio(OR)1.89,95%confidential interval(CI)0.58–6.15,I2=96%,P=0.29].After subgroup analysis based on the degree of development of the study(developing/developed countries),it was found that the results of the two subgroups were the same as the whole,and no significant difference between the two subgroups ***-regression showed that the effect of sample size on heterogeneity among studies was more prominent(Pain 89.72%of the sources of ***:This Meta-analysis reveals no significant correlation between Hp infection and CSC,which still warrants further well-designed extensive sample studies to reach a more reliable conclusion and promote a better understanding of the treatment of CSC.

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum AR113 alleviates microbiota dysbiosis of tongue coating and cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rat

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability ***,information on stroke-related tongue coating microbiome(TCM)is limited,and whether TCM modulation could benefit for stroke prevention and rehabilitation is ***,TCM from stroke patients(SP)was characterized using molecular *** occurrence of stroke resulted in TCM dysbiosis with significantly reduced species richness and *** abundance of Prevotella,Leptotrichia,Actinomyces,Alloprevotella,Haemophilus,and TM7_[G-1]were greatly reduced,but common infection Streptococcus and Pseudomonas were remarkably ***,an antioxidative probiotic Lactiplantibacillus plantarum AR113 was used for TCM intervention in stroke rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R).AR113 partly restored I/R induced change of TCM and gut microbiota with significantly improved neurological deficit,relieved histopathologic change,increased activities of antioxidant enzymes,and decreased contents of oxidative stress ***,the gene expression of antioxidant-related proteins and apoptosis-related factors heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase-1(NQO-1),and Bcl-2 was significantly increased,but cytochrome C,cleaved caspase-3,and Bax were markedly decreased in the brain by AR113 *** results suggested that AR113 could ameliorate cerebral I/R injury through antioxidation and anti-apoptosis pathways,and AR113 intervention of TCM may have the application potential for stroke prevention and control.

The low-cost and easy large-scale fabrication advantages of printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells(p-MPSCs)are overshadowed by their limited photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE).Here,we introduce the hydrazide derivative of 4-Hydroxybenzoylhydrazine(4-HBH)to improve the PCE of p-MPSCs by inducing enhanced defect *** carbonyl and hydrazine groups in hydrazide groups present strong interaction with *** hydroxyl group,as an electron donor group,increases the electron cloud density of the hydrazide group in 4-HBH under the conjugation of the benzene ring,and thus enhances its interaction with ***,the hydroxy group itself interacts with perovskite and passivates defects *** hydrazine agents can also reduce I2and suppress the loss of iodine in perovskite films,which inhibits the formation of iodine-related ***,p-MPSCs with 4-HBH achieve a high PCE of 19.21%,and present well improved stability.

Insufficient TRPM5 Mediates Lipotoxicity-induced Pancreaticβ-cell Dysfunction

Objective:While the reduction of transient receptor potential channel subfamily M member 5(TRPM5)has been reported in islet cells from type 2 diabetic(T2D)mouse models,its role in lipotoxicity-induced pancreaticβ-cell dysfunction remains *** study aims to study its ***:Pancreas slices were prepared from mice subjected to a high-fat-diet(HFD)at different time points,and TRPM5 expression in the pancreaticβcells was examined using immunofluorescence ***-stimulated insulin secretion(GSIS)defects caused by lipotoxicity were mimicked by saturated fatty acid palmitate(Palm).Primary mouse islets and mouse insulinoma MIN6 cells were treated with Palm,and the TRPM5 expression was detected using qRT-PCR and Western ***-induced GSIS defects were measured following siRNA-based Trpm5 *** detrimental effects of Palm on primary mouse islets were also assessed after overexpressing Trpm5 via an adenovirus-derived Trpm5(Ad-Trpm5).Results:HFD feeding decreased the mRNA levels and protein expression of TRPM5 in mouse pancreatic *** reduced TRPM5 protein expression in a time-and dose-dependent manner in MIN6 *** also inhibited TRPM5 expression in primary mouse *** of Trpm5 inhibited insulin secretion upon high glucose stimulation but had little effect on insulin *** of Trpm5 reversed Palm-induced GSIS defects and the production of functional maturation molecules unique toβ***:Our findings suggest that lipotoxicity inhibits TRPM5 expression in pancreaticβcells both in vivo and in vitro and,in turn,drivesβ-cell dysfunction.

Lactobacillus plantarum AR495 improves stress-induced irritable bowel syndrome in rats by targeting gut microbiota and Mast cell-PAR2-TRPV1 signaling pathway

Probiotics have great potential in regulating intestinal *** this study,the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum AR495 on the visceral sensitivity and gut microbiota of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)rats were *** results showed that tryptase released after mast cell activation and degranulation plays a key role in visceral pain,and *** AR495 reduced the stimulation of colonic mast cells and the expression of protease-activated receptor 2(PAR2)and TRPV1 in dorsal root *** further showed that supplementation with *** AR495 increased the level of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)and enhanced the barrier function of the *** addition,the microbiota analysis of the colon indicated that *** AR495 promoted the proliferation of Bifidobacterium and inhibited the proliferation of Lachnospiraceae,which alleviated the imbalance of the intestinal microbiota caused by IBS to a certain *** total,*** AR495 might reduce visceral sensitivity through the Mast cell-PAR2-TRPV1 signaling pathway by maintaining the homeostasis of the intestinal barrier.
