Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most prevalent joint disease and icariin is a promising drug for its ***,the clinical use of icariin is hindered by poor water solubility,low bioavailability,and nonspecific release and biological ***,sulfonated azocalix[4]arene(SAC4A)with enhanced water solubility,recognition capacity,and designed responsiveness was used to improve the efficiency of icariin for OA ***4A,a macrocycle with well-defined molecular weight and structure,could encapsulate and enhance water solubility of various *** addition,SAC4A enables hypoxia-responsive release of loaded *** with icariin treatment,supramolecular complex icariin@SAC4A significantly relieved OA symptoms of rats,including more regular bone morphology and structure,and lower degree of cartilage ***,the supramolecular formulation demonstrated various advantages,including easy preparation,hypoxia-triggered release,and small size that conducive to drug penetration.

It is desirable to develop highly efficient and sustainable catalytic systems for CO_(2) photoreduction using efficient heterogeneous photosensitizers(PSs);however,this remains a great *** this study,we doped[Ru(bpy)3]^(2+) into UiO-metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)to facilitate the separation and reuse of noble metal *** simply adjusting the loading amount,a series of heterogeneous photoactive MOFs,namely,UiO-Ru-1,UiO-Ru-2,and UiO-Ru-3,were constructed to act as heterogeneous PSs to drive the efficient CO_(2) photoreduction under visible-light ***,UiO-Ru-2 exhibited the best photosensitizing ability among the prepared MOFs in sensitizing the iron quarterpyridine catalyst(C-l),and the CO yield reached as high as 171 mmol/g with ca.100%selectivity,which is a record value among all the MOF-based *** photoactive MOF can be recycled and reused three times without any obvious activity loss,signifying its good photochemical *** investigations confirmed that the strong visible absorption,long-lived excited state,appropriate redox potential,good photocatalytic stability,and excellent collaboration with C-l were attributable to the superior catalytic *** work highlights an avenue for constructing heterogeneous PSs with excellent recyclability using MOF as the platform for efficient CO_(2) reduction.

下乡资本对中国农业农村现代化意义重大,然而其经营效果受村企关系影响。以往研究多从村民角度出发,对资本主体分析不足。文章基于皖中S村田野调查,结合“弱者的武器”和“劣势者效应”的视角探讨了下乡资本的困境和对策,分析了其“示弱”对策的实践逻辑。由于与村民互动之间存在内与外、情与法、私与公的多维困境,S村的下乡资本选择了“示弱”的行动策略,包括低姿态形象建构、矛盾隐忍、经济哭穷、讨好村民。文章分别从剧场、强弱、乡土、利益逻辑层层刻画下乡资本的“示弱”行动策略并发现:“示弱”是其面对多维困境而重新定位与适应乡村的前台之举,是“强弱易位”的情境转换风险中的后台之策,更是下乡资本主动融入乡村社会、增强村民认同感、减少经营干扰、与村民构建“和气生财”的长久“义利双赢”之路。因此,下乡资本的“示弱”虽为“权宜之计”,但对促进村企和谐共处意义重大,这也为资本下乡经营与乡村振兴提供经验借鉴。

Lithium-sulfur batteries suffer a lot from the huge volume change and the shuttle effect. However, conventional poly(vinylidene fluoride) binder has intrinsic drawbacks, such as low ion conductivity, weak polysulfide-trapping ability, poor mechanical properties, and requirement of organic solvents. Herein, we designed a functional emulsion binder with multi crosslinked structure. Such a structure was formed by the covalent crosslinking within and between the emulsion particles, which facilitates the adapting of the volume expansion of sulfur cathode, thereby ensuring the integrity of electrodes. Besides, the polar functional groups endow the binder with strong chemisorption of lithium polysulfide and fast lithium-ion migration ability. Thus, the assembled lithium-sulfur battery displayed a high initial discharge capacity of 1246 mAh·g^(−1) at 0.1 C, and a capacity fading rate of 0.04% per cycle after 500 cycles at 0.5 C. Even at a high sulfur mass loading of 4.8 mg·cm^(−2), a high capacity of 956 mAh·g^(−1) was still obtained at 0.2 C.

目的该研究旨在通过HIF-1α/NLRP3信号通路探讨血府逐瘀胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的作用机制,以期为临床防治脑梗死提供新的依据。方法分析2022年12月—2023年12月于医院收治的62例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(给予血府逐瘀胶囊治疗)和对照组(给予阿替普酶治疗)各31例,统计两组疗效及不良反应,对比治疗前及治疗后的中医证候积分、血流速度、HIF-1α、NLRP3、caspase-1水平及血液流变学指标。结果研究组和对照组治疗有效率分别为96.77%(30/31)和77.42%(24/31),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后半身不遂、口角歪斜、吞咽困难、言语不利、头晕恶心、口唇紫暗、肌肤甲错、气短乏力评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后Vs、Vd、Vm水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Vs、Vd、Vm水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后Vs、Vd、Vm水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后HIF-1α、NLRP3、caspase-1水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后HIF-1α、NLRP3、caspase-1水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FIB、HSV、PSV水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后FIB、HSV、PSV水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现不良反应。结论血府逐瘀胶囊能够通过HIF-1α/NLRP3信号通路发挥治疗急性脑梗死的作用。

