三批基因工程乙肝 (中华仓鼠卵巢细胞表达 ) -百白破四联疫苗 (r HB(CHO) - DTP)经自检和中国药品生物制品检定所检定 ,各项指标均达到国家制检规程的要求。通过 37℃热稳定试验和 2～ 8℃存放 12及 2 2个月长期稳定性的观察 ,百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体的水平与稳定性试验之前比较 ,无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,基因乙肝 ED5 0比值至 2 2个月时在 1.5 1～ 2 .13之间。

A series of mixed oxides Sr4Fe6-xCoxO13-δ （x=0, 1, 2, 3, or 4） were prepared by sol-gel method and used for catalytic combustion of methane. The structural properties of oxides were characterized by XRD, TGA, and XPS. The layered intergrowth perovskite-like oxide Sr4FesCoO13 8 exhibits the highest catalytic activity for methane combustion under the experimental conditions. The enhanced catalytic activity of Sr4FesCoO13-δfor methane combustion could be attributed to the increased amount of oxygen vacancy caused by the partial substitution of cobalt for iron in the Sr4Fe6O13, which was confirmed by TGA and XPS.

A facile microwave-assisted hydrothermal route has been developed for a synthesis of versatile carbon materials. The monosaccharide fructose aqueous solution was adopted as the starting material, and the p H of the solution was adjusted to be in acidic（pH 4）, neutral（pH 7） and basic（pH 10.5） conditions. The p H buffered fructose solutions were treated at different temperatures by a microwave-assisted hydrothermal technique. As-prepared carbon materials displayed p H and temperature dependent multi-morphologies（porous, spherical or core-shell）, which were determined by transmission and scanning electron microscopic analyses（TEM and SEM）. And the hypothesis of dehydration mechanism of hydrothermal synthesis was analyzed by ultraviolet extinction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. It was found that as compared with normal hydrothermal synthesis, microwave assistance could efficiently increase the production yield and improve the spherical geometry of the carbon particles in neutral condition. By changing the p H of the system, acidic p H induces aggregation of the spheres, while basic p H produces more trends toward core-shell or sponge-like porous structure. The study opens a novel route to the production of polytropic carbon materials and suggests a potential niche market established from the green synthesis.

A high strength self-compacting pervious concrete(SCPC) with top-bottom interconnected pores was prepared in this paper. The frost-resisting durability of such SCPC in different deicing salt concentrations(0%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and 20%) was investigated. The mass-loss rate, relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, compressive strength, flexural strength and hydraulic conductivity of SCPC after 300 freeze-thaw cycles were measured to evaluate the frost-resisting durability. In addition, the microstructures of SCPC near the top-bottom interconnected pores after 300 freeze-thaw cycles were observed by SEM. The results show that the high strength SCPC possesses much better frost-resisting durability than traditional pervious concrete(TPC) after 300 freeze-thaw cycles, which can be used in heavy loading roads. The most serious freeze-thaw damage emerges in the SCPC immersed in the 3% of Na Cl solution, while there is no obvious damage in 20% of Na Cl solution. Furthermore, it can be deduced that the high strength SCPC can be used for 100 years in a cold environment.

Mechanical Properties and ITZ Microstructure of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Using Carbonated Recycled Coarse Aggregate

The effect of carbonation treatment and mixing method on the mechanical properties and interfacial transition zone（ITZ） properties of recycled aggregate concrete（RAC） was investigated. Properties of recycled concrete aggregate（RCA） were tested firstly. Then, five types of concretes were made and slump of fresh concrete was measured immediately after mixing. Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of hardened concrete were measured at 28 d. Meanwhile, the microstructure of RAC was analyzed by backscattered electron（BSE） image. It was found that the water absorption ratio of carbonated recycled concrete aggregate（CRCA） was much lower when compared to the untreated RCA. Comparatively, the apparent density of CRCA was not significantly modified. The concrete strength results indicate that the mix CRAC-2 prepared with CRCA by adopting two-stage mixing approach shows the highest compressive strength value compared to the other mixes. The microstructural analysis demonstrate that the mix CRAC-2 has a much denser old ITZ than the untreated RAC because of the chemical reaction between CO2 and the hydration products of RCA. This study confirms that the ITZ microstructure of RAC can be efficiently modified by carbonation treatment of RCA and encourages broadening the application of construction and demolition wastes.

With the emphasis on environmental issues,the recycling of waste concrete,even recycled concrete,has become a hot spot in the field of *** the repeated recycling of waste concrete used in harsh environments is still a complex *** paper discusses the durability and recyclability of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)as a prefabricated material in the harsh environment,the effect of high-temperature curing(60℃,80℃,and 100℃)on the frost resistance of RAC and physical properties of the second generation recycled coarse aggregate(RCA_(2))of RAC after 300 freeze-thaw cycles were *** frost resistance of RAC was characterized by compressive strength,relative dynamic elastic modulus,and mass *** the physical properties of RCA_(2),the apparent density,water absorption,and crushing value were *** the SEM images of RAC after 300 freeze-thaw cycles were *** results indicated that the frost resistance of RAC cured at 80℃ for 7 days was comparable to that cured in the standard condition(cured for 28 days at 20℃±2℃ and 95%humidity),and the RAC cured at 100℃ was slightly ***,the frost resistance of RAC cured at 60℃ deteriorated *** RAC cured at 80℃ for 7 days is the *** after the freeze-thaw cycle or not,the RCA that curd at 60℃,80℃,and 100℃ for 7 days can also meet the requirements of Grade III RCA and be used as the aggregate of non-bearing part of prefabricated concrete ***_(2) which is cured at 80℃ for 7 days had the best physical properties.