目的采用生物信息学方法分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉(CRSwNP)基因表达的特点,探寻CRSwNP潜在的生物标志物及其诊断价值。方法(1)从美国GEO基因表达数据库下载CRSwNP基因表达数据集,通过数据分析筛选CRSwNP与健康对照的差异表达基因(DEGs);对获取的DEGs进行基因本体论(GO)功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路分析,利用STRING数据库构建蛋白-蛋白互作(PPI)网络,利用cytoHubba插件筛选关键基因。利用Cibersort包分析关键基因对常见免疫细胞的影响。(2)选取2022年6月-2023年6月在河北北方学院附属第一医院确诊的32例CRSwNP患者为CRSwNP组,另选取同期无鼻窦炎病史的单纯鼻中隔偏曲患者21例作为对照组。HE染色观察两组标本的病理学特点,免疫组化和Western blotting检测CRSwNP关键基因的表达水平,ELISA法检测血浆关键蛋白的水平,并绘制ROC曲线分析关键蛋白诊断CRSwNP的效能。结果(1)对获取的3个基因表达数据库集(GSE36830、GSE23552和GSE194282)进行分析显示,CRSwNP有156个DEGs;GO功能和KEGG通路分析显示,上述DEGs的作用多与免疫功能有关;筛选出细胞色素b-245β链(CYBB)和集落刺激因子1受体(CSF1R)等关键基因。(2)HE染色结果显示,CRSwNP组织上皮化生为复层鳞状上皮,间质水肿;免疫组化和Western blotting检测结果显示,与对照组比较,CRSwNP组CYBB、CSF1R表达水平均明显升高(P<0.05)。ELISA检测结果显示,与对照组比较,CRSwNP组血浆CYBB[(21.20±3.00)μg/ml vs.(17.66±1.66)μg/ml,P<0.001]和CSF1[(477.37±86.63)pg/ml vs.(370.71±66.24)pg/ml,P<0.001]水平均明显升高。ROC曲线分析显示,血浆CYBB和CSF1水平诊断CRSwNP的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.888(95%CI 0.802~0.974)、0.821(95%CI 0.711~0.931),二者联合诊断CRSwNP的AUC为0.927(95%CI 0.851~1.000)。结论CYBB、CSF1R可能参与了CRSwNP的发生发展,血浆CYBB、CSF1水平可能成为CRSwNP的诊断标志物。

金沙江中游圆口铜鱼种群现状及保护建议

为了解金沙江中游圆口铜鱼资源现状，于2022年4、7月和2023年4、6月对金沙江中游的梨园库尾、阿海库尾、金安桥库尾、水洛河江段圆口铜鱼的种群资源进行了调查，并在2023年6～7月对相应江段进行了连续30 d早期资源监测，分析了金沙江中游圆口铜鱼种群结构、产卵场分布和产卵规模。结果表明：（1） 2022～2023年4次渔获物调查共采集到鱼类990尾30种，其中圆口铜鱼112尾，阿海库尾共采集到圆口铜鱼96尾，占采集到的圆口铜鱼总尾数的85.71%,是金沙江中游研究江段最主要的分布区域。（2）阿海库尾渔获物中圆口铜鱼体重范围108.8～511.5 g,体长范围230～308 mm,年龄分布2+～6+龄，性腺时期Ⅰ～Ⅵ,表明该江段圆口铜鱼种群世代完整，其中体重主要分布在200～300 g和300～400 g,年龄主要为2+～3+龄和4+～5+龄，性腺发育以Ⅲ期为主；2023年梨园库尾、阿海库尾、金安桥库尾圆口铜鱼产卵规模分别为1.99×10～6,5.46×10～6粒和1.06×10～6粒，水洛河未调查到圆口铜鱼卵苗。（3）阿海库尾和金安桥库尾圆口铜鱼产卵规模占对应江段总繁殖规模的53.69%和79.10%,阿海库尾采集到的圆口铜鱼受精卵及鱼苗径流量最丰富，推测可能是目前唯一种群规模较大并能够自然繁殖的圆口铜鱼栖息地。（4）针对近年来圆口铜鱼资源量整体呈现出的显著下降趋势，为了保护阿海库尾圆口铜鱼种群资源，提出了加强阿海库尾圆口铜鱼的基础调查和研究工作，开展梨园和阿海梯级水库针对圆口铜鱼繁殖水文过程的生态调度，暂停水洛河捷可水电站建设，加强龙盘水电站建设影响论证等保护建议。研究成果可为开展圆口铜鱼种群保护和恢复提供科学支撑。

The microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti–47 at%Ni–3 at%Fe shape memory alloy wire under the condition of severe cold-drawing at room temperature and different postdeformation annealing processes were intensively investigated using transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Vickers microhardness tester and electron tensile *** is indicated that the structure of the alloy evolves into a predominant amorphous structure with a trace of nanocrystalline B2 phase after the cold-drawing of 76%areal *** annealing process exerted significant influence on the microstructure and mechanical *** occurs when the cold-drawn wire was annealed at 300℃ for 30 *** ultimate tensile strength and ductility as well as the superelasticity of the wire are improved significantly by cold-drawing plus postdeformation annealing.
